Ukazuje to rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 studie v\u011bdc\u016f realizovan\u00e1 na vzorku zhruba p\u016fl milion\u016f osob, kterou publikoval v\u011bdeck\u00fd \u010dasopis British Medical Journal.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p> P\u0159i pravideln\u00e9 konzumaci pikantn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edsad a chilli papri\u010dek se podle nich sni\u017euje riziko \u00famrt\u00ed a\u017e o 14 procent. P\u00ed\u0161e o tom italsk\u00fd den\u00edk Corriere della Sera.<br \/>\n    Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed t\u00fdm v\u011bdc\u016f koordinovan\u00fdch \u010c\u00ednskou akademi\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch v\u011bd soud\u00ed, \u017ee tento blahod\u00e1rn\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek je z\u0159ejm\u011b spojen s t\u00edm, \u017ee tyto ostr\u00e9 ingredience obsahuj\u00ed kapsaicin, kter\u00fd zp\u016fsobuje p\u00e1len\u00ed v \u00fastech a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se i v l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed, nebo\u0165 ti\u0161\u00ed bolest a stimuluje srdce, vitam\u00edn C a dal\u0161\u00ed l\u00e1tky. V\u011bdci z\u00e1rove\u0148 zd\u016fraznili, \u017ee je t\u0159eba je\u0161t\u011b dal\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdzkum\u016f k tomu, aby mohla b\u00fdt &#8222;ostr\u00e1&#8220; dieta ka\u017ed\u00e9mu doporu\u010dov\u00e1na.<br \/>\n    Studie zahrnovala 487.375 osob od t\u0159iceti do dev\u011btasedmdes\u00e1ti let registrovan\u00fdch u China Kadoorie Biobank v letech 2004 a\u017e 2008 a sledovan\u00fdch po dobu asi sedmi let. V\u0161ichni vypl\u0148ovali dotazn\u00edk, kde odpov\u00eddali na ot\u00e1zky, jak\u00fd je jejich celkov\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed stav a fyzick\u00e1 kondice, zda konzumuj\u00ed pikantn\u00ed pokrmy, \u010derven\u00e9 maso, rostlinnou stravu a zda pij\u00ed alkohol. Ze studie byli vylou\u010deni ti, kdo prod\u011blali rakovinu, srde\u010dn\u00ed choroby a infarkt, naopak do n\u00ed byl zahrnut mo\u017en\u00fd vliv takov\u00fdch faktor\u016f, jako je v\u011bk, stav, vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed a fyzick\u00e1 aktivita.<br \/>\n    V\u011bdci dosp\u011bli k t\u011bmto z\u00e1v\u011br\u016fm: kdo jedl pikantn\u00ed pokrmy m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e jednou t\u00fddn\u011b a kdo je jedl jeden a\u017e dva dny v t\u00fddnu, mohl po\u010d\u00edtat s prodlou\u017een\u00edm \u017eivota o deset procent. T\u011bm, kdo konzumovali pikantn\u00ed j\u00eddla t\u0159i a\u017e \u0161est dn\u00ed v t\u00fddnu, hrozilo o 14 procent men\u0161\u00ed riziko \u00famrt\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 \u00fam\u011brnost mezi t\u00edm, jak \u010dasto tyto osoby jedly pikantn\u00ed j\u00eddla, a rizikem \u00famrt\u00ed, byla stejn\u00e1 u mu\u017e\u016f jako u \u017een a v\u00fdrazn\u011bji se projevovala u t\u011bch, kdo pili alkohol.<br \/>\n    \u010castou konzumaci pikantn\u00edch pokrm\u016f v\u011bdci rovn\u011b\u017e spojuj\u00ed s men\u0161\u00edm nebezpe\u010d\u00edm \u00famrt\u00ed na rakovinu, ischemickou chorobu srde\u010dn\u00ed a d\u00fdchac\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se tento vliv projevoval v\u00edce u \u017een. Ti, kdo \u010dast\u011bji poj\u00eddaj\u00ed pikantn\u00ed pokrmy, d\u00e1vali p\u0159ednost \u010derstv\u00e9 nebo su\u0161en\u00e9 chilli papri\u010dce. Konzumace \u010derstv\u00fdch chilli papri\u010dek je podle v\u011bdc\u016f z\u0159ejm\u011b spojena s men\u0161\u00edm rizikem \u00famrt\u00ed na zhoubn\u00e9 n\u00e1dory, ischemickou chorobu srde\u010dn\u00ed a cukrovku.<br \/>\n    \u00da\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f studie se v\u011bdci rovn\u011b\u017e t\u00e1zali na to, jak\u00fd druh ostr\u00fdch ingredienc\u00ed poj\u00eddaj\u00ed nejv\u00edce. Nej\u010dast\u011bji dot\u00e1zan\u00ed odpov\u00eddali, \u017ee to je chilli papri\u010dka, kter\u00e1 se \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 kuchyni. \u010cetn\u00e1 pozitiva chilli papri\u010dek a zejm\u00e9na kapsaicinu jsou zn\u00e1m\u00e1: obsahuj\u00ed antioxidanty a l\u00e1tky p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed proti hore\u010dce a snad i proti rakovin\u011b, p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 Nita Forouhiov\u00e1 z Cambridgesk\u00e9 univerzity.<br \/>\n    Experti jsou v\u0161ak zat\u00edm opatrn\u00ed. Studie je podle nich pouze &#8222;pozorovac\u00ed&#8220; a pot\u0159ebuje prohloubit, aby bylo mo\u017eno lidem radit ke zm\u011bn\u011b j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. &#8222;Pot\u0159ebujeme dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum, abychom mohli zjistit, zda je pikantn\u00ed j\u00eddlo schopno p\u0159\u00edmo zlep\u0161it zdravotn\u00ed stav a sn\u00ed\u017eit \u00famrtnost, nebo zda jde jen o vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed projev jin\u00fdch faktor\u016f zahrnuj\u00edc\u00edch stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky a \u017eivotn\u00ed styl,&#8220; up\u0159esnili v\u011bdci.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Elix\u00edr \u017eivota by se mohl skr\u00fdvat v takov\u00fdch ingredienc\u00edch, jako jsou p\u00e1liv\u00e9 chilli papri\u010dky nebo kari.
