Jde o metabolick\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed obvykle prov\u00e1zen\u00e9 vysokou hladinou kyseliny mo\u010dov\u00e9 v krvi. Ale pozor, neplat\u00ed to opa\u010dn\u011b, lid\u00e9 s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrac\u00ed kyseliny mo\u010dov\u00e9 v krvi nemus\u00ed v\u016fbec trp\u011bt dnou.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O co jde?<\/p>\n<p>Kyselina mo\u010dov\u00e1 se v podob\u011b krystalk\u016f usazuje nejv\u00edce v kloubu palce u nohy (podagra), m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasto b\u00fdvaj\u00ed napadeny kotn\u00edky a kolena (gonagra), z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed a klouby prst\u016f (chiragra) nebo ramena (omagra). N\u011bkdy se r\u016fzn\u011b velk\u00e1 lo\u017eiska v podob\u011b hrbolk\u016f, kter\u00fdm se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 tofy, objev\u00ed i v k\u016f\u017ei, hlavn\u011b kolem lokt\u016f a na ruk\u00e1ch. V ledvin\u00e1ch zase mohou zp\u016fsobit ucp\u00e1n\u00ed jemn\u00fdch filtra\u010dn\u00edch kan\u00e1lk\u016f nebo vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed ledvinov\u00e9 kameny.<\/p>\n<p>Jak\u00e9 jsou p\u0159\u00edznaky?<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed zn\u00e1mkou nemoci b\u00fdv\u00e1 n\u00e1hl\u00e1 a prudk\u00e1 bolest v m\u00edst\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9ho kloubu, kter\u00e1 p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed obvykle v noci.
