Kdo je na vin\u011b? Z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti to jsou slan\u00e9 pochutiny. Je v nich obsa\u017eena zhruba polovina denn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu sod\u00edku.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>ilustra\u010dn\u00ed foto: Photoxpress<\/p>\n<p> Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to ze dvou italsk\u00fdch studi\u00ed, o kter\u00fdch p\u00ed\u0161e list Corriere della Sera.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci z univerzit v Mil\u00e1n\u011b a Tur\u00ednu zkoumali stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky 1200 tur\u00ednsk\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a student\u016f. Zjistili, \u017ee d\u011bti a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed zkonzumuj\u00ed v pr\u016fm\u011bru 1400 miligram\u016f sod\u00edku jen mimo hlavn\u00ed j\u00eddla. To je v\u00edce ne\u017e 90 procent mno\u017estv\u00ed sod\u00edku odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edho adekv\u00e1tn\u00ed denn\u00ed spot\u0159eb\u011b v tomto v\u011bku. V\u011bdci rovn\u011b\u017e pozorovali, \u017ee arteri\u00e1ln\u00ed krevn\u00ed tlak dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch stoupal \u00fam\u011brn\u011b tomu, jak konzumovali slan\u00e9 pochutiny.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00e1 italsk\u00e1 studie, zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e1 v \u010dasopise Plos One, zahrnovala 1424 d\u011bt\u00ed a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch ve v\u011bku od \u0161esti do osmn\u00e1cti let z deseti italsk\u00fdch region\u016f. V\u011bdci m\u011b\u0159ili jejich v\u00fd\u0161ku, v\u00e1hu, krevn\u00ed tlak, sledovali jejich stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky a tak\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed sod\u00edku a drasl\u00edku v mo\u010di. Zjistili, \u017ee 93 procent chlapc\u016f a 89 procent d\u00edvek konzumovalo mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed sod\u00edku ne\u017e je doporu\u010deno, zat\u00edmco spot\u0159eba drasl\u00edku v pr\u016fm\u011bru dosahovala sotva poloviny doporu\u010den\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Vznik\u00e1 tak za\u010darovan\u00fd kruh. &#8222;V\u00fd\u017eiva p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 bohat\u00e1 na sod\u00edk a chud\u00e1 na drasl\u00edk je spojen\u00e1 se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch nemoc\u00ed v dosp\u011bl\u00e9m v\u011bku,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje Angelo Campanozzi, profesor pediatrie na Foggijsk\u00e9 univerzit\u011b a hlavn\u00ed autor studie publikovan\u00e9 na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch \u010dasopisu Plos One.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Nav\u00edc p\u0159\u00edjem slan\u00fdch j\u00eddel stimuluje \u017e\u00edze\u0148, kter\u00e1 vede k tomu, \u017ee mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 pij\u00ed hodn\u011b sladk\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f. Slan\u00e9 pokrmy, kter\u00e9 jsou \u010dasto kaloricky vydatn\u00e9 (jako nap\u0159\u00edklad sma\u017een\u00e9 bramb\u016frky), jsou ve spojen\u00ed se sladk\u00fdmi n\u00e1poji dob\u0159e zn\u00e1mou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou d\u011btsk\u00e9 obezity. Je tedy nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit rodi\u010de a pedagogy, aby vedli ty nejmlad\u0161\u00ed k tomu, aby omezili konzumaci slan\u00fdch potravin a zv\u00fd\u0161ili p\u0159\u00edjem \u010derstv\u00e9 zeleniny a ovoce,&#8220; zd\u016fraz\u0148uje Campanozzi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm obdob\u00edm k tomu, abychom se zam\u011b\u0159ili na tento c\u00edl, je l\u00e9to. V t\u00e9 dob\u011b toti\u017e je mo\u017en\u00e9 d\u00e1t v\u00edce prostoru nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm druh\u016fm obl\u00edben\u00e9ho ovoce a zeleniny (melouny, t\u0159e\u0161n\u011b, meru\u0148ky, jablka). T\u00edm se roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdb\u011br zdrav\u00fdch potravin, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba v\u017edy pod\u00e1vat v chutn\u00e9 podob\u011b.
