N\u011bkdy nefunguje sval ve spolupr\u00e1ci s jin\u00fdm a jde jen o mechanick\u00fd fyzick\u00fd probl\u00e9m, ale tak\u00e9 za t\u00edm \u010dasto b\u00fdv\u00e1 psychika, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 vliv na svaly, na jejich spasmus. Sval prost\u011b nefunguje, proto\u017ee p\u016fvod probl\u00e9mu je v mysli. Klouby pak \u010dasto bol\u00ed tak\u00e9 proto, \u017ee t\u011blo ji\u017e nem\u00e1 s\u00edlu na regeneraci a zhojen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edt\u00edm standardn\u011b zvl\u00e1dlo. S t\u00edm um\u011bj\u00ed pomoci \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 byliny. N\u011bkdy si jakoby nakl\u00e1d\u00e1me v\u00edc, ne\u017e uneseme. Nap\u0159\u00edklad jedna pacientka p\u0159i\u0161la s bolestmi v z\u00e1dech po b\u011bhu. Sd\u011blila mi, \u017ee ned\u011bl\u00e1 nic extr\u00e9mn\u00edho. Nem\u011bla v\u016fbec zapojen\u00e9 svaly, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed dr\u017eet p\u00e1te\u0159, a pracovala tak, \u017ee ji jej\u00ed pracovn\u00ed nasazen\u00ed nev\u011bdom\u011b stahovalo je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc. To lze pohmatem detailn\u011b vy\u0161et\u0159it. Klient \u2013 \u010di pacient, chcete-li \u2013 mus\u00ed j\u00edt ve spolupr\u00e1ci s terapeutem po t\u00e9to ose a zjistit, co je v j\u00e1dru nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<br \/>\n&#8222;My u\u017e z toho, co \u010dlov\u011bk \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, jak mluv\u00ed, jak\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 slova, gesta a jak se chov\u00e1, dovedeme pom\u011brn\u011b p\u0159esn\u011b poznat, jestli p\u0159i\u0161el jen s mechanick\u00fdm z\u00e1drhelem, nebo je podstata probl\u00e9mu v psychice. Roli hraj\u00ed i o\u010di, k\u016f\u017ee, vr\u00e1sky&#8230; Je fajn, \u017ee \u0159e\u010d t\u011bla nel\u017ee. Mysl ano. S jej\u00ed pomoc\u00ed um\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk klamat okol\u00ed i sebe. My sledujeme, jak je t\u011blo p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 i vlivem mysli,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Tom\u00e1\u0161 Rychnovsk\u00fd.<br \/>\nP\u0159itom k tomu, abychom byli zdrav\u00ed, nemus\u00edme d\u011blat moc, m\u00edn\u00ed Tom\u00e1\u0161 Rychnovsk\u00fd. A to v\u017edy d\u011bl\u00e1 v t\u011ble nesoulad. I takov\u00e9 \u201ajemn\u00e9, b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u010di nicotn\u00e9\u2018 pocity stoj\u00ed za p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00edm na v\u00e1ze nebo za probl\u00e9my s tr\u00e1ven\u00edm,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 terapeut. &#8222;Bylo by dobr\u00e9, aby spole\u010dnost, kter\u00e1 chce b\u00fdt ve v\u0161ech sm\u011brech dokonal\u00e1, p\u0159ipustila, \u017ee existuj\u00ed i velk\u00e9 osobn\u00ed probl\u00e9my. A \u017ee nen\u00ed tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, \u017ee se n\u00e1m \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, jac\u00ed bychom m\u011bli b\u00fdt, ale z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, abychom byli sami se sebou v pohod\u011b.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Radost a vztahy<\/p>\n<p>Tom\u00e1\u0161 Rychnovsk\u00fd uv\u00e1d\u00ed i p\u0159\u00edklad z kazuistiky sv\u00e9 klientely: &#8222;P\u00e1n kolem pades\u00e1tky, rodina se dv\u011bma d\u011btmi, zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee v\u0161e je, jak m\u00e1 b\u00fdt. A on osm let sportuje tak, a\u017e m\u00e1 \u0161patn\u00e9 ky\u010dle, bolestiv\u00e1 ztuhl\u00e1 z\u00e1da, \u017ee se nem\u016f\u017ee norm\u00e1ln\u011b h\u00fdbat.