Jeho naru\u0161en\u00ed nebo \u00fapln\u00e1 ztr\u00e1ta je pro \u010dlov\u011bka krajn\u011b omezuj\u00edc\u00ed. Hluchota je porucha sluchov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu, kter\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem sni\u017euje kvalitu \u017eivota \u010dlov\u011bka. Je t\u0159eba rozli\u0161it hluchotu vrozenou a z\u00edskanou. Vrozen\u00e1 hluchota je dan\u00e1 poruchou ve v\u00fdvoji sluchov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu, je velice \u010dasto spojena s poruchou tvorby \u0159e\u010di. Z\u00edskan\u00e1 hluchota b\u00fdv\u00e1 v\u00fdsledkem n\u00e1doru, z\u00e1n\u011btu \u010di \u00farazu&#8230; M\u016f\u017ee se dostavit postupn\u011b b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f \u010di let, ale m\u016f\u017ee nastat i n\u00e1hle b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika hodin \u010di dn\u016f. Posti\u017eeno m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jen jedno, ale i ob\u011b u\u0161i. I kdy\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpady ztr\u00e1ty sluchu jsou vratn\u00e9 l\u00e9ka\u0159skou l\u00e9\u010dbou, mnoh\u00e9 vedou k trval\u00e9mu posti\u017een\u00ed. Velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je v\u011bk, ve kter\u00e9m sluchov\u00e1 ztr\u00e1ta nastala, proto\u017ee to m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit osvojen\u00ed si mluven\u00e9 \u0159e\u010di. Sluchov\u00e9 kompenza\u010dn\u00ed pom\u016fcky a kochle\u00e1rn\u00ed implant\u00e1ty mohou zm\u00edrnit n\u011bkter\u00e9 probl\u00e9my zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 sluchovou poruchou, ale nemohou sluch plnohodnotn\u011b nahradit. Osob\u00e1m s nedosl\u00fdchavost\u00ed krom\u011b sluchov\u00fdch rehabilita\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f slou\u017e\u00ed i sluchov\u00e9 pom\u016fcky a prost\u0159edky k usnadn\u011bn\u00ed komunikace. Podm\u00ednky pro nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00ed se postupem \u010dasu zlep\u0161uj\u00ed \u2013 p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 tlumo\u010dn\u00edk\u016f znakov\u00e9ho jazyka, vybran\u00e9 televizn\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy jsou znakovan\u00e9, nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00ed se mohou nejen u\u010dit jazyky, ale i vzd\u011bl\u00e1vat v zahrani\u010d\u00ed, modernizuj\u00ed se kompenza\u010dn\u00ed pom\u016fcky pro nedosl\u00fdchav\u00e9. P\u0159esto ale nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00ed mus\u00ed denn\u011b p\u0159ekon\u00e1vat spoustu p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek. T\u0159eba p\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m setk\u00e1n\u00ed s n\u00e1mi, sly\u0161\u00edc\u00edmi&#8230; <\/p>\n<p>Desatero komunikace s osobami se sluchov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm 1. P\u0159ed rozhovorem s \u010dlov\u011bkem se sluchov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm nav\u00e1\u017eeme zrakov\u00fd kontakt. Pokud se na n\u00e1s ned\u00edv\u00e1, m\u016f\u017eeme jej upozornit lehk\u00fdm dotykem na rameno, pa\u017ei nebo p\u0159edlokt\u00ed, \u017ee s n\u00edm chceme hovo\u0159it. Zrakov\u00fd kontakt udr\u017eujeme po celou dobu rozhovoru. 2. Ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka se sluchov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm se zept\u00e1me, zda chce mluvit, odez\u00edrat, ps\u00e1t, nebo pou\u017e\u00edvat znakov\u00fd jazyk. Odez\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed bez pomoci sluchu nen\u00ed spolehliv\u00e1 metoda vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed mluven\u00e9 \u0159e\u010di, doch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159i n\u00ed \u010dasto k omyl\u016fm. \u00dasp\u011b\u0161nost odez\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed je velmi sn\u00ed\u017eena p\u0159i fyzick\u00e9 \u010di psychick\u00e9 nepohod\u011b. Odez\u00edraj\u00edc\u00ed osob\u011b p\u0159edem sd\u011bl\u00edme t\u00e9ma hovoru. Mluv\u00edme obr\u00e1ceni \u010delem k n\u00ed, na\u0161e tv\u00e1\u0159 mus\u00ed b\u00fdt osv\u011btlena, nesm\u00edme pohybovat hlavou nebo si zakr\u00fdvat \u00fasta. Db\u00e1me na z\u0159etelnou v\u00fdslovnost a mluv\u00edme voln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm tempem p\u0159i zachov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho rytmu \u0159e\u010di. Zd\u016fraz\u0148ujeme kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 slova. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby opakujeme sd\u011blen\u00ed jin\u00fdmi slovy. 4. P\u0159i hovoru s nedosl\u00fdchav\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem nezvy\u0161ujeme hlas a nek\u0159i\u010d\u00edme. Zajist\u00edme vhodn\u00e9 poslechov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky bez okoln\u00edho hluku. 