Mnoho spole\u010dnost\u00ed rozb\u011bhlo speci\u00e1ln\u00ed programy ur\u010den\u00e9 na n\u00e1bor a za\u0161kolov\u00e1n\u00ed handicapovan\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f. Firmy naj\u00edmaj\u00ed slabozrak\u00e9, autisty i jinak posti\u017een\u00e9 a p\u0159izp\u016fsobuj\u00ed se jejich handicapu.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Na prvn\u00ed pohled by na n\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk nic nepoznal. Pohledn\u00e1 blond\u00fdna s modr\u00fdma o\u010dima u\u017e od vchodu zdrav\u00ed a vede n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky centr\u00e1lou Komer\u010dn\u00ed banky v pra\u017esk\u00fdch Stod\u016flk\u00e1ch sebejist\u00fdm krokem. Slepeckou h\u016fl, kterou m\u00e1 v ruce, u\u017e tu skoro ani nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1. &#8222;Proto\u017ee tady u\u017e to dob\u0159e zn\u00e1m,&#8220; usm\u00edv\u00e1 se p\u0159es rameno a usazuje hosty. Ve skute\u010dnosti je dev\u011btadvacetilet\u00e1 Tereza Moravov\u00e1 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nevidom\u00e1, jej\u00ed zrak je velmi omezen\u00fd. &#8222;To, co norm\u00e1ln\u011b \u010dlov\u011bk vid\u00ed na 60 metr\u016f, j\u00e1 vid\u00edm na jeden metr. V\u0161echno mus\u00ed b\u00fdt mnohon\u00e1sobn\u011b zv\u011bt\u0161en\u00e9 a kontrastn\u00ed, abych rozeznala t\u0159eba \u010d\u00edsla \u010di symboly. V ciz\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed se p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dob\u0159e neorientuji,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje Moravov\u00e1.<br \/>\nKdy\u017e se narodila, vid\u011bla t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 norm\u00e1ln\u011b, byla jen lehce \u0161eroslep\u00e1. P\u0159ed p\u011bti lety se j\u00ed ale zrak za\u010dal zhor\u0161ovat, a\u017e se stala t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nevidomou. Moravov\u00e1 m\u00e1 dv\u011b vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly \u2013 na Univerzit\u011b Karlov\u011b vystudovala andragogiku a speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogiku. Se sv\u00fdm handicapem m\u011bla ale na pracovn\u00edm trhu pom\u011brn\u011b omezen\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br. Nakonec se rozhodla, \u017ee absolvuje st\u00e1\u017e v Komer\u010dn\u00ed bance zam\u011b\u0159enou pr\u00e1v\u011b na handicapovan\u00e9. &#8222;P\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lela jsem o svoj\u00ed budouc\u00ed pr\u00e1ci. M\u011bla jsem v hlav\u011b my\u0161lenku, \u017ee bych r\u00e1da prosazovala t\u00e9ma zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed posti\u017een\u00fdch,&#8220; vzpom\u00edn\u00e1 Moravov\u00e1.<br \/>\nV Komer\u010dn\u00ed bance m\u00e1 nyn\u00ed na starosti n\u00e1bor lid\u00ed, pracuje v odd\u011blen\u00ed lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 s v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00fdmi \u0159\u00edzen\u00edmi. Dost \u010dasto pracuje s \u017eivotopisy uchaze\u010d\u016f, kter\u00e9 j\u00ed kandid\u00e1ti pos\u00edlaj\u00ed e-mailem.<br \/>\nA to je tak\u00e9 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 jedin\u00e1 situace, kdy je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee m\u00e1 zrakov\u00fd handicap. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed software, kter\u00fd j\u00ed banka po\u0159\u00eddila, mnohon\u00e1sobn\u011b zv\u011bt\u0161uje p\u00edsmena na monitoru a Tereze se objevuj\u00ed \u017elut\u00e1 na \u010dern\u00e9m podkladu, aby byla co nejv\u00edce kontrastn\u00ed. &#8222;S t\u00edmhle softwarem jsem stejn\u011b rychl\u00e1 jako moje kolegyn\u011b. Dost\u00e1v\u00e1m p\u0159id\u011bleno stejn\u011b pr\u00e1ce jako ostatn\u00ed,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Moravov\u00e1. Jedin\u00e9, v \u010dem se j\u00ed dost\u00e1v\u00e1 speci\u00e1ln\u00edho zach\u00e1zen\u00ed, je v\u00fdprava na ob\u011bd. &#8222;Kolegov\u00e9 m\u011b doprov\u00e1z\u00ed, abych nemusela b\u00fdt po\u0159\u00e1d ve st\u0159ehu,&#8220; usm\u00edv\u00e1 se Moravov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Mlad\u00ed s posti\u017een\u00edm jsou u\u017e v\u00edce cen\u011bn\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>Sama se zevrubn\u011b v\u011bnuje problematice zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed posti\u017een\u00fdch, a jak \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, lid\u00e9 s handicapem za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed b\u00fdt na trhu &#8222;cenn\u00fdm zbo\u017e\u00edm&#8220;. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm s t\u00edm, jak podniky za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed nab\u00edrat a vyost\u0159uje se boj o talenty. &#8222;Situace je ur\u010dit\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e t\u0159eba p\u0159ed p\u011bti lety. Firm\u00e1m ned\u011bl\u00e1 probl\u00e9m se posti\u017een\u00e9mu \u010dlov\u011bku p\u0159izp\u016fsobit, vytvo\u0159it mu vhodn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. V m\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b to znamenalo nakoupit pr\u00e1v\u011b speci\u00e1ln\u00ed software,&#8220; podot\u00fdk\u00e1 Moravov\u00e1.<br \/>\nDod\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u0161ak, \u017ee probl\u00e9m pro mlad\u00e9 lidi s handicapem je z\u00edskat po \u0161kole praxi. &#8222;Ud\u011blat si brig\u00e1du p\u0159i studiu je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nemo\u017en\u00e9,&#8220; kr\u010d\u00ed rameny. V sou\u010dasnosti u\u017e Komer\u010dn\u00ed banka zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 74 handicapovan\u00fdch lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed zast\u00e1vaj\u00ed nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pozice: pokladn\u00edk, bankovn\u00ed poradce, poradce pro hypote\u010dn\u00ed \u00fav\u011bry, obchodn\u00ed analytik, syst\u00e9mov\u00fd in\u017een\u00fdr, specialista telesales a dal\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>SAP zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 lidi s autismem<\/p>\n<p>\u017de lid\u00e9 s posti\u017een\u00edm mohou b\u00fdt pro firmu cennou pracovn\u00ed silou, si uv\u011bdomuje nap\u0159\u00edklad i softwarov\u00e1 spole\u010dnost SAP. Od lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku spustila program na zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed autist\u016f, a to nejen v \u010cesku, ale i v zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem bylo vyu\u017eit\u00ed jejich schopnost\u00ed precizn\u00edho a exaktn\u00edho my\u0161len\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v inovac\u00edch a v\u00fdvoji. V zahrani\u010dn\u00edch pobo\u010dk\u00e1ch SAP lid\u00e9 s autismem pracuj\u00ed na pozic\u00edch softwarov\u00fdch design\u00e9r\u016f, tester\u016f, v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159\u016f nebo grafick\u00fdch design\u00e9r\u016f. V Praze nyn\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 SAP osm autist\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed pracuj\u00ed hlavn\u011b na pozic\u00edch jako administr\u00e1to\u0159i, v person\u00e1ln\u00edm odd\u011blen\u00ed a v oblasti n\u00e1boru a zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed dat.<br \/>\n&#8222;V\u00fdborn\u011b se tak\u00e9 uplat\u0148uj\u00ed v procesu kontroly kvality dat,&#8220; upozor\u0148uje Andrea Hepnerov\u00e1, \u0159editelka pra\u017esk\u00e9ho byznysov\u00e9ho a servisn\u00edho centra SAP.<br \/>\n&#8222;V\u0161ichni zam\u011bstnanci z programu se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed teambuilding\u016f, oslav narozenin, spole\u010dn\u00fdch sn\u00eddan\u00ed, v\u00fdlet\u016f i jin\u00fdch firemn\u00edch spole\u010densky exponovan\u00fdch aktivit stejn\u011b jako ostatn\u00ed. Tak\u017ee b\u011b\u017en\u00fd pozorovatel zven\u010d\u00ed by ani nepoznal rozd\u00edl mezi handicapovan\u00fdm a nehandicapovan\u00fdm zam\u011bstnancem. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z koleg\u016f s autismem se dokonce ji\u017e dobrovoln\u011b rozhodli fungovat tak\u00e9 jako takzvan\u00fd \u201abuddy\u2018 pro nov\u00e1\u010dky,&#8220; p\u0159ibli\u017euje Hepnerov\u00e1. &#8222;Jestli m\u00e1m vyzdvihnout n\u011bkolik vlastnost\u00ed a schopnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou pro kolegy s autismem typick\u00e9, jsou to ur\u010dit\u011b up\u0159\u00edmnost, rychlost, smysl pro odpov\u011bdnost a smysl pro detail,&#8220; dod\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>VZP posti\u017een\u00e9 z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1<\/p>\n<p>Do zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed lid\u00ed s handicapem se pustila i V\u0161eobecn\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovna (VZP).