Stoup\u00e1 ale tak\u00e9 po\u010det lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed pe\u010divo s lepkem skute\u010dn\u011b nemohou. Lid\u00ed s tzv. celiaki\u00ed je v \u010desk\u00e9 populaci okolo jednoho procenta.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Omezovat lepek je v sou\u010dasnosti m\u00f3dn\u00ed a nen\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 odli\u0161ovat lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou na n\u011bj skute\u010dn\u011b alergi\u010dt\u00ed od t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed si to jen vsugeruj\u00ed,&#8220; uvedl Kohout. M\u00f3du omezov\u00e1n\u00ed lepku podle n\u011bho nav\u00edc v posledn\u00edch letech podporuj\u00ed i fitness tren\u00e9\u0159i a r\u016fzn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00ed poradci, kte\u0159\u00ed sv\u00fdm klient\u016fm omezov\u00e1n\u00ed lepku doporu\u010duj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Nen\u00ed-li bezlepkov\u00e1 dieta dodr\u017eov\u00e1na d\u016fsledn\u011b u lid\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b nemocn\u00fdch celiaki\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee to m\u00edt z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed d\u016fsledky,&#8220; \u0159ekl Kohout. Obrovsk\u00e9 riziko je nap\u0159\u00edklad u po\u0161kozen\u00ed plodu u t\u011bhotn\u00fdch \u017een s celiaki\u00ed, pokud nebudou dodr\u017eovat p\u0159\u00edsnou bezlepkovou dietu. Doporu\u010dil proto, aby se lid\u00e9 v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b podez\u0159en\u00ed na alergickou reakci na celiakii nechali odborn\u011b vy\u0161et\u0159it.<\/p>\n<p>Podle p\u0159edsedy Svazu peka\u0159\u016f a cukr\u00e1\u0159\u016f Jarom\u00edra D\u0159\u00edzala se zat\u00edm trend omezov\u00e1n\u00ed lepku ve strav\u011b na peka\u0159sk\u00e9 produkci p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nepodepsal. Spot\u0159eba pe\u010diva naopak v posledn\u00edch letech roste. Zat\u00edmco v roce 2006 \u010dinila ro\u010dn\u00ed spot\u0159eba na obyvatele 45,3 kilogramu pe\u010diva, v roce 2014 to bylo 52,7 kilogramu. &#8222;Za n\u00e1r\u016fstem spot\u0159eby pe\u010diva pak patrn\u011b stoj\u00ed cenov\u00e1 politika obchodn\u00edch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f, kter\u00e9 dr\u017e\u00ed cenu b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho pe\u010diva n\u00edzko. Nap\u0159\u00edklad rohl\u00edky se dnes prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed za korunu pades\u00e1t, zat\u00edmco p\u0159ed p\u011bti lety to bylo i o korunu na rohl\u00edku v\u00edce,&#8220; doplnil D\u0159\u00edzal.<\/p>\n<p>Pro lidi je dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed bezlepkov\u00e9 diety spojen\u00e9 s \u00fabytkem t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti. To je podle Kohouta d\u00e1no p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm t\u00edm, \u017ee tito lid\u00e9 nahrazuj\u00ed b\u00edl\u00e9 pe\u010divo ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e ovocem a zeleninou. Nen\u00ed to tedy prim\u00e1rn\u011b vynech\u00e1n\u00edm pe\u010diva, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e t\u00edm, \u017ee tito lid\u00e9 za\u010dnou o sv\u00e9m stravov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00edce p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let a stravuj\u00ed se obecn\u011b zdrav\u011bji. Podobn\u00fd efekt existuje i u jin\u00fdch druh\u016f diet.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fvodem, pro\u010d lid\u00e9 nyn\u00ed ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e odm\u00edtaj\u00ed j\u00edst pe\u010divo, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt podle D\u0159\u00edzala neust\u00e1l\u00e9 zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed pod\u00edlu b\u00edl\u00e9ho pe\u010diva, kter\u00e9 je obecn\u011b pova\u017eovan\u00e9 za m\u00e9n\u011b zdrav\u00e9, na \u00fakor nap\u0159\u00edklad chleba, kter\u00fd obsahuje vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl vl\u00e1knin. To dokumentuje i mno\u017estv\u00ed obilovin p\u011bstovan\u00fdch v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice. Ve \u010dty\u0159ic\u00e1t\u00fdch letech minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed bylo nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u011bstov\u00e1no v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u00edce \u017eita ne\u017e p\u0161enice, kter\u00e1 se na pe\u010den\u00ed b\u00edl\u00e9ho pe\u010diva vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1. V sou\u010dasnosti se v \u010cesku vyp\u011bstuje na 1,2 milionu tun p\u0161enice, zat\u00edmco \u017eita je desetkr\u00e1t m\u00e9n\u011b. Je\u010dmene se pak ro\u010dn\u011b vyp\u011bstuje \u010dty\u0159i tis\u00edce tun, uvedl \u010dlen p\u0159edstavenstva Svazu pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch ml\u00fdn\u016f Pavel Filip.<\/p>\n<p>U plodin neobsahuj\u00edc\u00edch lepek je situace podobn\u00e1.
