Pokra\u010duje tak trend z lo\u0148ska, kdy inspekto\u0159i za cel\u00fd rok zakro\u010dili proti 144 provozovn\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>D\u016fvodem pro uzav\u0159en\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 zpravidla z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 poru\u0161en\u00ed hygieny potravin. Situace z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s minul\u00fdm rokem na stejn\u011b nep\u0159ijateln\u00e9 \u00farovni, sd\u011blil dnes novin\u00e1\u0159\u016fm mluv\u010d\u00ed SZPI Pavel Kop\u0159iva.<\/p>\n<div class=\"rows\">\n<div class=\"leftCol\">\n<div id=\"textNewsWide\" class=\"text\">\n<p>V roce 2015 inspekto\u0159i uskute\u010dnili ve stravovac\u00edch provozech v\u00edce ne\u017e 15.000 kontrol, poru\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f zjistili ve 32 procentech p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f. Letos v lednu a \u00fanoru 2016 konstatovali poru\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1kona u 35 procent kontrol. &#8222;V \u0159ad\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f se p\u0159itom jednalo poru\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f sv\u011bd\u010d\u00edc\u00ed o naprost\u00e9 neznalosti i t\u011bch nejz\u00e1kladn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch povinnost\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00fdch potravinov\u00fdm pr\u00e1vem ze strany n\u011bkter\u00fdch provozovatel\u016f restaurac\u00ed,&#8220; popsal Kop\u0159iva.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fvodem pro okam\u017eit\u00e9 uzav\u0159en\u00ed provozovny b\u00fdvaj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u00e1nosy mastnoty, prachu a zbytk\u016f potravin na za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch v kuchyni, n\u00e1dob\u00ed a podlah\u00e1ch. Inspekto\u0159i pova\u017euj\u00ed za v\u00e1\u017en\u00fd probl\u00e9m tak\u00e9 chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edvod tepl\u00e9 vody, v\u00fdskyt \u0161k\u016fdc\u016f, v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zapl\u00edsn\u011bn\u00ed prostor a chlad\u00edc\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, stejn\u011b jako nedodr\u017een\u00ed technologick\u00fdch postup\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Vzhledem k p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed neut\u011b\u0161en\u00e9 situaci v segmentu spole\u010dn\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed bude SZPI pokra\u010dovat v siln\u00e9m kontroln\u00edm tlaku tak, aby byla v maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e zaji\u0161t\u011bna ochrana zdrav\u00ed spot\u0159ebitele,&#8220; uzav\u0159el Kop\u0159iva.