<br \/>\nKdy\u017e se bav\u00edme, vyjde najevo, \u017ee mu p\u0159ed osmi lety zem\u0159el otec. Uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee jeho mysl nezpracovala otcovu smrt \u2013 c\u00edtila samotu, stesk, neuzav\u0159enou kapitolu \u2013 a nahrazovala to sportem. A pohyb, m\u00edsto aby mu pom\u00e1hal, destruoval jeho t\u011blo, proto\u017ee na n\u011bj mysl p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ela tuhle z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e. Tak\u017ee nejd\u0159\u00edv je t\u0159eba vy\u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9m \u2013 se smrt\u00ed otce se srovnat, nebo\u0165 v n\u011bm ztratil i kamar\u00e1da a par\u0165\u00e1ka a n\u00e1hle se c\u00edtil osam\u011bl\u00fd i ve funguj\u00edc\u00ed rodin\u011b.&#8220; Tom\u00e1\u0161 Rychnovsk\u00fd potvrzuje, \u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed techniky z psychoterapie. Klient je m\u016f\u017ee prov\u00e1d\u011bt s\u00e1m, ale ne ka\u017ed\u00fd to zvl\u00e1dne, a tak mu pom\u00e1h\u00e1 odborn\u00edk z terapeutick\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu. &#8222;Nejd\u0159\u00edv je pot\u0159eba zjistit, jak\u00e1 t\u00e9mata vyv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed pacienta z pohody, pak odhalit, pro\u010d tomu tak je, a nakonec se v\u0161e \u0159e\u0161\u00ed.&#8220;<br \/>\nTom\u00e1\u0161 Rychnovsk\u00fd jde i cestou ur\u010dit\u00e9 osv\u011bty, \u0159ekn\u011bme prevence nepohody a z n\u00ed pramen\u00edc\u00edch fyzick\u00fdch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed: &#8222;Po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1me kurzy, abychom lidem vysv\u011btlili, co je pot\u0159eba ke stabilit\u011b v t\u011ble a mysli. P\u0159i druh\u00e9 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b jsme zjistili, \u017ee nem\u00e1 vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00fd vztah s u\u017e ne\u017eij\u00edc\u00ed matkou. A tak jsme j\u00ed doporu\u010dili, aby do dopisu matce napsala v\u0161e, co c\u00edt\u00ed. Pot\u00e9 se s textem pracuje a v\u00fdsledkem je, \u017ee mysl vn\u00edm\u00e1 u\u017e jen fakta, nikoli emoce. A na t\u0159et\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b byla v pohod\u011b, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 brn\u011bn\u00ed, bolest, nic! Jej\u00ed probl\u00e9m se p\u0159edt\u00edm projikoval i do vztahu se synem, o kter\u00e9ho m\u011bla enormn\u00ed strach, j\u00edm\u017e ho dost obt\u011b\u017eovala&#8230; Navenek se \u010dlov\u011bk n\u011bjak projevuje, ale d\u016fvod k tomu je n\u011bkdy skryt\u00fd. Za n\u00edm se toti\u017e \u010dasto skr\u00fdv\u00e1 pravda \u2013 kdybychom ne\u0159e\u0161ili, pro\u010d se takto k synovi chov\u00e1, nep\u0159i\u0161li bychom na opravdov\u00fd d\u016fvod jej\u00edho neklidu.&#8220;<br \/>\nAle ne v\u0161echno je hlubok\u00fd probl\u00e9m a fyzioterapie \u0159e\u0161\u00ed i jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpady, za nimi\u017e psychika nestoj\u00ed. &#8222;To u\u017e se d\u00e1 poznat z popisu od klienta. S\u00e1hnu na posti\u017een\u00e9 m\u00edsto, zjist\u00edm blok\u00e1dy, pozn\u00e1m ztuhlost svalu. A op\u011bt \u2013 v\u00edm, jak to m\u00e1 b\u00fdt dob\u0159e. Sv\u00e9 profesi se v\u011bnuju od roku 2000 a u\u017e pozn\u00e1m, co je jen v\u011bc\u00ed t\u011bla, a co je z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed hlub\u0161\u00ed.<br \/>\nN\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy v ordinaci Tom\u00e1\u0161e Rychnovsk\u00e9ho napravuj\u00ed nejen z\u00e1da a klouby, ale mohou prosp\u011bt i vztah\u016fm. &#8222;Pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159es t\u011blesnou bolest se dob\u00edr\u00e1me toho, co je pro lidi podstatn\u00e9,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 terapeut.<br \/>\n&#8222;T\u0159eba \u017eeny maj\u00ed podstatu \u017eivota trochu odli\u0161nou od mu\u017esk\u00e9.<br \/>\nN\u011bkter\u00e9 \u017eeny maj\u00ed strach nap\u0159\u00edklad z t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, proto\u017ee nev\u011bd\u00ed, co bude pak.
