Podpora pro tyto d\u011bti a \u017e\u00e1ky byla realizov\u00e1na po dobu dvou let od b\u0159ezna 2013 do \u00fanora 2015. Realizace prob\u00edhala formou p\u011bti kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch aktivit, kdy ka\u017ed\u00e1 z nich m\u011bla p\u0159edem stanoven\u00fd c\u00edl a dan\u00fd harmonogram projektu jak \u010dasov\u00fd, form\u00e1ln\u00ed, tak obsahov\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem \u010dinnosti Z\u0160 a M\u0160 pro zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9 a vady \u0159e\u010di je vychov\u00e1vat osoby samostatn\u00e9, sob\u011bsta\u010dn\u00e9 a sebejist\u00e9, schopn\u00e9 obst\u00e1t v konkurenci zdrav\u00fdch lid\u00ed, a to jak v osobn\u00edm, tak profesn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b. Projekt vych\u00e1zel p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z pot\u0159eb \u0161koly, jej\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed a \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. Pom\u00e1hal vytv\u00e1\u0159et optim\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednky, nutn\u00e9 ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed situace, vytvo\u0159en\u00ed podn\u011btn\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, v n\u011bm\u017e se poda\u0159\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ky v\u00edce motivovat, pos\u00edlit jejich sebev\u011bdom\u00ed a uk\u00e1zat mo\u017enosti vlastn\u00ed realizace. C\u00edlem projektu bylo tedy vytvo\u0159en\u00ed takov\u00fdch kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch aktivit, kter\u00e9 budou spl\u0148ovat dlouhodob\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a rozvoje v\u00fdchovn\u011b-vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed soustavy Plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho kraje.<br \/>\nPrvn\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 aktivita reagovala na pot\u0159ebu podpory roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed nab\u00eddky speci\u00e1ln\u011b pedagogick\u00fdch a asisten\u010dn\u00edch slu\u017eeb s podporou rozvoje diagnostiky, kter\u00e1 zkvalitnila \u010dinnost speci\u00e1ln\u011b pedagogick\u00fdch center (SPC) vzhledem k n\u00e1r\u016fstu po\u010dtu klient\u016f a udr\u017een\u00ed standardu kvality poskytovan\u00fdch slu\u017eeb. Na podporu slu\u017eeb klient\u016f Plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho kraje byl zapojen speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagog tyfloped a speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagog logoped. V r\u00e1mci projektu poskytovali tito odborn\u00edci slu\u017eby d\u011btem a \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou klienty SPC pro zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9 a SPC pro vady \u0159e\u010di a tak\u00e9 Z\u0160 a M\u0160 pro zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9 a vady \u0159e\u010di.<br \/>\nPro SPC zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch byly zakoupeny dva standardizovan\u00e9 testy. Test In Sight a Test rodinn\u00e9ho z\u00e1zem\u00ed. In Sight je standardizovan\u00fd diagnostick\u00fd materi\u00e1l doporu\u010den\u00fd SPC pro zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9 v cel\u00e9 \u010cR k ujednocen\u00ed diagnostiky zrakov\u00fdch funkc\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. Test rodinn\u00e9ho z\u00e1zem\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 psycholo\u017eka SPC p\u0159i sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci. V t\u00e9to aktivit\u011b se zkvalitnily tak\u00e9 asisten\u010dn\u00ed slu\u017eby zapojen\u00edm \u0161esti asistent\u016f pedagoga v M\u0160 i Z\u0160. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 si tito asistenti roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ili odborn\u00e9 kompetence, znalosti a dovednosti v oblasti speci\u00e1ln\u011b pedagogick\u00e9 problematiky.