Nikoli n\u00e1hodou bylo prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee dieta zalo\u017een\u00e1 na po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed kalori\u00ed vede v 95 procentech p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f k jist\u00e9mu nezdaru. Jakmile toti\u017e sn\u00edme m\u00e1lo kalori\u00ed, t\u011blo zpomal\u00ed metabolismus a spaluje v\u00edce svaly ne\u017e tuk. L\u00e9pe je tedy soust\u0159edit se sp\u00ed\u0161e na to, co si d\u00e1v\u00e1me na tal\u00ed\u0159.<\/p>\n<p>Nevyplat\u00ed se ani d\u011blit j\u00eddla na &#8222;dobr\u00e1&#8220; a &#8222;\u0161patn\u00e1&#8220;. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee si mohou dovolit n\u011bjak\u00fd ten proh\u0159e\u0161ek v diet\u011b a d\u00e1t si n\u011bjakou dobr\u016ftku na ulici, kdy\u017e p\u0159edt\u00edm sn\u011bdli tal\u00ed\u0159 zeleniny. N\u00e1sledn\u00fd pocit viny m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st paradoxn\u011b k tomu, \u017ee pak j\u00edme v\u00edce, ne\u017e bychom m\u011bli.<\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u011b tak chybujeme, kdy\u017e dodr\u017eujeme stejnou rutinu v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. Jak bylo \u0159e\u010deno na posledn\u00ed konferenci Institute of Food Technologists, dieta s omezen\u00fdm v\u00fdb\u011brem j\u00eddel vede ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed po\u010dtu dobr\u00fdch bakteri\u00ed \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch v na\u0161ich st\u0159evech, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9 i kontrolu nad chut\u00ed k j\u00eddlu, pocit sytosti a mno\u017estv\u00ed cukru v krvi.<\/p>\n<p>A nejen to. Jestli\u017ee jsme zvolili tak ekologick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup, vede n\u00e1s to k tomu, \u017ee se pak &#8222;odm\u011bn\u00edme&#8220; potravinami, kter\u00e9 nejsou tak docela zdrav\u00e9, jako jsou cukrovinky nebo zmrzlina.
