Zhluboka se nadechnu a jdeme na to.<\/p>\n<p>Jsem ve cvi\u010dn\u00e9 kuchyni olomouck\u00e9ho Tyfloservisu, p\u0159es o\u010di m\u00e1m speci\u00e1ln\u00ed f\u00f3lii, d\u00edky kter\u00e9 vid\u00edm pouze barevn\u00e9 skvrny. P\u0159esn\u011b takhle vid\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 pokro\u010dil\u00fd \u0161ed\u00fd z\u00e1kal. Vedle m\u011b ale na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed stoj\u00ed instruktorka soci\u00e1ln\u00ed rehabilitace, kter\u00e1 m\u011b bude prov\u00e1zet. &#8222;Nejprve se mus\u00edme v kuchyni zorientovat, abychom se mohly bezpe\u010dn\u011b a jist\u011b pohybovat. Pot\u0159ebujete v\u011bd\u011bt, kde si opl\u00e1chnout ruce, kde je ut\u011brka, kde kon\u010d\u00ed pracovn\u00ed plocha, zda je spor\u00e1k vlevo nebo vpravo od d\u0159ezu, kde je ko\u0161,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje vedouc\u00ed st\u0159ediska Veronika Haiclov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>V jin\u00e9 situaci je \u017eena, kter\u00e1 vid\u011bla a zn\u00e1 svoji kuchy\u0148, a v d\u016fsledku zhor\u0161en\u00ed nebo ztr\u00e1ty zraku se u\u010d\u00ed va\u0159it jinak. Orientace v kuchyni pro mu\u017ee, kter\u00fd se pohyboval sp\u00ed\u0161e ve svoj\u00ed d\u00edln\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ale mnohem n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. &#8222;D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, p\u0159izp\u016fsobit si kuchy\u0148 tak, aby byla pro t\u011b\u017ece zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka co neprakti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, nejp\u0159ehledn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a bezpe\u010dn\u00e1,&#8220; podot\u00fdk\u00e1 m\u00e1 pr\u016fvodkyn\u011b. &#8222;Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je to o p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed strachu, proto\u017ee kdy\u017e n\u011bco bubl\u00e1 nebo prsk\u00e1, kdy\u017e je n\u011bco hork\u00e9ho, je to velk\u00e1 zkou\u0161ka odvahy. Jak si te\u010f ale odm\u011b\u0159\u00edm p\u016fl litru? &#8222;Vezmu si hrnek?&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m. Tipuji spr\u00e1vn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>V lev\u00e9 horn\u00ed sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ce nahmat\u00e1v\u00e1m hrnek, zd\u00e1 se buclat\u00fd. Moje asistentka m\u011b sm\u011bruje je\u0161t\u011b ke spodn\u00ed sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ce, kde najdu rendl\u00edk. &#8222;Je dobr\u00e9 si p\u0159id\u0159epnout, tak se v\u00e1m budou v\u011bci l\u00e9pe vytahovat a nehroz\u00ed, \u017ee byste se bouchla,&#8220; nav\u00e1d\u00ed m\u011b Veronika Haiclov\u00e1. Pod\u00e1v\u00e1 mi velk\u00fd sv\u011btl\u00fd t\u00e1c, na kter\u00fd pokl\u00e1d\u00e1m rendl\u00edk i hrnek, tak\u017ee kdy\u017e te\u010f rozliji ml\u00e9ko, neskon\u010d\u00ed na zemi. Mus\u00edm ho odm\u011b\u0159it, chyst\u00e1m si prsty a jakmile m\u011b tekutina p\u0159i okraji zastud\u00ed, je plno. V kuchy\u0148ce ale maj\u00ed dobr\u00e9ho pomocn\u00edka, indik\u00e1tor hladiny, kter\u00fd zahl\u00e1s\u00ed, kdy\u017e se hrnek pln\u00ed. P\u0159elito do kastrolu, pr\u00e1\u0161ek jsem rozsypala mimo hrnek jen trochu, a te\u010f ho je\u0161t\u011b sm\u00edchat s ml\u00e9kem. Je\u0161t\u011b odm\u011b\u0159uji dv\u011b l\u017e\u00edce cukru, kter\u00fd p\u0159id\u00e1m k ml\u00e9ku s pudinkem. Zat\u00edm to jde.<\/p>\n<p>Nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed je pe\u010den\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>Pot\u0159ebuji zapnout spor\u00e1k. Nejprve si za studena osah\u00e1v\u00e1m v\u0161echny plot\u00fdnky a v\u0161echny knofl\u00edky, nalepen\u00e9 hmatn\u00e9 zna\u010dky m\u011b upozor\u0148uj\u00ed na nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed stupe\u0148 oh\u0159evu. Pt\u00e1m se, co je pro nevidom\u00e9 v kuchyni nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed? &#8222;Asi pe\u010den\u00ed. Je pot\u0159eba se \u0159\u00eddit p\u0159esn\u00fdmi \u00fadaji v receptu. