Pr\u016fm\u011br v Evropsk\u00e9 unii je skoro 32 procent, v\u00a0Nizozemsku pracuje na zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u00favazek dokonce p\u0159es 60 procent \u017een. Mu\u017e\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed flexibiln\u00ed \u00favazek, je v\u00a0\u010cesku jen 1,3 procenta, v\u00a0Evropsk\u00e9 unii je to osm procent. P\u0159itom \u010ce\u0161i by z\u00e1jem o polovi\u010dn\u00ed \u00favazky m\u011bli.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>ilustra\u010dn\u00ed foto: Photoxpress<\/p>\n<p>Podle odborn\u00edk\u016f mo\u017enost pr\u00e1ce na zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u00favazek pozitivn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje celkovou m\u00edru zam\u011bstnanosti a situaci na trhu pr\u00e1ce. \u201eV \u010cesk\u00e9 republice bohu\u017eel nen\u00ed mo\u017enost pr\u00e1ce na polovi\u010dn\u00ed \u00favazek tak b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 jako v ostatn\u00edch zem\u00edch. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v Rakousku, N\u011bmecku nebo ve Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nii a\u017e \u010dtvrtina v\u0161ech zam\u011bstnanc\u016f pracuje na zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u00favazek. Na Slovensku funguje takzvan\u00e9 d\u011blen\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto. To umo\u017e\u0148uje rozd\u011blen\u00ed pr\u00e1ce mezi v\u00edce zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, co\u017e v\u00a0\u010cesku mo\u017en\u00e9 nen\u00ed,\u201c \u0159ekla Olga Hyklov\u00e1, majitelka a v\u00fdkonn\u00e1 \u0159editelka spole\u010dnosti AC JOBS. D\u011blen\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto je nav\u00edc v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 i pro firmy. \u201eZam\u011bstnanci jsou vz\u00e1jemn\u011b zastupiteln\u00ed, sami si koriguj\u00ed pracovn\u00ed dobu a jej\u00ed n\u00e1pl\u0148 podle sv\u00fdch pot\u0159eb a firma z\u00edsk\u00e1 n\u011bkolik odborn\u00edk\u016f nam\u00edsto jednoho. Nav\u00edc kles\u00e1 riziko, \u017ee zku\u0161en\u00ed pracovn\u00edci odejdou p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b do d\u016fchodu nebo se po mate\u0159sk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 nevr\u00e1t\u00ed. \u010c\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 \u00favazky dob\u0159e funguj\u00ed tak\u00e9 ve Francii. Nezam\u011bstnan\u00ed Francouzi mohou p\u0159ijmout pr\u00e1ci na \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fd \u00favazek, ani\u017e by ztratili n\u00e1rok na podporu v\u00a0nezam\u011bstnanosti, to v\u00a0\u010cesku tak\u00e9 nejde. P\u0159itom z\u00e1jem \u010cech\u016f o tento typ \u00favazku roste. D\u00edky polovi\u010dn\u00edm \u00favazk\u016fm toti\u017e mohou snadn\u011bji naj\u00edt uplatn\u011bn\u00ed \u017eeny vracej\u00edc\u00ed se z mate\u0159sk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9, senio\u0159i, studenti nebo \u010derstv\u00ed absolventi \u0161kol,\u201c popsala Olga Hyklov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Nab\u00eddka pracovn\u00edch pozic, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed pr\u00e1ci na polovi\u010dn\u00ed \u00favazek, nedosahuje v\u00a0\u010cesku ani deseti procent. V\u00a0kontextu n\u011bkolika let nab\u00eddka pozic na zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u00favazek dramaticky nestoup\u00e1, popt\u00e1vka p\u0159itom ano. \u201eO pr\u00e1ci na zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u00favazek maj\u00ed z\u00e1jem zejm\u00e9na \u017eeny s\u00a0mal\u00fdmi d\u011btmi. \u010cesko se dlouhodob\u011b umis\u0165uje na p\u0159edn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1ch z pohledu d\u00e9lky mate\u0159sk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9. Doba \u010dty\u0159 let, po kterou ji lze \u010derpat, pat\u0159\u00ed k nejdel\u0161\u00edm v Evrop\u011b. Dlouh\u00e1 rodi\u010dovsk\u00e1 dovolen\u00e1 p\u0159itom pozice \u017een na trhu pr\u00e1ce znateln\u011b oslabuje. U\u017e po roce na rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 toti\u017e velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b doh\u00e1n\u011bj\u00ed rychl\u00fd v\u00fdvoj. Studie Evropsk\u00e9 komise uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee negativn\u00ed dopad rodi\u010dovstv\u00ed na zam\u011bstnanost \u010desk\u00fdch \u017een \u010din\u00ed 25 procent. M\u00edra zam\u011bstnanosti \u017een s mal\u00fdmi d\u011btmi do \u0161esti let nedosahuje v \u010cesku ani 40 procent. V\u00a0Evropsk\u00e9 unii je pr\u016fm\u011br tak\u0159ka 60 procent,\u201c uvedla Olga Hyklov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cesko pat\u0159\u00ed mezi ty zem\u011b Evropsk\u00e9 unie, ve kter\u00fdch je nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nezam\u011bstnanost matek. Jen polovina z nich se vrac\u00ed ke sv\u00e9mu p\u016fvodn\u00edmu zam\u011bstnavateli. \u201ePro mne osobn\u011b bylo opravdu t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 rozhodovat se mezi slibn\u011b rozjetou kari\u00e9rou a mo\u017enost\u00ed zalo\u017eit rodinu. B\u00fdt rodi\u010dem je kr\u00e1sn\u00e1 v\u011bc, ale vracet se po t\u0159ech letech do pr\u00e1ce, kdy\u017e legislativa, aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed trendy a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm technologie se vyv\u00edjej\u00ed velmi rychle, je jako za\u010d\u00ednat \u00fapln\u011b od za\u010d\u00e1tku. Proto jsem velmi vd\u011b\u010dn\u00e1, \u017ee mi firma, ve kter\u00e9 jsem pracovala p\u0159ed n\u00e1stupem na mate\u0159skou, nab\u00eddla mo\u017enost pracovat u\u017e p\u0159i rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 na zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u00favazek. Neztratila jsem tak tolik d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd kontakt s oborem. D\u00edky krat\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed dob\u011b jsem skloubila pr\u00e1ci s osobn\u00edm \u017eivotem, nejsem ve stresu ani pod tlakem, \u017ee jedno nebo druh\u00e9 nest\u00edh\u00e1m \u010di zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1m,\u201c popsala v\u00fdhody polovi\u010dn\u00edho \u00favazku Martina L\u00e1talov\u00e1, obchodn\u00ed \u0159editelka spole\u010dnosti AC JOBS. <\/p>\n<p>Po polovi\u010dn\u00edch \u00favazc\u00edch ale volaj\u00ed nejen matky s\u00a0d\u011btmi, pomoci k\u00a0lep\u0161\u00edmu uplatn\u011bn\u00ed mohou i budouc\u00edm absolvent\u016fm. \u201eV\u011bt\u0161ina \u010desk\u00fdch vysoko\u0161kol\u00e1k\u016f pracuje u\u017e b\u011bhem studia. P\u011btina z nich ale chod\u00ed pouze na brig\u00e1dy, nav\u00edc mimo sv\u016fj obor. P\u0159itom zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed studenta na zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u00favazek m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 i pro samotn\u00e9 firmy \u2013 pro\u0161kol\u00ed a zau\u010d\u00ed si budouc\u00edho zam\u011bstnance, a nebudou tak v\u00a0budoucnu muset hledat specialistu v\u00a0dan\u00e9m oboru,\u201c vysv\u011btlila Olga Hyklov\u00e1<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed skupinou, kter\u00e1 by uv\u00edtala v\u00edce pracovn\u00edch pozic s\u00a0mo\u017enost\u00ed zkr\u00e1cen\u00e9ho \u00favazku, jsou senio\u0159i. \u201ePodle \u00fadaj\u016f \u010cesk\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed \u010dinil v\u00a0lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd d\u016fchod 11\u00a0334 korun. Pr\u00e1v\u011b zkr\u00e1cen\u00e9 \u00favazky pro mnoho d\u016fchodc\u016f p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed mo\u017enost, jak si p\u0159ivyd\u011blat k d\u016fchodu. Dnes v\u00a0\u010cesku pracuje kolem \u010dtvrt milionu d\u016fchodc\u016f a vlivem demografick\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoje se budou po\u010dty pracuj\u00edc\u00edch d\u016fchodc\u016f d\u00e1l zvy\u0161ovat. Podle p\u0159edpov\u011bdi ministerstva pr\u00e1ce by se do roku 2050 m\u011bl po\u010det obyvatel nad 65 let zdvojn\u00e1sobit, zat\u00edmco po\u010det narozen\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed klesne o \u010dtvrtinu. To samoz\u0159ejm\u011b znateln\u011b ovlivn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed trh. Firmy budou muset zam\u011bstn\u00e1vat star\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00edky a p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat jim pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta i formu pracovn\u00edho \u00favazku,\u201c upozornila Olga Hyklov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Krat\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doba nav\u00edc podle odborn\u00edk\u016f p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhody nejen zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm, ale i firm\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 ji nab\u00edzej\u00ed. \u201eZku\u0161enosti firem, kter\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 \u00favazky nab\u00edzej\u00ed, ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee jejich zaveden\u00ed posiluje loajalitu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, zvy\u0161uje jejich produktivitu a nav\u00edc pom\u00e1h\u00e1 udr\u017eet kvalifikovan\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky. Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d firmy pracovn\u00ed pozice s\u00a0polovi\u010dn\u00edm \u00favazkem nab\u00edzej\u00ed jen okrajov\u011b, je n\u00edzk\u00e1 podpora st\u00e1tu.
