Vyzval proto k rozumn\u00e9mu solen\u00ed jak ob\u010dany, tak \u0161koln\u00ed j\u00eddelny, restaurace, provozovny rychl\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed i v\u00fdrobce potravin.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00ed hygienik \u010cR Vladim\u00edr Valenta p\u0159ipomn\u011bl, \u017ee nadm\u011brn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem soli zvy\u0161uje krevn\u00ed tlak a p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k mrtvic\u00edm a infarkt\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Nadm\u011brn\u00e9 solen\u00ed a zvyknut\u00ed si na s\u016fl je n\u00e1vyk, se kter\u00fdm se lze vypo\u0159\u00e1dat,&#8220; uvedl. Ministerstvo p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti Sv\u011btov\u00e9ho t\u00fddne zdrav\u00e9ho solen\u00ed, kter\u00fd za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 29. \u00fanora, odstartovalo dlouhodobou kampa\u0148 &#8222;Solme s rozumem&#8220;. Chce tak ovlivnit v\u0161echny, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed na vysokou spot\u0159ebu soli vliv. &#8222;Je to nejen z\u00e1le\u017eitost ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s osobn\u011b, rodin, ale i \u0161kol \u010di v\u00fdrobc\u016f potravin,&#8220; \u0159ekl Valenta.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem podle n\u011bj je sn\u00ed\u017eit spot\u0159ebu soli do roku 2020 o 20 procent a do roku 2025 o 30 procent, co\u017e je jeden z c\u00edl\u016f WHO. Cestou k tomu je zm\u011bna slo\u017een\u00ed potravin, na 80 procent soli toti\u017e dost\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk z j\u00eddla, jen deset procent ze sl\u00e1nek na stole.<\/p>\n<p>P\u011bt gram\u016f soli p\u0159edstavuje jedna zarovnan\u00e1 k\u00e1vov\u00e1 l\u017ei\u010dka. Z nej\u010dast\u011bji u\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch potravin je s\u016fl v pe\u010divu, chlebu a uzenin\u00e1ch. Lze volit m\u00e9n\u011b slan\u00e9 varianty, nap\u0159\u00edklad pe\u010divo nesypan\u00e9 sol\u00ed. Na v\u00fdrobc\u00edch se v \u00fadaj\u00edch o slo\u017een\u00ed obsah soli uv\u00e1d\u00ed, p\u0159i n\u00e1kupu by se t\u00edm m\u011bli lid\u00e9 \u0159\u00eddit. Pom\u00e1hat mohou i loga, nap\u0159\u00edklad V\u00edm, co j\u00edm, kter\u00e9 dostanou pouze v\u00fdrobky spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed sm\u011brnice.<\/p>\n<p>Na webu St\u00e1tn\u00edho zdravotn\u00edho \u00fastavu (SZ\u00da) www.mene-solit.cz se z\u00e1jemci mohou p\u0159ihl\u00e1sit do v\u00fdzvy p\u0159es registra\u010dn\u00ed formul\u00e1\u0159. Ozn\u00e1m\u00ed, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem se zapoj\u00ed, co u\u017e v minulosti pro pokles obsahu soli v potravin\u00e1ch ud\u011blali a jak v tom d\u00e1le hodlaj\u00ed pokra\u010dovat, vysv\u011btlila Anna Niklov\u00e1 ze SZ\u00da.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160koly by podle v\u00fdzvy m\u011bly zav\u00e9st do vyu\u010dovac\u00edch hodin v prvouce, chemii nebo biologii informaci o maxim\u00e1ln\u00edm doporu\u010den\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edjmu soli p\u011bt gram\u016f denn\u011b. Ve \u0161koln\u00edch j\u00eddeln\u00e1ch by na stolech nem\u011bly b\u00fdt sl\u00e1nky. Va\u0159it by se m\u011blo z \u010derstv\u00fdch surovin, s\u016fl je vhodn\u00e9 nahradit bylinkami. \u0160koly by m\u011bly tak\u00e9 kontrolovat obsah soli v potravin\u00e1ch nab\u00edzen\u00fdch d\u011btem ve \u0161koln\u00edm bufetu nebo automatu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Ve \u0161koln\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u011b na \u017e\u00e1kovsk\u00fdch stolech sl\u00e1nky nem\u00e1me, odstranili jsme je i ze stol\u016f u\u010ditel\u016f, aby \u0161li p\u0159\u00edkladem,&#8220; \u0159ekl \u010cTK \u0159editel kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradeck\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly Milady Hor\u00e1kov\u00e9 Ond\u0159ej Fajfr. Tamn\u00ed j\u00eddelna se zapojila do projektu Zdrav\u00e1 \u0161koln\u00ed j\u00eddelna. S\u016fl tam nahrazuj\u00ed bylinkami, vy\u0159adili uzeniny, naopak roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ili nab\u00eddku masa i o kr\u00e1li\u010d\u00ed nebo zv\u011b\u0159inu. Do v\u0161ech pokrm\u016f, kam se to hod\u00ed, p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed zeleninu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Na t\u00fdden zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na omezen\u00ed soli jsme se s kucha\u0159kami domluvily, \u017ee sn\u00ed\u017e\u00edme s\u016fl o 25 procent. Co n\u00e1m to ud\u011bl\u00e1 mezi str\u00e1vn\u00edky, uvid\u00edme,&#8220; doplnila Miloslava Vampolov\u00e1 z tamn\u00ed \u0161koln\u00ed j\u00eddelny.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Obsah soli lze p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit o deset procent, ani\u017e by to m\u011blo dopad na chu\u0165,&#8220; doplnil za Potravin\u00e1\u0159skou komoru \u010cR docent Ji\u0159\u00ed Br\u00e1t. Potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 komora oslov\u00ed sv\u00e9 \u010dleny, nep\u016fjde jen o to sni\u017eovat obsah soli ve v\u00fdrobc\u00edch, ale tak\u00e9 roz\u0161i\u0159ovat sortiment o varianty nesolen\u00e9.
