Polovina student\u016f pak byla n\u00e1hodn\u011b usazena v m\u00edstnosti se zrcadlem, druh\u00e1 polovina v m\u00edstnosti, kde na sebe nevid\u011bli.<\/p>\n<p>Pot\u00e9, co ochutnali pokrm, kter\u00fd si vybrali, dostali ot\u00e1zku, jak jim j\u00eddlo chutnalo, a jestli by si dali je\u0161t\u011b trochu. Student\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed sed\u011bli p\u0159ed zrcadlem, chutnal dort m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e t\u011bm, kdo se nevid\u011bli. U student\u016f konzumuj\u00edc\u00edch ovocn\u00fd sal\u00e1t podobn\u00fd rozd\u00edl studie nezjistila.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Nechcete se vid\u011bt p\u0159i konzumaci nezdrav\u00e9ho j\u00eddla, proto\u017ee to neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 pravidl\u016fm zdrav\u00e9 stravy,&#8220; \u0159ekl Jami. A tento rozpor znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se lid\u00e9 nec\u00edt\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b &#8211; i kdy\u017e si sami neuv\u011bdomuj\u00ed pro\u010d. &#8222;A proto\u017ee si neuv\u011bdomuj\u00ed, pro\u010d se nec\u00edt\u00ed dob\u0159e, napadne je, \u017ee n\u011bco nen\u00ed v po\u0159\u00e1dku se samotn\u00fdm j\u00eddlem. Hledaj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00fd vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed faktor, kter\u00e9mu by mohli p\u0159ipsat vinu za to, \u017ee nemaj\u00ed dobr\u00fd pocit,&#8220; dodal.<\/p>\n<p>M\u016f\u017ee tedy um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed zrcadla v dom\u011b pomoci zbavit se konzumace nezdrav\u00fdch pochutin? Jami si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee odpov\u011b\u010f zn\u00ed ano. Lid\u00e9 podle n\u011bj m\u016f\u017eou zrcadla pov\u011bsit t\u0159eba do kuchyn\u011b, kde je pohled na sebe samotn\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee v posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli p\u0159im\u011bt s\u00e1hnout rad\u011bji po jablku ne\u017e po s\u00e1\u010dku se sma\u017een\u00fdmi bramborov\u00fdmi lup\u00ednky.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00e9 restaurace by mohly t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem povzbudit str\u00e1vn\u00edky, aby si rad\u011bji vyb\u00edrali zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed varianty nab\u00edzen\u00fdch pokrm\u016f.
