P\u016fvod, historie, ritu\u00e1l. &#8222;Kdy\u017e chce n\u011bkdo j\u00edst uruguayskou kuchyni a je vegetari\u00e1n, \u010dekaj\u00ed ho kru\u0161n\u00e9 chv\u00edle,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Laborde s humorem.<\/p>\n<p>V metropoli Montevideu, kde bydl\u00ed asi 1,5 milionu lid\u00ed, je jedna jedin\u00e1 vegansk\u00e1 restaurace a n\u011bkolik vegetari\u00e1nsk\u00fdch podnik\u016f, uvedla Titina Nu\u00f1ezov\u00e1, \u0159editelka gastronomick\u00e9ho \u010dasopisu Placer. &#8222;Uruguay se po\u0159\u00e1d dr\u017e\u00ed pizzy a barbecue. Pokud jde o gastronomii, \u010dek\u00e1 ji je\u0161t\u011b dlouh\u00e1 cesta. Kdy\u017e u\u017e otev\u0159e japonsk\u00e1 nebo mexick\u00e1 restaurace, nakonec stejn\u011b mus\u00ed p\u0159idat na menu j\u00eddlo zvan\u00e9 minuta (pokrm obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed obdobu \u0159\u00edzku nebo p\u00e1rky), jinak zkrachuje,&#8220; dod\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Vegetari\u00e1ni mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u016f\u010di posm\u011b\u0161k\u016fm &#8222;velmi tolerantn\u00ed, br\u00e1t je s humorem nebo jim nev\u011bnovat pozornost&#8220;, soud\u00ed Laura Lacurciaov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 se rozhodla b\u00fdt vegankou a nej\u00ed tud\u00ed\u017e ani vejce \u010di jin\u00e9 \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 produkty.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd Uruguayec sn\u00ed v pr\u016fm\u011bru 58,6 kilogramu hov\u011bz\u00edho ro\u010dn\u011b, zat\u00edmco nap\u0159\u00edklad ve Francii je to v pr\u016fm\u011bru 20 kilogram\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Kdyby m\u011blo b\u00fdt maso vy\u0161krtnuto z m\u00edstn\u00edho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku, byl by to &#8222;konec Uruguaye&#8220;, soud\u00ed jeden ze z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f typick\u00e9 restaurace v Mercado del Puerto v centru Montevidea, co\u017e je hala, kde se j\u00ed v podstat\u011b v\u00fdhradn\u011b grilovan\u00e9 maso. &#8222;A krom\u011b toho, kdo v\u00ed, \u010d\u00ed z\u00e1jmy se skr\u00fdvaj\u00ed za informac\u00ed WHO,&#8220; dod\u00e1v\u00e1 konspirativn\u00edm t\u00f3nem jeho soused.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017edou ned\u011bli se Montevideem line typicky uruguaysk\u00fd od\u00e9r, v\u016fn\u011b barbecue, kter\u00e9 se po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1 snad na v\u0161ech rodinn\u00fdch se\u0161lostech. Dokonce i na seznamovac\u00ed aplikaci Tinder se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt vlastnictv\u00ed grilu t\u011b\u017ekou vahou, alespo\u0148 podle profilov\u00fdch fotografi\u00ed svobodn\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f s t\u00edmto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm v pozad\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Fernandez, kter\u00fd sed\u00ed u stolu v jedn\u00e9 restauraci v Mercado del Puerto, si dokonce vzpom\u00edn\u00e1, \u017ee je\u0161t\u011b v 70. letech p\u0159id\u00e1valy matky sv\u00fdm d\u011btem do kojeneck\u00e9 stravy krev z masa.<\/p>\n<p>Podle odbornice na v\u00fd\u017eivu Rosany Vieraov\u00e9 je varov\u00e1n\u00ed WHO p\u0159ehnan\u00e9. &#8222;Uruguaysk\u00e9 maso se li\u0161\u00ed od toho z ostatn\u00edch zem\u00ed.
