To m\u016f\u017ee paradoxn\u011b sp\u00ed\u0161e p\u0159isp\u00edvat k epidemii obezity, ne\u017e aby ji to sni\u017eovalo. Tak toho m\u016f\u017eu sn\u00edst v\u00edce. Takov\u00e1 \u00favaha m\u016f\u017ee ve sv\u00fdch d\u016fsledc\u00edch v\u00e9st paradoxn\u011b k tomu, \u017ee p\u0159ib\u00edr\u00e1me na v\u00e1ze. Experti na chov\u00e1n\u00ed spot\u0159ebitel\u016f z Texask\u00e9 univerzity v Austinu tuto ot\u00e1zku studovali a v\u00fdsledky jejich v\u00fdzkumu p\u0159inesl ve sv\u00e9m lednov\u00e9m \u010d\u00edsle Journal of Association for Consumer Research. Jak se uv\u00e1d\u00ed na internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch Food and Brand Lab Cornellovy univerzity, kter\u00e1 se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 psychologi\u00ed spot\u0159eby potravin, v\u011bdci vych\u00e1zeli z p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee kdy\u017e spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 konzumuj\u00ed pokrmy, kter\u00e9 pova\u017euj\u00ed za zdrav\u00e9, maj\u00ed tendenci jich sn\u00edst v\u00edce. A skute\u010dn\u011b: jejich p\u0159edpoklady potvrdily i v\u00fdsledky v\u00fdzkumu.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci realizovali t\u0159i studie. P\u0159i t\u00e9 prvn\u00ed analyzovali spojitost mezi pojmy zdrav\u00e9 a hojn\u00e9. Jako vzorek si vybrali 50 vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fdch student\u016f, jim\u017e zadali implicitn\u00ed asocia\u010dn\u00ed test. Jde o metodu pou\u017e\u00edvanou v soci\u00e1ln\u00ed psychologii, kter\u00e1 analyzuje s\u00edlu vztahu mezi jednotlivcem a jeho ment\u00e1ln\u00edmi projevy nebo tak\u00e9 p\u0159edsudky, nap\u0159\u00edklad v oblasti spot\u0159eby, jak tomu bylo v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00e9 studie se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 40 student\u016f, u nich\u017e byla vyhodnocov\u00e1na m\u00edra sytosti pot\u00e9, co sn\u011bdli pokrm ozna\u010den\u00fd jako zdrav\u00fd, \u010di nezdrav\u00fd. C\u00edlem studie bylo testovat, jak\u00fd byl \u00fa\u010dinek na jejich pocit sytosti m\u011blo to, \u017ee byl pokrm ozna\u010den za zdrav\u00fd, nebo nezdrav\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Pro t\u0159et\u00ed studii si v\u011bdci vybrali 72 student\u016f a m\u011b\u0159ili mno\u017estv\u00ed j\u00eddla, kter\u00e9 bylo ozna\u010deno za zdrav\u00e9, nebo nezdrav\u00e9 a kter\u00e9 pokusn\u00fdm osob\u00e1m podali p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e jim prom\u00edtli kr\u00e1tk\u00fd film. Pak m\u011b\u0159ili mno\u017estv\u00ed j\u00eddla, kter\u00e9 studenti b\u011bhem prom\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed sn\u011bdli.<\/p>\n<p>Tyto t\u0159i experimenty vedly k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 spojuj\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 j\u00eddlo s men\u0161\u00edm pocitem sytosti a \u017ee je tento pocit podn\u011bcuje k tomu, aby ho sn\u011bdli v\u00edce. Ozna\u010den\u00ed j\u00eddla za zdrav\u00e9, nebo nezdrav\u00e9 m\u011bn\u00ed \u00fasudek a chov\u00e1n\u00ed i t\u011bch, kdo tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee nesouhlas\u00ed s my\u0161lenkou, \u017ee zdrav\u00e9 j\u00eddlo m\u00e9n\u011b syt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed zdrav\u00fdch potravin m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edjmu kalori\u00ed,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje \u0159editel V\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho st\u0159ediska pro potraviny a v\u00fd\u017eivu v \u0158\u00edm\u011b Andrea Ghiselli. &#8222;St\u00e1v\u00e1 se nap\u0159\u00edklad, \u017ee si \u010dlov\u011bk mysl\u00ed, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00edst v\u00edce sladkost\u00ed p\u0159ipraven\u00fdch s olivov\u00fdm olejem, ne\u017e t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 byly zhotoveny s m\u00e1slem,&#8220; dod\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b je tomu s potravinami ozna\u010dovan\u00fdmi jako light, jimi\u017e je trh p\u0159esycen. &#8222;Skute\u010dnost je takov\u00e1, \u017ee spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 kupuj\u00ed produkty light, aby toho mohli sn\u00edst v\u00edce. Je v\u0161ak l\u00e9pe si koupit \u00b4nezleh\u010denou\u00b4 potravinu, ne\u017e d\u00e1vat p\u0159ednost potravin\u00e1m s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem tuku.
