Mo\u017en\u00e1 m\u00e1te strach, \u017ee n\u011bco zme\u0161k\u00e1te? V angli\u010dtin\u011b se tomu \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Fear of Missing Out (FOMO). Tato soci\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fazkost je charakterizov\u00e1na neust\u00e1l\u00fdm strachem z toho, \u017ee zme\u0161k\u00e1te informace \u010di ud\u00e1losti, zejm\u00e9na pak na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch. Na dovolen\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 ud\u011blat si &#8222;digit\u00e1ln\u00ed&#8220; pauzu. Ur\u010dete si t\u0159eba n\u011bkterou hodinu na to, \u017ee budete dosa\u017eiteln\u00ed a p\u0159e\u010dtete si e-maily.<\/p>\n<p>Nev\u00e1hejte vyu\u017e\u00edt voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu na n\u011bjakou p\u0159\u00edjemnou \u010dinnost: na zahradni\u010den\u00ed, sport nebo t\u0159eba \u010detbu. Nemus\u00edte se nutn\u011b odd\u00e1vat technologick\u00e9 askezi. Nic v\u00e1m nezakazuje publikovat selfies na pl\u00e1\u017ei nebo vypr\u00e1v\u011bt o va\u0161ich dobrodru\u017estv\u00edch na druh\u00fd konec sv\u011bta p\u0159es twitter, jestli\u017ee po tom va\u0161e srdce tou\u017e\u00ed. Jde sp\u00ed\u0161e o to, abyste se odpoutali od sv\u00e9ho zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Abychom se po dovolen\u00e9 nevraceli vy\u010derpan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e jsme byli p\u0159edt\u00edm, je dobr\u00e9 ud\u011blat si z dovolen\u00e9 skute\u010dn\u00fd \u010das pro sebe. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je zauj\u00edmat pozitivn\u00ed postoj a uvolnit se. Nau\u010dme se odlo\u017eit agresivitu, stres \u010di chronickou nespokojenost, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee cel\u00fd rok ztrp\u010dovat \u017eivot.
