Pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho Pra\u017eana nep\u0159edstavuj\u00ed tyto v\u011bci nic, co by mu m\u011blo n\u011bjak znep\u0159\u00edjemnit den. \u00dapln\u011b jinak je v\u0161ak vn\u00edm\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad \u010dlov\u011bk na voz\u00edku. Nato\u017e v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy zjist\u00ed, \u017ee se nem\u016f\u017ee dostat t\u0159eba na zmi\u0148ovan\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad bez toho, \u017ee by si n\u011bkde narychlo obstaral u\u017e\u0161\u00ed voz\u00edk.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, aby k podobn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edpad\u016fm nedoch\u00e1zelo, vytvo\u0159il magistr\u00e1t interaktivn\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed mapu Prahy, kter\u00e1 hodnot\u00ed, zda je dan\u00fd objekt bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fd, \u010di naopak. &#8222;Mapa zat\u00edm b\u011b\u017e\u00ed na testovac\u00edm webu, ale b\u011bhem n\u011bjak\u00fdch \u010dtrn\u00e1cti dn\u016f bude ve\u0159ejnosti k dispozici na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta,&#8220; uv\u00e1d\u00ed zastupitel a \u010dlen soci\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdboru Patrik Nacher (ANO).<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u00e9 mapy u\u017e digit\u00e1ln\u011b nebo v pap\u00edrov\u00e9 podob\u011b rozpracovaly n\u011bkter\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, nap\u0159\u00edklad Praha 1, 2 a 6. Te\u010f se ale v\u0161echny \u00fadaje sjednot\u00ed do mapy celopra\u017esk\u00e9. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b jsou v map\u011b zaznamen\u00e1ny stovky objekt\u016f \u2013 od kulturn\u00edch pam\u00e1tek p\u0159es parky a\u017e po \u00fa\u0159ady nebo zdravotnick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Informace o jejich bezbari\u00e9rovosti se zobraz\u00ed po rozkliknut\u00ed ikonky. Postupn\u011b by m\u011bly p\u0159ib\u00fdvat dal\u0161\u00ed objekty. Praha toti\u017e vych\u00e1z\u00ed z dat, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 k dispozici Pra\u017esk\u00e1 organizace voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159\u016f. Ta do te\u010f zmapovala v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159i tis\u00edce pra\u017esk\u00fdch dom\u016f a ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch prostranstv\u00ed. K jejich hodnocen\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 metodiku, kter\u00e1 je jednotn\u00e1 pro celou republiku a na n\u00ed\u017e se pod\u00edleli odborn\u00edci ve spolupr\u00e1ci s voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159i. &#8222;Ka\u017ed\u00e9 m\u00edsto jsme fyzicky nav\u0161t\u00edvili a data zaznamen\u00e1vali do formul\u00e1\u0159\u016f, ze kter\u00fdch se pak vygenerovalo hodnocen\u00ed,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje za Pra\u017eskou organizaci voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159\u016f Kate\u0159ina Novotn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m hodnocen\u00ed rozli\u0161uje budovy nebo ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 prostranstv\u00ed na t\u0159i z\u00e1kladn\u00ed kategorie, kter\u00fdm p\u0159i\u0159azuje ur\u010ditou barvu, stejn\u011b jako na semaforu. Zelen\u011b jsou zn\u00e1zorn\u011bny objekty p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9, oran\u017eov\u011b objekty \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9 a \u010derven\u00e1 barva pat\u0159\u00ed objekt\u016fm nep\u0159\u00edstupn\u00fdm.<\/p>\n<p>K z\u00e1kladn\u00edmu barevn\u00e9mu rozli\u0161en\u00ed jsou p\u0159ipojeny je\u0161t\u011b piktogramy, kter\u00e9 zna\u010d\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm konkr\u00e9tn\u011b je dan\u00fd objekt vybaven. Zda je v n\u011bm nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00fdtah, schody s rampou nebo bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e1 toaleta. Po rozkliknut\u00ed m\u00edsta se zobraz\u00ed tak\u00e9 dopl\u0148kov\u00fd text s nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi \u00fadaji. &#8222;V n\u011bm si ka\u017ed\u00fd vybere to, co pot\u0159ebuje. Pokud m\u00e1 t\u0159eba voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159 voz\u00edk \u0161irok\u00fd sedmdes\u00e1t centimetr\u016f, ale z mapy zjist\u00ed, \u017ee dve\u0159e jsou \u0161irok\u00e9 jen p\u011bta\u0161edes\u00e1t centimetr\u016f, m\u016f\u017ee to \u0159e\u0161it d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e se vyd\u00e1 na cestu,&#8220; popisuje \u00fadaje v map\u011b Novotn\u00e1. D\u00edky fotografi\u00edm u\u017eivatel uvid\u00ed, jak dan\u00e1 probl\u00e9mov\u00e1 m\u00edsta vypadaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V dal\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1zi, kter\u00e1 by m\u011bla n\u00e1sledovat hned po spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed webov\u00e9 mapy, chce magistr\u00e1t vyvinout tak\u00e9 mobiln\u00ed aplikaci, kter\u00e1 by slou\u017eila z\u00e1rove\u0148 jako bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e1 navigace m\u011bstem. &#8222;Cht\u011bli bychom do t\u00e9 mapy p\u0159idat je\u0161t\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed vrstvy, kter\u00e9 budou mapovat t\u0159eba autobusov\u00e9 zast\u00e1vky nebo p\u0159\u00edstupov\u00e9 cesty od zast\u00e1vek hromadn\u00e9 dopravy k ji\u017e zanesen\u00fdm objekt\u016fm,&#8220; dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Nacher. Do budoucna se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 i s pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00fdm aktualizov\u00e1n\u00edm mapov\u00fdch dat a doj\u00edt by mohlo i na zmapov\u00e1n\u00ed bezbari\u00e9rovosti z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol.<\/p>\n<p>Mapa podle Novotn\u00e9 nemus\u00ed slou\u017eit jen voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159\u016fm a lidem s omezenou schopnost\u00ed pohybu. &#8222;Z na\u0161ich zku\u0161enost\u00ed maj\u00ed o tyto informace z\u00e1jem i dal\u0161\u00ed skupiny obyvatel.