<br \/>\nNa za\u010d\u00e1tku bylo pot\u0159eba dodr\u017eet z\u00e1konem stanoven\u00fd pod\u00edl zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. &#8222;V roce 2012 jsme se rozhodli spustit nov\u00e9 programy Handicap a Trainee, kter\u00e9 byly \u00fazce propojeny. Na vybran\u00e9 agendy jsme za\u010dali vyhled\u00e1vat kolegy s posti\u017een\u00edm,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 mluv\u010d\u00ed VZP Old\u0159ich Tich\u00fd. Handicap programem pro\u0161lo v letech 2013 a\u017e 2016 celkem 114 lid\u00ed a z toho 22 je dnes v poji\u0161\u0165ovn\u011b trvale zam\u011bstnan\u00fdch.<br \/>\n&#8222;\u00da\u010dastn\u00edky programu sm\u011brujeme do \u00fatvar\u016f, kde mohou v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby plnohodnotn\u011b nastoupit za zam\u011bstnance v d\u016fchodov\u00e9m v\u011bku nebo za nast\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed maminky. Zdravotn\u011b znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00ed kolegov\u00e9 jsou ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1ni i v b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00fdch \u0159\u00edzen\u00edch, nen\u00ed pravidlem, \u017ee proch\u00e1z\u00ed v\u017edy programem Handicap,&#8220; dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Tich\u00fd. A tak se z p\u016fvodn\u00edch dvou procent zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v roce 2012 dostali a\u017e na dne\u0161n\u00ed 3,45 procenta a cht\u011bj\u00ed dos\u00e1hnout a\u017e na procenta \u010dty\u0159i.<br \/>\nJednou z takov\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanky\u0148 je ve VZP i \u010dty\u0159iadvacetilet\u00e1 Zuzana Grunov\u00e1. Od d\u011btstv\u00ed m\u00e1 zrakovou vadu a vid\u00ed velmi \u0161patn\u011b na d\u00e1lku i na bl\u00edzko. V jihlavsk\u00e9 pobo\u010dce VZP d\u011bl\u00e1 administrativn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci, jej\u00ed m\u00edsto je u informa\u010dn\u00edho pultu, kde klient\u016fm pom\u00e1h\u00e1 s obsluhou vyvol\u00e1vac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a sm\u011bruje je ke specializovan\u00fdm pracovn\u00edk\u016fm. &#8222;Do VZP jsem se dostala n\u00e1hodou d\u00edky inzer\u00e1tu, kter\u00fd byl vyv\u011b\u0161en na webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch pracovn\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu, a tak jsem zkusila napsat,&#8220; l\u00ed\u010d\u00ed Grunov\u00e1. &#8222;N\u00e1sledn\u011b si m\u011b pozvali na pohovor, kter\u00fd vy\u0161el. M\u016fj handicap nebyl probl\u00e9mem, pon\u011bvad\u017e se jednalo o st\u00e1\u017e pro lidi s posti\u017een\u00edm, kter\u00e9 VZP takto podporuje,&#8220; dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Grunov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u011b mluvit na rovinu<\/p>\n<p>Organizace, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdm za\u010dlenit se do pracovn\u00edho \u017eivota, potvrzuj\u00ed, \u017ee situace se v posledn\u00edch letech lep\u0161\u00ed. &#8222;Zejm\u00e9na velk\u00e9 firmy, kter\u00e9 se c\u00edlen\u011b sna\u017e\u00ed o rozmanitost pracovn\u00edk\u016f, velmi \u010dasto nab\u00edzej\u00ed juniorsk\u00e9 pozice a pozice na zkr\u00e1cen\u00e9 \u00favazky, je\u017e \u010dasto vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b lidi se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm,&#8220; hodnot\u00ed Hana Potm\u011b\u0161ilov\u00e1, \u0159editelka Nada\u010dn\u00edho fondu pro podporu zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm (NFOZP).<br \/>\n&#8222;Z na\u0161\u00ed zku\u0161enosti ov\u0161em t\u011bchto m\u00edst st\u00e1le nen\u00ed dostatek. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je v \u010cesku nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed nezam\u011bstnanost, ale paradoxn\u011b po\u010dty nezam\u011bstnan\u00fdch lid\u00ed se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdch na \u00fa\u0159adech pr\u00e1ce neklesaj\u00ed stejn\u00fdm tempem jako celkov\u00e1 nezam\u011bstnanost zdrav\u00fdch obyvatel,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje Potm\u011b\u0161ilov\u00e1.