M\u016f\u017eeme v\u0161ak dok\u00e1zat zm\u011bnit sv\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky tak, \u017ee se pokus\u00edme pam\u011b\u0165 oklamat, p\u00ed\u0161e italsk\u00fd den\u00edk Corriere della Sera.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci z Basilejsk\u00e9 univerzity ve \u0160v\u00fdcarsku vyzvali dobrovoln\u00edky, aby ozn\u00e1mkovali pochutiny, jako je \u010dokol\u00e1da, bramb\u016frky \u010di sladkosti, a pak s pomoc\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00ed magnetick\u00e9 rezonance sledovali, kter\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti mozku se u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z nich aktivuj\u00ed. Uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee sledovan\u00e9 osoby se rozhodovaly v\u017edy pro takov\u00e9 pochutiny, na kter\u00e9 si z prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti testu l\u00e9pe pamatovali. Potvrdilo to i aktivov\u00e1n\u00ed oblast\u00ed pam\u011bti. Potvrzuje to v\u00fdzkum Briana Wansinka, \u0159editele Food and Brand Lab p\u0159i americk\u00e9 Cornellov\u011b univerzit\u011b. J\u00eddla, kter\u00e1 p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed poklidn\u00e9 ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, se v\u0161ak li\u0161\u00ed podle pohlav\u00ed: zat\u00edmco mu\u017ei d\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159ednost t\u011bstovin\u00e1m a masu, proto\u017ee jim p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed mate\u0159skou p\u00e9\u010di a starostlivost, \u017eeny maj\u00ed v oblib\u011b \u010dokol\u00e1du a dorty navozuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 vzpom\u00ednky vztahuj\u00edc\u00ed se k p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b j\u00eddel. Tyto pokrmy jsou preferov\u00e1ny tehdy, kdy\u017e pot\u0159ebujeme j\u00eddlo &#8222;pro \u00fat\u011bchu&#8220;. V\u00fdzkum veden\u00fd Elizabeth Loftusovou z Kalifornsk\u00e9 univerzity uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee je mo\u017en\u00e9 v\u0161t\u00edpit si negativn\u00ed vzpom\u00ednky na j\u00eddlo a zm\u011bnit tak sv\u00e9 zvyklosti u stolu. Loftusov\u00e9 se poda\u0159ilo &#8222;p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit&#8220; n\u011bkolik dobrovoln\u00edk\u016f o tom, \u017ee jim v d\u011btstv\u00ed bylo \u0161patn\u011b, kdy\u017e jedli vejce. Fale\u0161n\u00e9 vzpom\u00ednky na j\u00eddlo se mohou vytvo\u0159it i pomoc\u00ed rozhovor\u016f s jin\u00fdmi osobami. &#8222;Dobrovoln\u00edci pak podstatn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eili spot\u0159ebu vajec a tot\u00e9\u017e se poda\u0159ilo i s dal\u0161\u00edmi j\u00eddly, jako je t\u0159eba zmrzlina.
