Brit\u0161t\u00ed v\u011bdci z Warwick\u00e9 univerzity p\u0159i sv\u00e9m v\u00fdzkumu sledovali t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 80.000 n\u00e1hodn\u011b vybran\u00fdch osob. Za pou\u017eit\u00ed matematick\u00fdch a statistick\u00fdch metod analyzovali odpov\u011bdi \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f studie, kte\u0159\u00ed odpov\u00eddali na velmi podrobn\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f, zdravotn\u00edho stavu, pocitu spokojenosti \u010di naopak deprese.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jde o pocit spokojenosti a du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed, vy\u0161el najevo siln\u00fd vztah mezi mno\u017estv\u00edm zkonzumovan\u00e9ho ovoce a zeleniny, a to nez\u00e1visle na dal\u0161\u00edch okolnostech, a\u0165 u\u017e demografick\u00fdch, soci\u00e1ln\u00edch anebo ekonomick\u00fdch, napsal francouzsk\u00fd den\u00edk Le Figaro.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Statistick\u00fd efekt ovoce a zeleniny byl p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm,&#8220; uv\u00e1d\u00ed jedna z autor\u016f studie, profesorka Sarah Stewardov\u00e1-Brownov\u00e1 z Warwick\u00e9 univerzity. &#8222;V\u011bdci zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se zkoum\u00e1n\u00edm spokojenosti berou jen velmi m\u00e1lo v \u00favahu, jak se pacient stravuje,&#8220; dod\u00e1v\u00e1. A zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee tyto v\u00fdsledky jsou jen p\u0159edzv\u011bst\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu a \u017ee bude t\u0159eba dal\u0161\u00edch studi\u00ed, aby tyto souvislosti byly potvrzeny a zp\u0159esn\u011bny.<\/p>\n<p>Podle Pascala Barbergera-Gateaua z francouzsk\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu Inserm 897 ji\u017e \u010detn\u00e9 studie epidemiologie v\u00fd\u017eivy a stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee konzumace zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch d\u00e1vek ovoce a zeleniny je spojena s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm rizikem vzniku demence u star\u00fdch lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Jen m\u00e1lo studi\u00ed se v\u0161ak zab\u00fdvalo dopadem v\u00fd\u017eivy v pr\u016fb\u011bhu d\u011btstv\u00ed \u010di ve st\u0159edn\u00edm v\u011bku.