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed nevidom\u00ed se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed v\u016fn\u00ed, do t\u011bsta lze p\u00edchat \u0161pejl\u00ed. P\u0159i sma\u017een\u00ed je nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd st\u0159\u00edkaj\u00edc\u00ed hork\u00fd olej a rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee je ji\u017e \u0159\u00edzek \u010di pala\u010dinka dob\u0159e ud\u011blan\u00fd. Manipulace a p\u0159evracen\u00ed \u0159\u00edzk\u016f na rozp\u00e1len\u00e9 p\u00e1nvi chce cvik a odvahu,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje vedouc\u00ed st\u0159ediska. &#8222;V\u0161echno je ot\u00e1zka cviku, odvahy, motivace a velik\u00e9 trp\u011blivosti. Kdy\u017e cht\u011bj\u00ed a pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed se ur\u010ditou dovednost nau\u010dit, tak to zvl\u00e1dnou,&#8220; m\u00edn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Mezit\u00edm jsem zapnula plot\u00fdnku a pr\u00e1\u0161ek v hrnku rozm\u00edchala. Nev\u00edm, kolik jsem toho vylila mimo, kdy\u017e jsem pudink p\u0159el\u00e9vala. Opatrn\u011b rendl\u00edk p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00edm na spor\u00e1k, d\u00e1v\u00e1m na radu a va\u0159e\u010dkou si kontroluji, jestli m\u00e1m hrnec dob\u0159e postaven\u00fd na st\u0159edu plot\u00fdnky. Teplo c\u00edt\u00edm, ale nev\u00edm, jak daleko od plot\u00fdnky jsem. &#8222;U nevidom\u00fdch je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Mus\u00ed v\u011bd\u011bt, kde co maj\u00ed a \u017ee to tam najdou. Pracujeme s kontrasty, kdy t\u0159eba na b\u00edl\u00fd st\u016fl d\u00e1me tmav\u00fd hrnek, stejn\u011b tak v koupeln\u011b pomohou nevidom\u00e9mu kontrastn\u00ed ru\u010dn\u00edky k pozad\u00ed, v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 barva z\u00e1chodov\u00e9ho prk\u00fdnka, sv\u011btl\u00fd toaletn\u00ed pap\u00edr um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fd na tmav\u00e9m pozad\u00ed. Je i \u0159ada kuchy\u0148sk\u00fdch pomocn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed mluv\u00ed nebo signalizuj\u00ed,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje Veronika Haiclov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Stoj\u00edm u plotny a m\u00edch\u00e1m, po n\u011bkolika minut\u00e1ch u\u017e nesly\u0161\u00edm mlaskav\u00e9 \u0161plouch\u00e1n\u00ed tekutiny a zd\u00e1 se mi, \u017ee pudink houstne. Vyp\u00edn\u00e1m proto spor\u00e1k a hrnec odkl\u00e1d\u00e1m na studenou plot\u00fdnku. Te\u010f p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed chv\u00edle kr\u00e1jen\u00ed. Do ruky beru men\u0161\u00ed n\u016f\u017e a na prk\u00fdnku opatrn\u011b kr\u00e1j\u00edm ban\u00e1n. Nejprve odkrojuji \u0161pi\u010dku, pak jej oloupu a nakonec kr\u00e1j\u00edm kole\u010dka. Jsou asi r\u016fzn\u011b \u0161irok\u00e1, j\u00e1 se v\u0161ak hlavn\u011b sna\u017e\u00edm nepo\u0159ezat se. Trochu ovoce d\u00e1m do nachystan\u00e9 misky, trochu do velk\u00e9 sklenice.<\/p>\n<p>Veronika Haiclov\u00e1 mi pod\u00e1v\u00e1 nab\u011bra\u010dku, kterou pudink p\u0159end\u00e1m z rendl\u00edku do p\u0159ipraven\u00fdch n\u00e1dob s ban\u00e1nem. Sna\u017e\u00edm se ho moc nevybryndat okolo, ale \u00fapln\u011b se to neda\u0159\u00ed. Kdy\u017e b\u0159\u00ed\u0161ko nab\u011bra\u010dky sedne do otvoru velk\u00e9 sklenice, pomalu nab\u011bra\u010dku oto\u010d\u00edm a pudink do sklenice nech\u00e1m st\u00e9ct. Je to pomalej\u0161\u00ed, ale m\u00e1m jistotu, \u017ee kr\u00e9m bude sp\u00ed\u0161 ve skle, ne\u017e mimo n\u011bj. Jup\u00ed, skoro je hotovo, je\u0161t\u011b um\u00fdt n\u00e1dob\u00ed. Ut\u00edr\u00e1m si ruce a sund\u00e1v\u00e1m z o\u010d\u00ed f\u00f3lii. Spou\u0161\u0165 na pracovn\u00ed desce nen\u00ed tak velk\u00e1, sklenice je opatlan\u00e1 d\u00e1 se \u0159\u00edct jen trochu, hlavn\u011b m\u00e1m hotovo.<\/p>\n<p>Vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch smysl\u016f<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ekvapilo m\u011b, \u017ee jsem si p\u0159i va\u0159en\u00ed automaticky vypom\u00e1hala ostatn\u00edmi smysly. Dlan\u00ed nad plot\u00fdnkou jsem kontrolovala, zda je zapnut\u00e1 a h\u0159eje, prstem jsem si pomohla p\u0159i nal\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed ml\u00e9ka a zm\u011bna \u0161plouch\u00e1n\u00ed ml\u00e9ka a v\u016fn\u011b mi napov\u011bd\u011bla, kdy se pudink za\u010dal va\u0159it. \u010casov\u011b to bylo mnohem n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e kdybych vid\u011bla. &#8222;Zkou\u0161ely jsme si to jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Nau\u010dily jsme se zapnut\u00ed spor\u00e1ku, odm\u011b\u0159en\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed tekutiny, cukru, m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed a tak\u00e9 p\u0159el\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed hork\u00e9ho a kr\u00e1jen\u00ed. \u010cinnost\u00ed bylo hodn\u011b, ale pokud to srovn\u00e1me t\u0159eba s p\u0159\u00edpravou cel\u00e9ho ob\u011bda, tak to pat\u0159\u00ed k jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1cvik\u016fm,&#8220; upozor\u0148uje m\u00e1 asistentka.<\/p>\n<p>A jak jsem si podle n\u00ed vedla? &#8222;Celkem dob\u0159e.
