Podle jejich z\u00e1v\u011br\u016f je kofein z\u0159ejm\u011b schopen zm\u011bnit biologick\u00e9 hodiny ka\u017ed\u00e9 bu\u0148ky organismu.<\/p>\n<p>Kofein je mnohem v\u00edce ne\u017e stimulant. Dvojit\u00e9 espresso, kter\u00e9 si vypijete t\u0159i hodiny p\u0159ed span\u00edm, zpomal\u00ed produkci hormonu melatoninu, kter\u00fd ovliv\u0148uje sp\u00e1nek, asi o 40 minut.<\/p>\n<p>Jin\u00e1 studie americk\u00e9 st\u00e1tn\u00ed univerzity v Boulderu ve st\u00e1t\u011b Colorado vypov\u00edd\u00e1 o tom, \u017ee k\u00e1va p\u016fsob\u00ed stejn\u011b, jako bychom se ve chv\u00edli, kdy se ukl\u00e1d\u00e1me ke sp\u00e1nku, vystavovali t\u0159i hodiny um\u011bl\u00e9mu sv\u011btlu. I v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se n\u00e1stup sp\u00e1nku zpo\u017e\u010fuje o 40 minut. Jestli\u017ee tedy chcete ve\u010der usnout v b\u011b\u017enou dobu, jak jste zvykl\u00ed, ned\u00e1vejte si k\u00e1vu po 17. hodin\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Vysok\u00e1 d\u00e1vka kofeinu, tedy dva a\u017e t\u0159i \u0161\u00e1lky k\u00e1vy, p\u0159ed span\u00edm m\u00e1 stejn\u00fd efekt jet lag (porucha sp\u00e1nku plynouc\u00ed z naru\u0161en\u00ed biorytm\u016f po rychl\u00e9m leteck\u00e9m p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkolika \u010dasov\u00fdch p\u00e1sem), zpomaluje biologick\u00e9 hodiny a oklame mozek tak, \u017ee se domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee je o hodinu pozadu za skute\u010dn\u00fdm \u010dasem.<\/p>\n<p>Pom\u00fdlen\u00e9 biologick\u00e9 hodiny zvy\u0161uj\u00ed riziko cel\u00e9 \u0159ady chorob, po\u010d\u00ednaje rakovinou, srde\u010dn\u00edmi nemocemi a kon\u010de cukrovkou. Je mo\u017en\u00e9 konstatovat, \u017ee nevhodn\u00e1 konzumace k\u00e1vy, tedy pijeme-li ji p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pozd\u011b ve\u010der a ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed, naru\u0161uje sp\u00e1nek a m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit \u010detn\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my.<\/p>\n<p>Pop\u00edjen\u00ed k\u00e1vy nelze \u0161mahem ozna\u010dit za \u0161patn\u00fd zvyk, ale z\u00e1sadn\u011b se nedoporu\u010duje p\u00edt ji ve\u010der, zejm\u00e9na kv\u016fli negativn\u00edmu vlivu na syst\u00e9m sp\u00e1nku a bd\u011blosti.<\/p>\n<p>Derk Jan Dijk z Univerzity v Surrey v anglick\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b Guildford zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee citlivost v\u016f\u010di kofeinu je velmi individu\u00e1ln\u00ed. Kdo je tedy zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b citliv\u00fd na kofein, nem\u011bl by p\u00edt k\u00e1vu u\u017e ani odpoledne.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e1vu doprov\u00e1z\u00ed mnoho pov\u011bst\u00ed, z nich\u017e v\u011bt\u0161ina je nepravdiv\u00fdch. Je nepochybn\u00e9, \u017ee v ur\u010dit\u00fdch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch m\u016f\u017ee negativn\u011b ovlivnit srde\u010dn\u00ed rytmus. Chronick\u00fd nedostatek sp\u00e1nku zp\u016fsoben\u00fd ve\u010dern\u00edm pop\u00edjen\u00edm k\u00e1vy m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt negativn\u00ed dopad na lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.