<br \/>\nDruh\u00e1 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 aktivita se zam\u011b\u0159ila na inovaci p\u0159edm\u011btu pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti a podporu rozvoje kompenza\u010dn\u00edch smysl\u016f zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a \u017e\u00e1k\u016f s vadami \u0159e\u010di, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm hmatu, s c\u00edlem vytvo\u0159en\u00ed podm\u00ednek pro maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed rozvoj manu\u00e1ln\u00ed zru\u010dnosti \u017e\u00e1k\u016f Z\u0160. Za podpory tohoto projektu byla \u0161kola schopna po\u0159\u00eddit pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bylo nutn\u00e9 k inovaci p\u0159edm\u011btu pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti, skute\u010dn\u011b kvalitn\u011b sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed na podporu \u017e\u00e1k\u016f s handicapem. Byl inovov\u00e1n \u0161koln\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed program pro z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kolu speci\u00e1ln\u00ed v p\u0159edm\u011btu pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti. Pro podporu zm\u011bny \u0160VP Z\u0160 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed byl vytvo\u0159en soubor 15 pracovn\u00edch list\u016f. Soubor obsahuje t\u00e9mata: batikov\u00e1n\u00ed, malov\u00e1n\u00ed na sklo, malov\u00e1n\u00ed na textil, pleten\u00ed ko\u0161\u00edku, pr\u00e1ce s mozaikou, v\u00fdroba kor\u00e1l\u016f, v\u00fdroba m\u00fddel, v\u00fdroba sv\u00ed\u010dek, v\u00fdrobky z dr\u00e1t\u016f, v\u00fdrobky z filcu, v\u00fdrobky z FIMO hmoty, v\u00fdrobky z keramick\u00e9 hl\u00edny, v\u00fdrobky z kv\u011btin\u00e1\u010dk\u016f, v\u00fdrobky z vatov\u00fdch kuli\u010dek a ku\u017eel\u016f, v\u00fdrobky ze samotvrdnouc\u00ed hmoty. Pracovn\u00ed listy ud\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159esn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed postupy ve v\u00fduce s po\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdm vybaven\u00edm. Tuto aktivitu person\u00e1ln\u011b zajistil odborn\u011b pro\u0161kolen\u00fd inov\u00e1tor praktick\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed.<br \/>\nRozvoj dovednost\u00ed v prostorov\u00e9 orientaci prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm realizace sout\u011b\u017en\u00edho soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f byl n\u00e1zev dal\u0161\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 aktivity, kter\u00e1 podpo\u0159ila rozvoj prostorov\u00e9 orientace zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a motivovala tyto \u017e\u00e1ky k soustavn\u00e9mu rozvoji prostorov\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed a samostatn\u00e9mu pohybu. P\u0159\u00edprava na tuto akci trvala p\u011bt m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, kdy dva zapojen\u00ed koordin\u00e1to\u0159i sout\u011b\u017en\u00edho soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed d\u016fkladn\u011b p\u0159ipravili program, pl\u00e1n a zajistili kompenza\u010dn\u00ed pom\u016fcky pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nou n\u00e1pl\u0148 t\u00e9to akce. Akce se uskute\u010dnila v m\u00edst\u011b Smr\u017eovka na Liberecku, trvala celkem p\u011bt dn\u00ed &#8211; pond\u011bl\u00ed a\u017e p\u00e1tek. Koordin\u00e1to\u0159i napl\u00e1novali \u010dinnosti d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro rozvoj prostorov\u00e9 orientace \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, kter\u00e9 hraj\u00ed nezastupitelnou roli v komplexn\u00edm rozvoji t\u011bchto prostorov\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed.<br \/>\nProst\u0159ednictv\u00edm tohoto projektu se mohla formou t\u0159\u00ed v\u00edkendov\u00fdch akc\u00ed zrealizovat dal\u0161\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 aktivita, zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na podporu realizace spole\u010dn\u00fdch akc\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami a jejich rodi\u010d\u016f. Jednalo se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o integrovan\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky SPC zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch s jejich rodi\u010di, kte\u0159\u00ed si v r\u00e1mci v\u00edkendov\u00fdch akc\u00ed prohloubili sv\u00e9 znalosti o problematice v\u00fdchovy a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f s posti\u017een\u00edm zraku. \u0160lo p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o takov\u00e9 aktivity, se kter\u00fdmi se d\u011bti a \u017e\u00e1ci v integraci b\u011b\u017en\u011b nesetkaj\u00ed a na kter\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch