Uv\u011bdomte si, co v\u00e1s tak zaujme, \u017ee se zapomenete naj\u00edst nebo j\u00edt na toaletu.<br \/>\n    Mark Manson, expert na osobnostn\u00ed rozvoj, navrhuje \u010dten\u00e1\u0159\u016fm sv\u00e9ho blogu, aby odpov\u011bd\u011bli na podivn\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky a nalezli tak smysl \u017eivota. Obklopujte se modrou barvou.<br \/>\n    V\u011bdci z britsk\u00e9 Sussexsk\u00e9 univerzity zase zjistili, \u017ee modr\u00e1 barva zvy\u0161uje sebed\u016fv\u011bru, sni\u017euje stres a podporuje pocity spokojenosti.
