Radost z j\u00eddla, p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm za ur\u010dit\u00fdch podm\u00ednek, v\u0161ak nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou um\u00edrn\u011bnosti v konzumaci, ale naopak spojencem. To jsou z\u00e1v\u011bry, k nim\u017e dosp\u011bli dva kanad\u0161t\u00ed a jeden francouzsk\u00fd v\u011bdec, jejich\u017e studie byla publikov\u00e1na na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch \u010dasopisu Appetite.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci ve sv\u00e9 studii p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm rozli\u0161ili dva typy pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed plynouc\u00edho z j\u00eddla: &#8222;viscer\u00e1ln\u00ed&#8220;, tedy t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se \u00fatrob, a &#8222;epikurejsk\u00e9&#8220;. Prvn\u00ed druh pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed z j\u00eddla souvis\u00ed s uspokojov\u00e1n\u00edm pot\u0159eby j\u00edst, abychom zahnali hlad nebo negativn\u00ed emoce, anebo z toho, \u017ee toho m\u016f\u017eeme hodn\u011b sn\u00edst za n\u00edzkou cenu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Epikurejsk\u00e9&#8220; pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed je naopak spojeno s estetickou dimenz\u00ed konzumace pokrmu, do n\u00ed\u017e jsou zapojeny v\u0161echny smysly. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nejde o to uspokojit nal\u00e9havou pot\u0159ebu, ale o p\u0159\u00edjemnou zku\u0161enost zalo\u017eenou na v\u0161ech smyslov\u00fdch aspektech potravy (chu\u0165, barva, v\u016fn\u011b) a na prost\u0159ed\u00ed, v n\u011bm\u017e je konzumov\u00e1na (m\u00edsto, spole\u010dnost, \u00faprava stolu). Nap\u0159\u00edklad velk\u00fd kus \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00e9ho dortu vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 viscer\u00e1ln\u00ed pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed, zat\u00edmco mal\u00e1 ty\u010dinka kvalitn\u00ed \u010dokol\u00e1dy se zelen\u00fdm \u010dajem poj\u00eddan\u00e1 ve spole\u010dnosti p\u0159\u00e1tel vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e epikurejsk\u00e9 pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci s pomoc\u00ed s\u00e9rie test\u016f ur\u010dovali na vzorku 250 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch osob tendence k &#8222;viscer\u00e1ln\u00edmu&#8220;, nebo &#8222;epikurejsk\u00e9mu&#8220; pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed. V\u00fdsledky srovn\u00e1vali s antropometrick\u00fdmi \u00fadaji a s preferencemi vztahuj\u00edc\u00edmi se k porc\u00edm j\u00eddla. Uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee orientace na epikurejsk\u00e9 pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed z j\u00eddla nesouvis\u00ed s indexem t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti, ale s preferenc\u00ed men\u0161\u00edch porc\u00ed pokrmu a v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm pocitem uspokojen\u00ed.