metodick\u00fdch n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv SPC zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch nen\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00fd \u010dasov\u00fd prostor. Na podzim 2013 se uskute\u010dnila v\u00edkendov\u00e1 akce s n\u00e1zvem Chci b\u00fdt samostatn\u00fd, na ja\u0159e 2014 Krok za krokem k samostatnosti a na podzim 2014 Samostatn\u00e9 vykro\u010den\u00ed. T\u0159i speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogov\u00e9, zapojen\u00ed v pozici organiz\u00e1tor\u016f akce, s rodi\u010di d\u016fkladn\u011b p\u0159ipravili pl\u00e1n, kter\u00fd se t\u00fdkal \u010dty\u0159 blok\u016f ve v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch n\u00e1zvech. Ohlasy p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ze strany rodi\u010d\u016f d\u011bt\u00ed se zrakov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm byly velice pozitivn\u00ed. Posledn\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dovou aktivitou tohoto projektu bylo vytvo\u0159en\u00ed muzik\u00e1ln\u00edho a rytmick\u00e9ho krou\u017eku pro podporu rozvoje kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. Vych\u00e1zelo se hlavn\u011b z pot\u0159eby rozvoje volno\u010dasov\u00e9 aktivity zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky s rozvojem kompenza\u010dn\u00edch smysl\u016f. \u017d\u00e1ci se zrakov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm i s vadami \u0159e\u010di nutn\u011b pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed prostor pro rozvoj sluchu a hmatu, kter\u00e9 jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro mo\u017enost zapojen\u00ed do b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho \u017eivota a lep\u0161\u00edho uplatn\u011bn\u00ed na trhu pr\u00e1ce. Lektorka muzik\u00e1ln\u00edho krou\u017eku tematicky sestavila pl\u00e1n, kter\u00fdm se \u0159\u00eddila, tak aby tato aktivita \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b prob\u011bhla a dosp\u011bla k \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9mu zakon\u010den\u00ed. D\u00edky sestaven\u00e9mu pl\u00e1nu aktivit doch\u00e1zelo ke zd\u00e1rn\u00e9mu napl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f a k postupn\u00e9mu roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed dovednost\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f.<br \/>\nTento projekt byl zakon\u010den se zam\u00fd\u0161len\u00fdm v\u00fdsledkem v \u00fanoru 2015. Obohatil nejen u\u010ditele o nov\u00e9 znalosti a dovednosti ve speci\u00e1ln\u00ed problematice d\u011bt\u00ed a \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se zrakov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm a d\u011bt\u00ed s vadami \u0159e\u010di, ale tak\u00e9 jejich rodi\u010de. Nov\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed kompetence z\u00edskali speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogov\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed budou nad\u00e1le vyu\u017e\u00edvat sv\u00fdch nov\u011b nabyt\u00fdch znalost\u00ed a dovednost\u00ed ve sv\u00e9 praxi p\u0159i poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u011b pedagogick\u00fdch a psychologick\u00fdch slu\u017eeb. V r\u00e1mci projektu byly po\u0159\u00edzeny nov\u00e9 diagnostick\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje a pom\u016fcky zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na posti\u017een\u00e9 d\u011bti a \u017e\u00e1ky. D\u00e1le byli podpo\u0159eni nov\u00fdmi znalostmi i zku\u0161enostmi tak\u00e9 pedagogi\u010dt\u00ed asistenti, kte\u0159\u00ed sv\u00e9 znalosti a dovednosti zu\u017eitkuj\u00ed p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci s handicapovan\u00fdmi d\u011btmi. V \u010dinnosti \u0161koly se budou nad\u00e1le vyu\u017e\u00edvat nov\u011b po\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 pom\u016fcky a n\u00e1stroje pro pr\u00e1ci s d\u011btmi a \u017e\u00e1ky \u0161koly za podpory nov\u011b vytvo\u0159en\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch list\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch produkt\u016f. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogov\u00e9 i psycholog tak\u00e9 vyu\u017eij\u00ed v\u0161ech z\u00edskan\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed z pobytov\u00fdch akc\u00ed a nad\u00e1le budou s t\u011bmito poznatky pracovat.