Zat\u00edmco z\u00e1jem o studium humanitn\u00edch obor\u016f na vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch rok od roku stoup\u00e1, technicky vzd\u011blan\u00fdch absolvent\u016f je nedostatek.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159itom pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 n\u00e1stupn\u00ed platy absolvent\u016f technick\u00fdch obor\u016f jsou a\u017e o p\u011btinu vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jejich humanitn\u011b zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch koleg\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Pro tis\u00edce \u017e\u00e1k\u016f st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol nast\u00e1v\u00e1 obdob\u00ed, kdy se mus\u00ed rozhodnout pro svou budouc\u00ed profesi. Jen zlomek z nich si vybere technick\u00fd obor. V\u011bt\u0161ina mlad\u00fdch tou\u017e\u00ed b\u00fdt sp\u00ed\u0161e ekonomy nebo mana\u017eery. V \u010cesku p\u0159itom chyb\u011bj\u00ed lid\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d technick\u00fdmi obory. \u201eTechnick\u00e9 obory studuje kolem 35 procent st\u0159edo\u0161kol\u00e1k\u016f, pokud se rozhodnou ve studiu pokra\u010dovat, z\u00e1jem o technick\u00e9 obory a informa\u010dn\u00ed technologie m\u00e1 u\u017e jen 22 procent z nich. Na \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku popularity obsazuj\u00ed prvn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dky mana\u017eersk\u00e9, ekonomick\u00e9 a humanitn\u00ed obory. P\u0159itom nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161ance na trhu pr\u00e1ce maj\u00ed absolventi pr\u00e1v\u011b technick\u00fdch a IT obor\u016f,\u201c \u0159ekla Olga Hyklov\u00e1, majitelka a v\u00fdkonn\u00e1 \u0159editelka spole\u010dnosti AC JOBS.<\/p>\n<p>IT pat\u0159\u00ed v \u010cesku k\u00a0nejlukrativn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm obor\u016fm \u2013 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed mzda absolvent\u016f \u010cesk\u00e9ho vysok\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed technick\u00e9ho v\u00a0Praze se pohybuje kolem 35 tis\u00edc korun. Odborn\u00edk\u016f je ale pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00a0tomto oboru nedostatek. V\u00a0\u010cesku by se jich u\u017eivilo dvakr\u00e1t tolik. \u201eNez\u00e1jem o technick\u00e9 obory je obecn\u011b mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159ipsat tomu, \u017ee \u0159ada student\u016f je m\u00e1 spojen\u00e9 s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm finan\u010dn\u00edm ohodnocen\u00edm. Studenty tak\u00e9 nel\u00e1k\u00e1 manu\u00e1ln\u00ed nebo fyzicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce, p\u0159ednost d\u00e1vaj\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00edm. Za\u017eit\u00e9 dogma n\u00edzk\u00e9ho platu v\u0161ak u\u017e d\u00e1vno neplat\u00ed. Nedostatek pracovn\u00edch sil v technick\u00fdch oborech nut\u00ed firmy zvy\u0161ovat zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm platy a zlep\u0161ovat pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky. Naopak nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee naj\u00edt pr\u00e1ci ve sv\u00e9m, nebo alespo\u0148 p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e9m oboru maj\u00ed absolventi humanitn\u00edch \u0161kol,\u201c popsala Martina L\u00e1talov\u00e1, obchodn\u00ed \u0159editelka spole\u010dnosti AC JOBS.<\/p>\n<p>Podle pr\u016fzkumu person\u00e1ln\u00ed agentury AC JOBS t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 70 procent vysoko\u0161kol\u00e1k\u016f v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee budou pracovat v oboru, kter\u00fd vystudovali. \u201e\u0158ada vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fdch student\u016f u\u017e pracuje b\u011bhem studia, pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b si vyd\u011blaj\u00ed kolem 7,5 tis\u00edce korun za m\u011bs\u00edc. V 84 procentech se jedn\u00e1 o brig\u00e1dy, pouze p\u011bt procent student\u016f nepracuje v\u016fbec. Celkem 22 procent vysoko\u0161kol\u00e1k\u016f pracuje mimo obor. Probl\u00e9mem potom je, \u017ee na pracovn\u00ed pohovory t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se jejich oboru tak chod\u00ed uchaze\u010di s\u00a0prakticky nulovou prax\u00ed. P\u0159itom pr\u00e1v\u011b pracovn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti z\u00edskan\u00e9 u\u017e b\u011bhem studia jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro 66 procent firem,\u201c upozornila Olga Hyklov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd plat na sv\u011bt\u011b o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u0160v\u00fdca\u0159i. Jejich p\u0159edstavy o n\u00e1stupn\u00edm platu p\u0159ekra\u010duj\u00ed 140 tis\u00edc korun m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. \u010ce\u0161t\u00ed vysoko\u0161kol\u00e1ci jsou v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s nimi skromn\u00ed, n\u00e1stupn\u00ed plat jim sta\u010d\u00ed ve v\u00fd\u0161i od 25 do 30 tis\u00edc korun. \u201ePo\u017eadavky \u0160v\u00fdcar\u016f na n\u00e1stupn\u00ed plat se mohou zprvu zd\u00e1t p\u0159emr\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9, vzhledem k vysok\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm a pouze t\u0159\u00edprocentn\u00ed nezam\u011bstnanosti jde ale o zcela re\u00e1ln\u00e9 p\u0159edstavy. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161v\u00fdcarsk\u00fdch student\u016f z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 i po p\u011bti letech od n\u00e1stupu do zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed tak\u0159ka na stejn\u00e9 \u00farovni. Naopak \u010de\u0161t\u00ed vysoko\u0161kol\u00e1ci jsou ochotni za\u010d\u00edt s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1stupn\u00edm platem, ale cht\u011bj\u00ed, aby rostl,\u201c \u0159ekla Martina
