Youngerov\u00e1 si budovala nejen vlastn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch &#8211; ale postupn\u011b tak\u00e9 ochromuj\u00edc\u00ed strach z toho, co pokl\u00e1dala za nezdrav\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, napsal list The Sacramento Bee.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Postupn\u011b jsem v sob\u011b hromadila v\u0161echny ty strachy, v\u011b\u0159ila jsem, \u017ee v\u0161echno je naprosto pravda, a \u017ee p\u0159esn\u011b tohle mus\u00edm d\u011blat, abych byla dokonal\u00e1, fit a nikdy neonemocn\u011bla,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 nyn\u00ed Youngerov\u00e1. &#8222;Pokud to nebyla zelenina nebo ovoce nebo nesolen\u00e1 mandle, pak jsem to nesn\u011bdla.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Ortorexie obvykle za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 jednoduch\u00fdm p\u0159edsevzet\u00edm j\u00edst zdrav\u011b a vyvarovat se toho druhu tu\u010dn\u00fdch, konzervovan\u00fdch j\u00eddel, kter\u00e1 Ameri\u010dan\u016fm zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed obezitu, vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak a dal\u0161\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee. Pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 ov\u0161em tyto dobr\u00e9 \u00famysly ve spir\u00e1le p\u0159erosVyrovnan\u00e1 blond\u00fdnkatou do tak intenzivn\u00ed posedlosti j\u00eddlem, \u017ee jim krom v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 ztr\u00e1ty hmotnosti zp\u016fsobuje tak\u00e9 komplikace v pr\u00e1ci i spole\u010densk\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Ortorexie zat\u00edm nen\u00ed na ofici\u00e1ln\u00edm seznamu poruch Americk\u00e9 psychiatrick\u00e9 asociace. Ale odborn\u00edci na v\u00fd\u017eivu u\u017e bij\u00ed na poplach, proto\u017ee podle nich bude po\u010det lid\u00ed posti\u017een\u00fdch t\u00edmto probl\u00e9mem stoupat \u00fam\u011brn\u011b tomu, jak roste obliba krajn\u011b restriktivn\u00edch diet, jako je paleo \u010di syrov\u00e1 strava.<\/p>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed p\u011btadvacetilet\u00e1 Youngerov\u00e1 l\u00ed\u010d\u00ed, jak ve snaze z\u016fstat v\u011brn\u00e1 vegansk\u00e9 a co nejzdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed strav\u011b postupn\u011b eliminovala z j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l t\u00edm v\u00edc potravin &#8211; maso, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, lepek, olej, rafinovan\u00fd cukr, mouku a tak d\u00e1le. C\u00edtila se hladov\u00e1, nevyrovnan\u00e1 &#8211; a z\u00e1rove\u0148 ochromen\u00e1 hr\u016fzou, \u017ee j\u00ed jin\u00e1 ne\u017e &#8222;schv\u00e1len\u00e1&#8220; strava otr\u00e1v\u00ed t\u011blo. B\u011bhem t\u00e9to drastick\u00e9 redukce j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku se p\u0159estala sch\u00e1zet venku s p\u0159\u00e1teli a p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdmi, proto\u017ee ve valn\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b restaurac\u00ed se nenajedla.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Po\u0159\u00e1d jsem m\u011bla pocit, \u017ee to ned\u011bl\u00e1m spr\u00e1vn\u011b, \u017ee nej\u00edm dost zdrav\u011b nebo dost \u010dist\u011b,&#8220; vzpom\u00edn\u00e1. &#8222;M\u011bla jsem na sebe nesm\u00edrn\u011b p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1 pravidla dokonce i v r\u00e1mci vegansk\u00e9 komunity. A po\u0159\u00e1d jsem hladov\u011bla.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Na rozd\u00edl od osob trp\u00edc\u00edch anorexi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou posedl\u00e9 t\u00edm, kolik j\u00eddla v\u0161eobecn\u011b zkonzumuj\u00ed, si pacienti s ortorexi\u00ed d\u011blaj\u00ed starosti s t\u00edm, co do jejich t\u011bl vstupuje, vysv\u011btluje Deborah Cohenov\u00e1, terapeutka ze Sacramenta, kter\u00e1 se specializuje na poruchy p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy.<\/p>\n<p>Symptomy ortorexie mimo jin\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed: v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159i hodiny denn\u011b str\u00e1ven\u00e9 p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00edm o tom, co je zdrav\u00e9 j\u00eddlo; neust\u00e1l\u00e9 omezov\u00e1n\u00ed &#8222;p\u0159ijateln\u00fdch&#8220; potravin; spole\u010denskou izolovanost v d\u016fsledku omezen\u00e9 stravy a pocity viny a sebemrska\u010dstv\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nedodr\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e ortorexie dos\u00e1hne v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9ho stupn\u011b, lid\u00e9 omez\u00ed svou stravu na tak m\u00e1lo potravin, \u017ee za\u010dnou b\u00fdt podvy\u017eiven\u00ed a prudce ztr\u00e1cet v\u00e1hu. U n\u011bkter\u00fdch se rozvine chudokrevnost, syndrom l\u00e1mavosti kost\u00ed a \u00fatlum imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed do t\u00e9to poruchy spadnou pod tlakem celebrit a dal\u0161\u00edch ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch osobnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 propaguj\u00ed extr\u00e9mn\u00ed diety, \u010di popul\u00e1rn\u00edch \u010dasopis\u016f pravideln\u011b apeluj\u00edc\u00edch na ve\u0159ejnost, aby se vzdala uhlovodan\u016f, sn\u00ed\u017eila p\u0159\u00edjem tuk\u016f a u\u010dinila dal\u0161\u00ed dramatick\u00e9 zm\u011bny.<\/p>\n<p>A nijak nepom\u00e1h\u00e1 ani zvyk roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00fd p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm mezi mlad\u00fdmi lidmi ps\u00e1t \u010di poslat na twitter fotografii toho, co pr\u00e1v\u011b jed\u00ed. Po m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e9\u010dby vydala v lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce knihu o sv\u00e9m zotavov\u00e1n\u00ed z ortorexie a n\u00e1zev sv\u00e9ho blogu zm\u011bnila na &#8222;Vyrovnan\u00e1 blond\u00fdnka&#8220;. Nyn\u00ed j\u00ed krom ovoce a zeleniny tak\u00e9 vejce, ryby a maso.
