Ti, kdo p\u0159iznali, \u017ee sleduj\u00ed televizi t\u0159i a\u017e \u010dty\u0159i hodiny denn\u011b, m\u011bli o 15 procent vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee zem\u0159ou na n\u011bjakou z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch chorob, ne\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed uvedli, \u017ee se na televizi d\u00edvaj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e hodinu denn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Uk\u00e1zalo se tak\u00e9, \u017ee osoby, kter\u00e9 sed\u011bly p\u0159ed televiz\u00ed sedm a v\u00edce hodin, m\u011bly o 47 procent vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee zem\u0159ou ji\u017e v dob\u011b, kdy se tato studie konala.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci ve sv\u00e9m v\u00fdzkumu brali v \u00favahu i dal\u0161\u00ed faktory, nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0161patn\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky, kou\u0159en\u00ed a pit\u00ed alkoholu. Zjistili, \u017ee bez ohledu na tyto nezdrav\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky je riziko onemocn\u011bn\u00ed v souvislosti s dlouh\u00fdm vysed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159ed televiz\u00ed stejn\u00e9. A nejen to: osoby, kter\u00e9 dlouho sledovaly televizi, nem\u011bly \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos z toho, \u017ee sportovaly. Tento pohyb nedok\u00e1zal kompenzovat dlouh\u00e9 hodiny str\u00e1ven\u00e9 v klidu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;V\u00edme, \u017ee sledov\u00e1n\u00ed televize ve voln\u00e9m \u010dase je zvyk, kter\u00fd p\u0159eva\u017euje a kter\u00fd je spojen se sedav\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem \u017eivota. Vych\u00e1zeli jsme z toho, \u017ee jde o jakousi obecnou fyzickou ne\u010dinnost. Osmdes\u00e1t procent dosp\u011bl\u00fdch v Americe se denn\u011b d\u00edv\u00e1 na televizi v pr\u016fm\u011bru 3,5 hodiny. To jim zab\u00edr\u00e1 polovinu voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu a ub\u00edr\u00e1 z doby, kterou by mohli v\u011bnovat fyzick\u00e9 aktivit\u011b,&#8220; uvedla hlavn\u00ed autorka v\u00fdzkumu, doktorka Sarah Keadleov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;I kdy\u017e jsme prok\u00e1zali, \u017ee cvi\u010den\u00ed zcela neodstranilo rizika spojen\u00e1 s dlouh\u00fdm vysed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159ed televiz\u00ed, m\u011bli by se ti, kdo cht\u011bj\u00ed omezit \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd v nehybnosti, rozhodnout p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro pohyb,&#8220; dodala Keadleov\u00e1, kterou cituje italsk\u00fd den\u00edk Corriere della Sera.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci zd\u016fraznili, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky jejich studie se daj\u00ed aplikovat i na osoby, kter\u00e9 tr\u00e1v\u00ed hodiny \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm automobilu, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed sedav\u00e9 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed nebo na ty, kdo ve sv\u00e9m voln\u00e9m \u010dase d\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159ednost \u010dinnostem vykon\u00e1van\u00fdm v sed\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Sta\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 se d\u00edvaj\u00ed na televizi v\u00edce ne\u017e kter\u00e1koli jin\u00e1 demografick\u00e1 skupina ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech. Je to spojeno s t\u00edm, \u017ee maj\u00ed dostatek voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu.