5. Doprov\u00e1z\u00ed\u00acli \u010dlov\u011bka se sluchov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm tlumo\u010dn\u00edk \u010di jin\u00e1 osoba, v\u017edy oslovujme p\u0159\u00edmo \u010dlov\u011bka, se kter\u00fdm jedn\u00e1me, nikoliv jeho doprovod. O p\u0159\u00edtomnosti tlumo\u010dn\u00edka rozhoduje jenom s\u00e1m pacient se sluchov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm. M\u00e1 na tlumo\u010dn\u00edka pr\u00e1vo. 6. \u010clov\u011bku se sluchov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm p\u0159edem vysv\u011btl\u00edme, jakou spolupr\u00e1ci od n\u011bj budeme pot\u0159ebovat. 7. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 dotazy rad\u011bji opakujeme a nev\u00e1h\u00e1me ani pou\u017e\u00edt p\u00edsemnou formu. U nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00edch u\u017eivatel\u016f znakov\u00e9ho jazyka je bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed po\u010dkat na tlumo\u010dn\u00edka. 8. Ob\u010das po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1me, aby n\u00e1m \u010dlov\u011bk se sluchov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm sv\u00fdmi slovy sd\u011blil, co n\u00e1m rozum\u011bl (nikdy se nept\u00e1me, zda n\u00e1m rozum\u011bl). Neprojevujeme netrp\u011blivost, neomezujeme komunikaci, ale sna\u017e\u00edme se naj\u00edt cesty, jak se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b l\u00e9pe dorozum\u00edvat. 10. Pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch znalost\u00ed nesta\u010d\u00ed tento text, proto\u017ee komunika\u010dn\u00ed preference ka\u017ed\u00e9 osoby se sluchov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm mohou b\u00fdt jin\u00e9. Proto je nutno projevit vst\u0159\u00edcnost a ochotu p\u0159izp\u016fsobit se dorozum\u00edvac\u00edm mo\u017enostem ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka se sluchov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm. <\/p>\n<p>Nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00ed (podle z\u00e1kona) Zanesly\u0161\u00edc\u00edsepro\u00fa\u010delytohoto z\u00e1kona pova\u017euj\u00ed osoby, kter\u00e9 nesly\u0161\u00ed od narozen\u00ed, nebo ztratily sluch p\u0159ed rozvinut\u00edm mluven\u00e9 \u0159e\u010di, nebo osoby s \u00faplnou \u010di praktickou hluchotou, kter\u00e9 ztratily sluch po rozvinut\u00ed mluven\u00e9 \u0159e\u010di, a osoby t\u011b\u017ece nedosl\u00fdchav\u00e9, u nich\u017e rozsah a charakter sluchov\u00e9ho posti\u017een\u00ed neumo\u017e\u0148uje plnohodnotn\u011b porozum\u011bt mluven\u00e9 \u0159e\u010di sluchem. Nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00ed (kulturn\u00ed definice): \u00dapln\u00e1 hluchota, ke kter\u00e9 dojde p\u0159ed vytvo\u0159en\u00edm \u0159e\u010di, jedin\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed posti\u017een\u00ed a asi jedin\u00e1 vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednka v\u016fbec, kter\u00e1 vede k tomu, \u017ee se \u010dlov\u011bk st\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010dlenem kulturn\u00ed a jazykov\u00e9 men\u0161iny. D\u00e1le sem pat\u0159\u00ed osoby, kter\u00e9 pova\u017euj\u00ed znakov\u00fd jazyk za prim\u00e1rn\u00ed formu sv\u00e9 komunikace. Posti\u017een\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 z t\u011bchto struktur se tedy projev\u00ed u pacienta poruchou sluchu a\u017e hluchotou. <\/p>\n<p>Deset obvykl\u00fdch omyl\u016f o ohluchl\u00fdch osob\u00e1ch Ze strany neinformovan\u00fdch lid\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed \u010dasto k z\u00e1m\u011bn\u011b ohluchl\u00fdch osob s lidmi nedosl\u00fdchav\u00fdmi nebo s t\u011bmi, kdo se nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00ed ji\u017e narodili. Vd\u016fsledku toho vznik\u00e1 p\u0159i kontaktu s ohluchl\u00fdmi lidmimnohoomyl\u016f. Omyl1. &#8222;Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo nesly\u0161\u00ed, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 znakov\u00fd jazyk.&#8220; Zdalekanev\u0161ichni z t\u011bch,kdonesly\u0161\u00ed, pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edznakov\u00fdjazyk. Pokud se rozhodnou u\u010dit se znakovat, preferuj\u00ed obvykle znakovanou \u010de\u0161tinu (jedn\u00e1 se o \u010desk\u00fd jazyk, kter\u00fd je podporovan\u00fd jednotliv\u00fdmi znaky &#8222;vyp\u016fj\u010den\u00fdmi&#8220; ze znakov\u00e9ho jazyka). Znakovan\u00e1 \u010de\u0161tina se od znakov\u00e9ho jazyka velmi li\u0161\u00ed. Znakov\u00fd jazyk je samostatn\u00fd, sv\u00e9bytn\u00fd a plnohodnotn\u00fd jazyk. Nau\u010dit se jej je stejn\u011b obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 jako nau\u010dit se jak\u00fdkoliv jin\u00fd ciz\u00ed jazyk.
