Alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed je skute\u010dnost, \u017ee jsou touto nebezpe\u010dnou chorobou ohro\u017eeny st\u00e1le v\u00edce d\u011bti. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se, \u017ee v budoucnu bude cukrovkou posti\u017een ka\u017ed\u00fd 10. ob\u010dan \u010cR bez ohledu na v\u011bk.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>ilustra\u010dn\u00ed foto: Karen Barefoot \/ sxc.hu<\/p>\n<p>Diabetes mellitus 2. typu \u2013 relativn\u00ed nedostatek inzulinu zp\u016fsoben\u00fd sn\u00ed\u017eenou citlivost\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u00ed na inzulin \u2013 je pova\u017eov\u00e1n za civiliza\u010dn\u00ed chorobu, proto\u017ee velmi \u00fazce souvis\u00ed se sou\u010dasn\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem. V \u010cesk\u00e9 republice se s t\u00edmto onemocn\u011bn\u00edm l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 800 000 pacient\u016f, 92 % t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed cukrovku. V\u00fdznamnou roli pro vznik cukrovky 2. typu m\u00e1 genetick\u00e1 dispozice. Pokud tuto nemoc m\u00e1 jeden z rodi\u010d\u016f, je a\u017e 35% riziko, \u017ee zas\u00e1hne i potomky. Kdy k tomu dojde a jak t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd bude pr\u016fb\u011bh choroby, zda bude prov\u00e1zena z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdmi komplikacemi, nebo jej\u00ed forma bude jen m\u00edrn\u00e1, je ale v rukou ohro\u017een\u00fdch. * KL\u00cd\u010c JE V \u017dIVOTOSPR\u00c1V\u011a<\/p>\n<p>Riziko onemocn\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u011b zvy\u0161uje sedav\u00fd zp\u016fsob \u017eivota, nedostatek pohybu, p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed se a obezita. Jedn\u00edm z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed je pro pacienta i l\u00e9ka\u0159e tzv. &#8222;dlouh\u00fd cukr&#8220; (glykovan\u00fd hemoglobin, HbA1c). Jde o d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 laboratorn\u00ed vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 l\u00e9ka\u0159i umo\u017e\u0148uje posoudit dlouhodobou kompenzaci cukrovky a riziko rozvoje komplikac\u00ed t\u00e9to choroby. A pro\u010d &#8222;dlouh\u00fd cukr&#8220;? Proto\u017ee vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed informaci o hladin\u011b cukru v krvi za del\u0161\u00ed obdob\u00ed. Nelze je proto zkreslit ani kr\u00e1tkodobou dietou.<br \/>\nU zdrav\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka se hodnota glykovan\u00e9ho hemoglobinu pohybuje v rozmez\u00ed od 2,8 % do 4 %, dob\u0159e l\u00e9\u010den\u00fd diabetik by m\u011bl m\u00edt hodnotu do 6 %. \u010c\u00edm je pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 hodnota cukru vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u zdrav\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka, t\u00edm v\u00edce je pacient ohro\u017een diabetick\u00fdmi komplikacemi. Mezi ty pat\u0159\u00ed zejm\u00e9na posti\u017een\u00ed nerv\u016f a o\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edtnice, selh\u00e1n\u00ed ledvin a ucp\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00e9v.<br \/>\n&#8211; NEBOL\u00cd, ALE ZKRACUJE \u017dIVOT<\/p>\n<p>Nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 je, \u017ee cukrovka nebol\u00ed. K velk\u00fdm po\u010dt\u016fm ji\u017e diagnostikovan\u00fdch pacient\u016f je proto nutn\u00e9 p\u0159ipo\u010d\u00edtat ty, kte\u0159\u00ed o sv\u00e9 nemoci \u010dasto dlouh\u00e1 l\u00e9ta nev\u011bd\u00ed. Nez\u0159\u00eddka se toti\u017e choroba objev\u00ed, a\u017e kdy\u017e nastanou zmi\u0148ovan\u00e9 komplikace. Nel\u00e9\u010den\u00fd nebo \u0161patn\u011b l\u00e9\u010den\u00fd diabetes m\u016f\u017ee zkr\u00e1tit d\u00e9lku \u017eivota a\u017e o 20 let.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1kladem prevence diabetu je spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 \u017eivotospr\u00e1va, kterou m\u016f\u017eeme rozd\u011blit do t\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch krok\u016f: \u00fapravy stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pohybov\u00e9 aktivity a zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed stresu. P\u0159\u00edjem energie v podob\u011b stravy by se m\u011bl rovnat jej\u00edmu v\u00fddeji. Omezit je t\u0159eba cukr a potraviny, kter\u00e9 ho obsahuj\u00ed, zat\u00edmco polysacharidy a vl\u00e1knina by m\u011bly m\u00edt v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku st\u00e1l\u00e9 m\u00edsto, stejn\u011b jako t\u0159i porce zeleniny a dv\u011b porce ovoce denn\u011b. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je rovn\u011b\u017e dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch tekutin, jako je voda, \u010daje \u010di \u0159ed\u011bn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed 100% ovocn\u00e9 nebo zeleninov\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy. Tak\u00e9 pravideln\u00e1 pohybov\u00e1 aktivita je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed prevence diabetu 2. typu. Zdravotn\u00ed stav m\u016f\u017ee negativn\u011b ovlivnit nadm\u011brn\u00fd stres. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed preventivn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed proto je i dostate\u010dn\u00fd sp\u00e1nek a odpo\u010dinek.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00c1HA HRAJE Cukrovce druh\u00e9ho typu \u010dasto p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed tzv. prediabetes, stav, kter\u00fd se v mnoh\u00e9m cukrovce podob\u00e1, ale zat\u00edm t\u00edmto onemocn\u011bn\u00edm nen\u00ed. Prediabetem trp\u00ed a\u017e 5 % populace. Stejn\u011b jako diabetes postihuje a\u017e \u0161estkr\u00e1t \u010dast\u011bji ob\u00e9zn\u00ed lidi. Pro prevenci i l\u00e9\u010dbu cukrovky je proto velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 doc\u00edlit optim\u00e1ln\u00ed hmotnost. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed existuje \u0159ada l\u00e9k\u016f, kter\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161uj\u00ed glyk\u00e9mii, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed sni\u017eovat hmotnost. D\u0159\u00edve se toti\u017e po antidiabetik\u00e1ch hmotnost v\u017edy zvy\u0161ovala.
