N\u00e1bor\u00e1\u0159i v\u00a0\u010cesku ji ale k\u00a0hled\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u011b.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Odhad, \u017ee soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b zcela nahrad\u00ed person\u00e1ln\u00ed agentury, kter\u00fd v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice zhruba p\u0159ed p\u011bti lety panoval, se nepotvrdil. <strong>Person\u00e1ln\u00ed agentury vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 71 procent zahrani\u010dn\u00edch firem a kolem 40 procent tuzemsk\u00fdch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LinkedIn m\u00e1 v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 300 milion\u016f registrovan\u00fdch u\u017eivatel\u016f.<\/strong> Z\u00e1jem v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch firem v \u010cesku o n\u00e1bor zam\u011bstnanc\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed je ale zanedbateln\u00fd, podle odhad\u016f tak dnes \u010din\u00ed asi jen deset procent tuzemsk\u00fdch firem. V \u010cesk\u00e9 republice vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed personalist\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b k n\u00e1boru nov\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f jen okrajov\u011b.<strong> \u201eFirmy v \u010cesku d\u00e1vaj\u00ed st\u00e1le p\u0159ednost person\u00e1ln\u00edm agentur\u00e1m. Podle na\u0161eho pr\u016fzkumu si firmy vyb\u00edraj\u00ed person\u00e1ln\u00ed agenturu v 71 procentech z d\u016fvodu nedostatku kvalitn\u00edch \u017eivotopis\u016f, ve 37 procentech kv\u016fli tomu, \u017ee jim person\u00e1ln\u00ed agentura u\u0161et\u0159\u00ed \u010das s hled\u00e1n\u00edm kandid\u00e1t\u016f, a ve 25 procentech proto, \u017ee agentury maj\u00ed v\u00edce mo\u017enost\u00ed, jak kandid\u00e1ty oslovit. <\/strong>Firmy hledaj\u00edc\u00ed zam\u011bstnance prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pouze Facebook a LinkedIn, ostatn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b nevyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u0159i obsazov\u00e1n\u00ed voln\u00fdch pozic prakticky v\u016fbec,\u201c uvedla Olga Hyklov\u00e1, majitelka a v\u00fdkonn\u00e1 \u0159editelka spole\u010dnosti AC JOBS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 person\u00e1ln\u00ed agentury maj\u00ed v hled\u00e1\u010dku n\u011bkolik set specialist\u016f, p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b z\u00a0oblasti IT a mana\u017eer\u016f. Co do po\u010dtu zaregistrovan\u00fdch lid\u00ed tedy vede soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165. P\u0159i obsazov\u00e1n\u00ed specializovan\u00fdch \u010di vrcholov\u00fdch pozic m\u00e1 v\u0161ak kvalita v\u017edy p\u0159ednost p\u0159ed kvantitou. <\/strong>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b hled\u00e1n\u00ed vrcholov\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f tak firmy v \u010cesku st\u00e1le nejv\u00edce v\u011b\u0159\u00ed person\u00e1ln\u00edm agentur\u00e1m. \u201eSlu\u017eby, kter\u00e9 person\u00e1ln\u00ed agentury nab\u00edzej\u00ed, jsou v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice na velmi vysok\u00e9 \u00farovni. Nav\u00edc pro zahrani\u010dn\u00ed investory, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed do \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, jsou slu\u017eby person\u00e1ln\u00edch agentur nepostradateln\u00e9. <strong>Agentura m\u00e1 detailn\u011b zmapovan\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed zem\u011b a je schopna vybudovat cel\u00fd t\u00fdm od ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f po veden\u00ed nov\u00e9 pobo\u010dky. V tomto ohledu nejsou soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b schopny person\u00e1ln\u00edm agentur\u00e1m konkurovat. Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhodou agentur je schopnost okam\u017eit\u011b reagovat na po\u017eadavky firmy. Nap\u0159\u00edklad, pokud odejde specialista, je mo\u017en\u00e9 ho t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 okam\u017eit\u011b nahradit do\u010dasn\u00fdm zap\u016fj\u010den\u00edm, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b je mo\u017en\u00e9 takto poskytnout i cel\u00fd t\u00fdm. Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b nejsou schopny pru\u017en\u011b reagovat na zm\u011bny trhu, popt\u00e1vku po dan\u00fdch profes\u00edch ani na v\u00fdvoj platov\u00fdch podm\u00ednek dan\u00e9 zem\u011b<\/strong>,\u201c vysv\u011btlila Olga Hyklov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed personalist\u016f, \u017ee se d\u00edky soci\u00e1ln\u00edm s\u00edt\u00edm jejich pr\u00e1ce zjednodu\u0161\u00ed, se nedostavilo. <strong>Prost\u0159ed\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed se velice rychle m\u011bn\u00ed, a se soci\u00e1ln\u00edmi s\u00edt\u011bmi je tak t\u0159eba pracovat denn\u011b, co\u017e na n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch personalistick\u00fdch pozic\u00edch \u010dasto nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9. <\/strong>\u201eSpoustu \u010dasu stoj\u00ed nejen nau\u010dit se vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f na LinkedIn, ale tak\u00e9 to, jak s nimi spr\u00e1vn\u011b komunikovat. Dal\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m nast\u00e1v\u00e1, pokud firemn\u00ed personalista za\u010dne oslovovat lidi u konkurence. <strong>Kdy\u017e oslovov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnance neprob\u011bhne profesion\u00e1ln\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee personalista nap\u00e1chat v\u00edc \u0161kody ne\u017e u\u017eitku.<\/strong> M\u016f\u017ee nap\u0159\u00edklad konkurenci necht\u011bn\u011b vyzradit, s jak\u00fdmi pozicemi m\u00e1 firma probl\u00e9my, co dal\u0161\u00edho chystaj\u00ed nebo jak\u00e9 pen\u00edze a benefity nab\u00edzej\u00ed. <strong>Pokud se o n\u00e1bor star\u00e1 person\u00e1ln\u00ed agentura, v\u0161e prob\u00edh\u00e1 diskr\u00e9tn\u011b. Na pohovor pak u\u017e doraz\u00ed jen uchaze\u010di, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed o danou pozici skute\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1jem<\/strong>,\u201c \u0159ekla Olga Hyklov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ani o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e1 finan\u010dn\u00ed \u00faspora se nekon\u00e1. <strong>LinkedIn je zpoplatn\u011bn, licence stoj\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b vysok\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky, ceny se pohybuj\u00ed i kolem \u010dtvrt milionu korun. Firmy mus\u00ed nav\u00edc platit lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed se soci\u00e1ln\u00edmi s\u00edt\u011bmi pracuj\u00ed.<\/strong> \u201eI person\u00e1ln\u00ed agentury samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b. Pracuj\u00ed s nimi ale denn\u011b a vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed je pouze jako dopl\u0148kovou slu\u017ebu, nikoli jako hlavn\u00ed.<strong> Podstatn\u00e9 je, aby agentura m\u011bla nakoupen\u00e9 pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 licence, proto\u017ee pokud je nem\u00e1, je v podstat\u011b jen na u\u017eivatelsk\u00e9 pozici, a k mnoha kontakt\u016fm se tak ani nem\u016f\u017ee dostat,<\/strong>\u201c zd\u016fraznila Denisa Ondru\u0161ov\u00e1, development manager a specialistka na LinkedIn spole\u010dnosti AC JOBS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pokud u\u017e se firma rozhodne vyu\u017e\u00edt k hled\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnance soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165, d\u011bje se tak zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i obsazov\u00e1n\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch a specializovan\u00fdch pozic. <strong>\u201eNa LinkedIn jsou v \u010cesku zat\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161inou mu\u017ei \u2013 tvo\u0159\u00ed 60 procent.
