N\u00e1vrh na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy na 11 tis\u00edc korun m\u016f\u017ee jejich uplatn\u011bn\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b zhor\u0161it a podnikatel\u016fm zava\u0159it.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pavel Brabenec zalo\u017eil p\u0159ed dev\u00edti lety v B\u0159eclavi chr\u00e1n\u011bnou d\u00edlnu. P\u016fvodn\u011b za\u010d\u00ednal se dv\u011bma zam\u011bstnanci, kdy\u017e ale od roku 2011 za\u010dal vyr\u00e1b\u011bt simul\u00e1tory operac\u00ed pro kardiology, firma vyrostla a nyn\u00ed u\u017e zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 48 zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch.<\/p>\n<p>Jihomoravsk\u00fd podnikatel v\u0161ak tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee bude muset propou\u0161t\u011bt. D\u016fvod? Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy, kter\u00e9 pl\u00e1nuje ministryn\u011b pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed Michaela Marksov\u00e1 (\u010cSSD).<\/p>\n<p>Dnes maj\u00ed zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1rok na minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdu ve v\u00fd\u0161i 9300 korun m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b, zat\u00edmco zdrav\u00ed lid\u00e9 pob\u00edraj\u00ed 9900 K\u010d. Marksov\u00e1 nyn\u00ed navrhuje, aby se nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed mzda zdrav\u00fdch a zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch srovnala a od ledna 2017 rovnou i zv\u00fd\u0161ila na 11 tis\u00edc korun.<\/p>\n<p>Vl\u00e1da o tom bude rozhodovat p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed t\u00fdden. Pokud by jej\u00ed n\u00e1vrh pro\u0161el, v\u0161ichni pracuj\u00edc\u00ed by pob\u00edrali minim\u00e1ln\u011b 11 tis\u00edc korun m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. &#8222;Srovn\u00e1me-li minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdu zdrav\u00fdch a posti\u017een\u00fdch s argumentem, \u017ee OZP jsou diskriminov\u00e1ni, tak t\u00edm naopak za\u010dneme diskriminovat zdrav\u00e9. Kdy\u017e se zvedne minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda, tak na\u0161e firma bude m\u00edt probl\u00e9my.<br \/>\nZ pades\u00e1ti zam\u011bstnanc\u016f bude minim\u00e1ln\u011b 35 nezam\u011bstnan\u00fdch,&#8220; ob\u00e1v\u00e1 se zm\u011bn Brabenec.<\/p>\n<p>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy bylo podle vedouc\u00edho tiskov\u00e9ho odd\u011blen\u00ed ministerstva pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed Petra Sulka dlouho otev\u0159en\u00e9 a na dialogu se pod\u00edleli i z\u00e1stupci t\u011blesn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch a jejich zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f. &#8222;Zav\u00e1zali jsme se sjednotit sazbu minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy pro osoby se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm i pro zdrav\u00e9 ob\u010dany. Dojde-li ke sjednocen\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy, jsme p\u0159ipraveni nav\u00fd\u0161it p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na podporu zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed OZP maxim\u00e1ln\u011b o 700 K\u010d. Ji\u017e loni do\u0161lo k nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na podporu jejich zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed o 1500 K\u010d,&#8220; uvedl Sulek.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160ED\u00c1 EKONOMIKA<\/p>\n<p>Osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm je v \u010cR kolem jednoho mili\u00f3nu. Z toho je 600 tis\u00edc t\u011b\u017ece invalidn\u00edch, pracovat tedy m\u016f\u017ee zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch 400 tis\u00edc, odhadl pro Den\u00edk Karel Rycht\u00e1\u0159, m\u00edstop\u0159edseda Asociace zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch. &#8222;Na voln\u00e9m trhu pr\u00e1ce m\u00e1me do 100 tis\u00edc zam\u011bstnan\u00fdch, 35 tis\u00edc pracuje u zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se na uplat\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed OZP zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed. Zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed jsou pro n\u00e1s &#8222;ne\u010diteln\u00ed&#8220;, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jsou bu\u010f mimo produktivn\u00ed v\u011bk, ztratili o zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1jem nebo pracuj\u00ed v \u0161ed\u00e9 ekonomice, kter\u00e1 je pro n\u011b suver\u00e9nn\u011b nejbezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm dopl\u0148kem d\u016fchodu a d\u00e1vek,&#8220; \u0159ekl Den\u00edku Rycht\u00e1\u0159.<\/p>\n<p>Upozornil tak\u00e9, \u017ee sice odpadaj\u00ed technick\u00e9 a komunika\u010dn\u00ed bari\u00e9ry, probl\u00e9mem je ov\u0161em \u010dasto nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 kvalifikace a tak\u00e9 to, \u017ee personalista v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m podniku si se situac\u00ed neum\u00ed poradit. &#8222;Syst\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 podpory je administrativn\u011b slo\u017eit\u00fd a zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 se zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch ob\u00e1vaj\u00ed.&#8220; dodal Rycht\u00e1\u0159. &#8222;Zam\u011bstnavatel se m\u016f\u017ee obr\u00e1tit na pracovn\u00edky odd\u011blen\u00ed trhu pr\u00e1ce podle m\u00edsta budouc\u00edho pracovi\u0161t\u011b OZP,&#8220; \u0159ekla Den\u00edku tiskov\u00e1 mluv\u010d\u00ed \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce \u010cR Kate\u0159ina Ber\u00e1nkov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu nahl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdch voln\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst bylo 12 560 vhodn\u00fdch pro OZP.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;U n\u00e1s je to cel\u00e9 naruby. Nejprve je \u010dlov\u011bk zabezpe\u010den p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky a d\u016fchodem a a\u017e potom se pro n\u011bj hled\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed uplatn\u011bn\u00ed. Odborn\u00edci \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee po 12 m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch \u010dlov\u011bk ztr\u00e1c\u00ed pracovn\u00ed n\u00e1vyky a pravd\u011bpodobnost n\u00e1vratu do pr\u00e1ce je minim\u00e1ln\u00ed,&#8220; st\u00fdsk\u00e1 si Rycht\u00e1\u0159 a vysv\u011btluje: &#8222;Aktivn\u00ed OZP nejsou dostate\u010dn\u011b motivov\u00e1ni.