<br \/>\nPodle jej\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed jsou nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou zejm\u00e9na tajnosti. Tedy kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm nep\u0159izn\u00e1 na pohovoru, \u017ee mu n\u011bco d\u011bl\u00e1 probl\u00e9my, \u017ee t\u0159eba nem\u016f\u017ee zvedat nic nad p\u011bt kilogram\u016f. &#8222;V provozu u\u017e pak t\u011b\u017eko m\u016f\u017ee \u0159\u00edci kolegovi, \u017ee mu nepom\u016f\u017ee. To pak vede bu\u010f k tomu, \u017ee kolegov\u00e9 \u010di nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00fd jeho chov\u00e1n\u00ed interpretuj\u00ed \u0161patn\u011b, nebo je\u0161t\u011b h\u016f\u0159, dan\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk bude tak dlouho d\u011blat n\u011bco proti sv\u00e9mu zdrav\u00ed, a\u017e danou pr\u00e1ci p\u0159estane zvl\u00e1dat \u00fapln\u011b. N\u011bkolik tis\u00edc firem tak z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159ehled o tom,jak si u student\u016f stoj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jak se chovat k posti\u017een\u00fdm v pr\u00e1ci ? Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je otev\u0159en\u00e1 komunikace. K pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9mu s posti\u017een\u00edm je pot\u0159eba p\u0159istupovat rovnocenn\u011b a okam\u017eit\u011b reagovat na v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 se l\u00edb\u00ed nebo nel\u00edb\u00ed. ? Kdy\u017e m\u00e1 handicapovan\u00fd individu\u00e1ln\u011b upravenou pracovn\u00ed dobu nebo n\u00e1pl\u0148 pr\u00e1ce, je pot\u0159eba to sd\u011blit cel\u00e9mu t\u00fdmu a vysv\u011btlit d\u016fvody, aby to ostatn\u00ed pochopili a p\u0159ijali. Uzav\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed dohod typu &#8222;v\u00edme to jenom my dva&#8220; vede k probl\u00e9m\u016fm. ? Po\u017e\u00e1dejte sv\u00e9ho pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho \u010di kolegu, aby ostatn\u00edm vysv\u011btlil, jak\u00fd vliv m\u00e1 jeho posti\u017een\u00ed na danou pozici. Kolegov\u00e9 si mus\u00ed zvyknout na odli\u0161nosti v komunikaci \u010di bezbari\u00e9rovost. ? V za\u0161kolovac\u00edm obdob\u00ed je dobr\u00e9 ustanovit &#8222;d\u016fv\u011brn\u00edka&#8220; \u2013 kolegu, se kter\u00fdm m\u016f\u017ee handicapovan\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec \u0159e\u0161it citliv\u00e9 v\u011bci. ? Na rovinu se domluvte s dan\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem, aby mu pomoc nebyla na obt\u00ed\u017e, ale aby mu ani nechyb\u011bla. Zuzana Grunov\u00e1 Je j\u00ed 24 let, m\u00e1 st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed a poch\u00e1z\u00ed z Pr\u00e1\u010d\u016f u Znojma. Kv\u016fli pr\u00e1ci na jihlavsk\u00e9 pobo\u010dce VZP se ale p\u0159est\u011bhovala do Ole\u0161n\u00e9 u Pelh\u0159imova. Grunov\u00e1 je siln\u011b slabozrak\u00e1, zrak se j\u00ed hor\u0161\u00ed od jej\u00edch p\u011bti let. Pracuje u informa\u010dn\u00edho pultu, kde klient\u016fm poji\u0161\u0165ovny rad\u00ed, kter\u00e9 tla\u010d\u00edtko zvolit, podle toho, co pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it. Do VZP se dostala na inzer\u00e1t, kter\u00fd nab\u00edzel pozici posti\u017een\u00e9mu uchaze\u010di. A\u017e na jednu drobnou v\u00fdjimku se nesetkala se \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdmi probl\u00e9my kv\u016fli sv\u00e9mu handicapu. U sv\u00e9ho pracovi\u0161t\u011b m\u00e1 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed cedulku s kr\u00e1tk\u00fdm sd\u011blen\u00edm, \u017ee pat\u0159\u00ed do programu Handicap.<\/p>\n<p>Tereza Moravov\u00e1 Dev\u011btadvacetilet\u00e1 vystudovan\u00e1 andrago\u017eka a speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedago\u017eka p\u0159i\u0161la do Komer\u010dn\u00ed banky, kter\u00e1 se tak stala jej\u00edm prvn\u00edm a zat\u00edm jedin\u00fdm zam\u011bstnavatelem. Do banky se dostala d\u00edky st\u00e1\u017ei pro handicapovan\u00e9 a m\u00edsto z\u00edskala na st\u00e1lo. Jej\u00edm \u00fakolem je \u010d\u00edst a t\u0159\u00eddit \u017eivotopisy uchaze\u010d\u016f o pr\u00e1ci. Rozd\u00edl mezi jej\u00edm a b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm pracovi\u0161t\u011bm je vid\u011bt hlavn\u011b na monitoru po\u010d\u00edta\u010de.
