Pova\u017euj\u00ed ji za p\u0159echodn\u00fd stav, ze kter\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011b \u201evyroste\u201c. Podle osloven\u00fdch odborn\u00edk\u016f jde v\u0161ak o velmi roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00fd a z\u00e1rove\u0148 velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd m\u00fdtus. \u201ePokud d\u00edt\u011b z\u00edsk\u00e1 \u0161patn\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky, t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ur\u010dit\u011b se s nimi bude pot\u00fdkat i v dosp\u011blosti. D\u00edt\u011b z obezity obvykle nevyroste,\u201c varuje mluv\u010d\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovny Elenka Mazurov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Ob\u00e9zn\u00ed d\u011bti a riziko diabetu<\/p>\n<p>To potvrzuj\u00ed i d\u011bt\u0161t\u00ed praktici, podle kter\u00fdch jde o metabolick\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, nikoli p\u0159echodnou f\u00e1zi v\u00fdvoje. Jedn\u00e1 se o stav dlouhodob\u00e9 nerovnov\u00e1hy mezi p\u0159\u00edjmem a v\u00fddejem energie, kter\u00fd s sebou nese \u0159adu zdravotn\u00edch rizik \u2013 nap\u0159. tzv. metabolick\u00fd syndrom p\u0159edstavovan\u00fd diabetem II. typu, vysok\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem a vysokou hladinou krevn\u00edch tuk\u016f. To ve sv\u00e9m d\u016fsledku vede ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu riziku posti\u017een\u00ed c\u00e9v \u010di ischemick\u00e9 choroby srde\u010dn\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00edm popsan\u00fdm rizikem je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd v\u00fdskyt n\u00e1dorov\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed v ob\u00e9zn\u00ed populaci.
