Ale je tomu skute\u010dn\u011b tak?<\/p>\n<p>Trochu jasno do toho vnesla expertka na gastroenterologii z Kolumbijsk\u00e9 univerzity Norelle Reillyov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 ve sv\u00e9 anal\u00fdze publikovan\u00e9 v \u010dasopise Journal Pediatrics vyvrac\u00ed m\u00fdty kolem bezlepkov\u00fdch potravin jeden po druh\u00e9m a zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee volba t\u011bchto potravin m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159edstavovat riziko pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Reillyov\u00e1 cituje ve sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci studii provedenou na 1500 Ameri\u010danech, kte\u0159\u00ed se rozhodli vy\u0161krtnout ze sv\u00e9 stravy lepek, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f k tomu nem\u011bli \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd d\u016fvod. Bezlepkov\u00e1 strava je dnes velk\u00fd byznys, kter\u00fd jen ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech v posledn\u00edch dvou letech vzrostl o 136 procent, tedy mnohem v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u0159\u00edpady celiakie. Stejn\u00fd trend lze pozorovat i v It\u00e1lii. &#8222;Jednou z hlavn\u00edch chyb je domn\u00edvat se, \u017ee bezlepkov\u00e1 dieta je zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 a nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 nev\u00fdhody,&#8220; p\u00ed\u0161e expertka, kterou cituje list Corriere della Sera.<\/p>\n<p>Doktorka Reillyov\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vysv\u011btluje, \u017ee dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed bezlepkov\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy mus\u00ed sledovat dietolog, kter\u00fd zajist\u00ed, aby dieta obsahovala v\u0161e nezbytn\u00e9 pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed. Nav\u00edc produkty bez lepku \u010dasto obsahuj\u00ed v\u00edce cukr\u016f a tuk\u016f.
