Jako \u010dlen F\u00f3ra zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy, kter\u00fd p\u016fsob\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9 v Institutu klinick\u00e9 a experiment\u00e1ln\u00ed medic\u00edny (IKEM), proto nesouhlas\u00ed s nabour\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm a ru\u0161en\u00edm spot\u0159ebn\u00edho ko\u0161e, kter\u00fdm se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed stravy ve \u0161koln\u00edch j\u00eddeln\u00e1ch.<br \/>\n    Podle n\u011bho by se p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 zm\u011bny sm\u011brem ke zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu stravov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bly d\u011blat v r\u00e1mci platn\u00e9 legislativy. A\u010dkoliv b\u00fdv\u00e1 kritizov\u00e1na zastaralost spot\u0159ebn\u00edho ko\u0161e, d\u011btem \u0161koln\u00ed ob\u011bdy prosp\u00edvaj\u00ed. &#8222;Pokud se d\u00edt\u011b stravuje ve \u0161koln\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u011b, je u n\u011bj men\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost v\u00fdskytu obezity,&#8220; uvedl.<br \/>\n    Za kl\u00ed\u010dovou proto Such\u00e1nek pova\u017euje roli rodiny. Pokud rodi\u010de kritizuj\u00ed kvalitu \u0161koln\u00edho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed a vlastn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladem nevedou d\u00edt\u011b ke zdrav\u00fdm n\u00e1vyk\u016fm, m\u00edj\u00ed se snaha \u0161koly \u00fa\u010dinkem.<br \/>\n    Pr\u00e1v\u011b aktivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dast cel\u00fdch rodin je d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed projektu Strava bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 chemie, kter\u00fd pom\u00e1h\u00e1 za\u0159adit zdrav\u00e9 potraviny do \u0161koln\u00edch j\u00eddelen i bufet\u016f. &#8222;Zbyte\u010dnou chemi\u00ed mysl\u00edme konzervanty, um\u011bl\u00e1 sladidla, barviva a glutam\u00e1ty,&#8220; up\u0159esnila inici\u00e1torka a mana\u017eerka projektu Ivana Bedn\u00e1\u0159ov\u00e1 \u010castvajov\u00e1.<br \/>\n    P\u0159ipomn\u011bla, \u017ee ve \u0161koln\u00edm v\u011bku je dvacet a\u017e t\u0159icet procent d\u011bt\u00ed ob\u00e9zn\u00edch. Probl\u00e9m je vedle slo\u017een\u00ed tak\u00e9 ve \u0161patn\u00e9m rozlo\u017een\u00ed stravy. D\u011bti konzumuj\u00ed m\u00e1lo \u010derstv\u00e9ho ovoce a zeleniny, lu\u0161t\u011bnin i ryb. Na druh\u00e9m stupni z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol pravideln\u011b sn\u00edd\u00e1 m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e polovina d\u011bt\u00ed a \u0159ada \u017e\u00e1k\u016f vynech\u00e1v\u00e1 i dopoledn\u00ed sva\u010dinu.<br \/>\n    Ke zm\u011bn\u011b n\u00e1vyk\u016f d\u011bt\u00ed i postoje rodi\u010d\u016f pom\u00e1haj\u00ed projektov\u00e9 dny, p\u0159i nich\u017e si d\u011bti samy p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 sva\u010diny a vym\u00fd\u0161lej\u00ed jim origin\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1zev. Se spolu\u017e\u00e1ky a rodi\u010di je ochutn\u00e1vaj\u00ed, ty nejlep\u0161\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 za\u0159adit i do st\u00e1l\u00e9 nab\u00eddky \u0161koln\u00edho bufetu nebo j\u00eddelny. &#8222;D\u00edt\u011b zji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee ta j\u00eddla, kter\u00e1 si p\u0159iprav\u00ed, jsou nejen zdrav\u00e1, ale mohou i chutnat a dob\u0159e vypadat. Rodi\u010de si je pak mohou pro n\u011b objednat,&#8220; uvedla Bedn\u00e1\u0159ov\u00e1 \u010castvajov\u00e1.<br \/>\n    Pro projekt Strava bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 chemie zat\u00edm pracuje \u0161estn\u00e1ct v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch poradc\u016f, zapojeny jsou \u010dty\u0159i des\u00edtky z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol.
