Podle o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed by m\u011bla nezam\u011bstnanost klesnout na p\u011bt procent a k\u00a0dispozici bude kolem 150 tis\u00edc voln\u00fdch m\u00edst. <\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"><span lang=\"cs-CZ\">\u201e<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"><span lang=\"cs-CZ\"><b>V roce 2016 bude nutn\u00e9 p\u0159ipravit se na nedostatek zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, zejm\u00e9na specialist\u016f z\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch obor\u016f, chyb\u011bt budou zejm\u00e9na ti technicky zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed. <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"><span lang=\"cs-CZ\">Firmy budou muset kvalitn\u00ed zam\u011bstnance hledat v\u00edce u konkurence. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"><span lang=\"cs-CZ\"><b>Jen asi \u010dtvrtina lid\u00ed<\/b><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"><span lang=\"cs-CZ\"><b>toti\u017e aktivn\u011b hled\u00e1 nov\u00e9 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, zbytek \u010dek\u00e1 na lep\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddku. <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"><span lang=\"cs-CZ\">\u00dasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 budou pr\u00e1v\u011b ty spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017eou Oproti jin\u00fdm obor\u016fm tu z domova pracuje a\u017e o 50 a\u017e 70 procent v\u00edce lid\u00ed<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"><span lang=\"cs-CZ\">,\u201c <\/span><\/span><span lang=\"cs-CZ\">upozornila Mark\u00e9ta Prazeres, \u0159editelka divize IT. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"cs-CZ\"><b>AC JOBS, s.r.o.<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"cs-CZ\"> je nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010desk\u00e1 person\u00e1ln\u00ed agentura v\u00a0oblasti Recruitmentu.
