Podle v\u011bdc\u016f z Newyorsk\u00e9 univerzity tomu tak ale nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt, nebo\u0165 riziko mrtvice se zvy\u0161uje o 146 procent, pokud \u010dlov\u011bk sp\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e osm hodin denn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sp\u00e1t m\u00e9n\u011b je tak\u00e9 nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9, ale jen o 22 procent, citoval z odborn\u00e9 studie britsk\u00fd den\u00edk The Daily Mail.<\/p>\n<div class=\"rows\">\n<div class=\"leftCol\">\n<div id=\"textNews\" class=\"text\">\n<p>Experti sledovali v letech 2004 a\u017e 2013 celkem 288.888 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch r\u016fzn\u00e9ho v\u011bku a p\u016fvodu a s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi \u017eivotn\u00edmi n\u00e1vyky a analyzovali, kter\u00e9 faktory p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k mozkov\u00e9 mrtvici. Ze studie, kter\u00e1 byla nyn\u00ed zve\u0159ejn\u011bna v Los Angeles, vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee nejlep\u0161\u00ed prevenc\u00ed mrtvice je sedmi a\u017e osmihodinov\u00fd sp\u00e1nek a p\u016flhodinov\u00e9 a\u017e hodinov\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed t\u0159ikr\u00e1t a\u017e \u0161estkr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Mozkov\u00e1 mrtvice je t\u0159et\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou \u00famrt\u00ed po nemoc\u00edch srdce a rakovin\u011b. Jej\u00ed riziko zvy\u0161uje kou\u0159en\u00ed, nadv\u00e1ha, nedostatek pohybu a \u0161patn\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky.<\/p>\n<p>Ji\u017e v\u00edce studi\u00ed uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee pro v\u011bt\u0161inu lid\u00ed je zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sp\u00e1t mezi sedmi a\u017e osmi hodinami. Nap\u0159\u00edklad lo\u0148sk\u00e1 studie Harvardovy univerzity zjistila, \u017ee tento po\u010det hodin sp\u00e1nku sni\u017euje pravd\u011bpodobnost diabetu druh\u00e9ho typu u \u017een. V\u011bdci z Warwicksk\u00e9 univerzity zas dosp\u011bli k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e \u0161est hodin a v\u00edce ne\u017e osm hodin sp\u00e1nku zhor\u0161uje pam\u011b\u0165 a schopnost rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Odborn\u00edci rovn\u011b\u017e tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee lid\u00e9 sp\u00edc\u00ed denn\u011b \u0161est a\u017e osm hodin budou z\u0159ejm\u011b \u017e\u00edt d\u00e9le a budou zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed sp\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e \u0161est hodin.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci ji\u017e zjistili, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 m\u00e1lo sp\u00e1nku p\u0159\u00edmo ovliv\u0148uje hladinu inzul\u00ednu, hormonu, kter\u00fd reguluje hladinu cukru v krvi. Nejsou si ale jisti, pro\u010d je problematick\u00e9 sp\u00e1t p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouho. Podle jedn\u00e9 teorie dlouh\u00fd sp\u00e1nek sni\u017euje jeho kvalitu. Jin\u00e1 teorie tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee del\u0161\u00edm span\u00edm se zkracuje doba aktivity p\u0159es den.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00fd sp\u00e1nek m\u016f\u017ee naru\u0161it pam\u011b\u0165 \u010di zv\u00fd\u0161it \u00farove\u0148 stresu.