<br \/>\nDo tohoto projektu se ze strany na\u0161\u00ed \u0161koly zapojilo \u0161est asistent\u016f pedagoga v r\u00e1mci asisten\u010dn\u00ed podpory d\u011bt\u00ed a \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed asistenti se \u00fa\u010dastnili tak\u00e9 pobyt\u016f v r\u00e1mci 3. a 4. kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 aktivity, d\u00e1le t\u0159i speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogov\u00e9, psycholog, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovnice ze SPC pro zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9 a speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogov\u00e9 logoped a tyfloped na pos\u00edlen\u00ed slu\u017eeb d\u011btem a \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm jako extern\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci. Extern\u011b byla zam\u011bstn\u00e1na tak\u00e9 lektorka muzik\u00e1ln\u00edho a rytmick\u00e9ho krou\u017eku. P\u0159i inovaci p\u0159edm\u011btu pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho na maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed rozvoj manu\u00e1ln\u00ed zru\u010dnosti \u017e\u00e1k\u016f Z\u0160 se zapojila pan\u00ed u\u010ditelka ze speci\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy.<br \/>\nProjekt byl velice n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd z hlediska administrativy a zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u0161ech akc\u00ed. V\u0161echny zapojen\u00e9 osoby svoji \u010d\u00e1st kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 aktivity pln\u011b zaji\u0161\u0165ovaly, organizovaly vhodn\u00e9 term\u00edny i n\u00e1kup v\u0161ech pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch pom\u016fcek a diagnostick\u00fdch n\u00e1stroj\u016f. Celkov\u011b projekt \u0159\u00eddil mana\u017eer projektu a z finan\u010dn\u00ed str\u00e1nky finan\u010dn\u00ed mana\u017eer projektu. Administrativn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st bylo t\u0159eba pos\u00edlit o mzdovou \u00fa\u010detn\u00ed, \u00fa\u010detn\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00edch operac\u00ed, administr\u00e1tora dokumentace a publicity a metodika \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed projektu. V\u0161e za\u0161ti\u0165ovala pan\u00ed \u0159editelka jako statut\u00e1rn\u00ed z\u00e1stupce \u0161koly v pozici metodika projektu.<br \/>\nVe\u0161ker\u00e1 snaha o dosa\u017een\u00ed co nejlep\u0161\u00edho vyu\u017eit\u00ed projektu se vyplatila. V dob\u011b realizace projektu jsme dost\u00e1vali kladn\u00e9 ohlasy ze strany rodi\u010d\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad:<\/p>\n<p>S dcerou Terezkou jsme se z\u00fa\u010dastnily rekondi\u010dn\u00edho pobytu konan\u00e9ho od 11. 10. 2013 do 13. 10. 2013 ve \u0160vihov\u011b.<br \/>\nPobyt byl ur\u010den zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdm d\u011btem v integraci, jejich rodi\u010d\u016fm a pracovn\u00edk\u016fm SPC. C\u00edlem bylo z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed a dovednost\u00ed. Spolu s n\u00e1mi se pobytu z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 10 d\u011bt\u00ed, ve v\u011bku od 7 do 15 let s r\u016fzn\u00fdm zrakov\u00fdm omezen\u00edm. D\u011bti se u\u010dily s pomoc\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00fdch pohybovat a orientovat se v nezn\u00e1m\u00e9m prostoru, chodit spr\u00e1vn\u011b a bezpe\u010dn\u011b po schodech, hr\u00e1ly r\u016fzn\u00e9 hry zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na hmatov\u00e9 rozli\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed a nau\u010dily se pomoc\u00ed mapy poznat nezn\u00e1m\u00e9 m\u011bsto a hlavn\u011b se v n\u011bm spr\u00e1vn\u011b orientovat. Pobyt se n\u00e1m velice l\u00edbil a p\u0159inesl n\u00e1m nov\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti. Terezka poznala nov\u00e9 kamar\u00e1dy, kamar\u00e1dky, zapojila se do spole\u010densk\u00fdch a m\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch her a j\u00e1 z\u00edskala nov\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti od ostatn\u00edch rodi\u010d\u016f.<br \/>\nD\u00edky v\u0161em za p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b str\u00e1ven\u00fd v\u00edkend.<br \/>\nIlona Palack\u00e1 a Terezka, 11 let<\/p>\n<p>O autorovi: Mgr.
