Pokud v\u0161e p\u016fjde tak, jak m\u00e1, nov\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed ve 23 bytech bude sv\u00fdm nov\u00fdm n\u00e1jemn\u00edk\u016fm p\u0159edstaveno ve st\u0159edu 12. dubna. S ohledem na pr\u016fb\u011bh stavby se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edbram\u0161t\u00ed senio\u0159i by se mohli za\u010d\u00edt st\u011bhovat k prvn\u00edmu kv\u011btnu.<\/strong> <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Komunitn\u00ed d\u016fm senior\u016f (KoDuS) vzniknul p\u0159estavbou jednoho z pavilon\u016f b\u00fdval\u00e9 8. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly v \u017de\u017eick\u00e9 ulici. D\u00edky rekonstrukci tohoto objektu vzniklo celkem 23 nov\u00fdch n\u00e1jemn\u00edch byt\u016f. &#8222;Kapacita nov\u011b zrekonstruovan\u00e9ho domu je ji\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 napln\u011bna, v tuto chv\u00edli ov\u011b\u0159ujeme posledn\u00ed do\u0161l\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1dosti,&#8220; upozor\u0148uje m\u00edstostarostka m\u011bsta P\u0159\u00edbrami Alena \u017den\u00ed\u0161kov\u00e1 s t\u00edm, \u017ee dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jemci v\u0161ak mohou \u017e\u00e1dosti pod\u00e1vat d\u00e1le, budou za\u0159azeny do po\u0159adn\u00edku.<\/p>\n<p>Podpora tohoto typu bydlen\u00ed dotovan\u00e9ho Ministerstvem pro m\u00edstn\u00ed rozvoj \u010cR nen\u00ed zac\u00edlena pouze na b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 seniory, tedy osoby star\u0161\u00ed 65 let, ale je ur\u010dena pro seniory u\u017e od 60 let, u kter\u00fdch je pravd\u011bpodobnost jejich aktivity je\u0161t\u011b vysok\u00e1. &#8222;Komunitn\u00ed d\u016fm senior\u016f je jak\u00fdmsi mezi\u010dl\u00e1nkem mezi samostatn\u00fdm bydlen\u00edm a domovem s pe\u010dovatelskou slu\u017ebou. Lid\u00e9 ve v\u011bku okolo 65 let jsou je\u0161t\u011b sob\u011bsta\u010dn\u00ed a proto zachov\u00e1n\u00ed a prodlou\u017een\u00ed jejich samostatnosti a zejm\u00e9na nez\u00e1vislosti je velice d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9,&#8220; zd\u016fraz\u0148uje m\u00edstostarostka \u017den\u00ed\u0161kov\u00e1 s t\u00edm, \u017ee d\u016fraz je v t\u00e9to form\u011b bydlen\u00ed kladen na komunitn\u00ed zp\u016fsob \u017eivota obyvatel KoDuSu a na sousedskou v\u00fdpomoc. &#8222;Na\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00e1n\u00edm je to, aby zde na\u0161i senio\u0159i m\u011bli pocit bezpe\u010d\u00ed, soun\u00e1le\u017eitosti, aby nebyli opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a nez\u016fstali na nic sami,&#8220; doplnila.<\/p>\n<p>Jak KoDuS vypad\u00e1 dispozi\u010dn\u011b?<br \/>\nV prvn\u00edm a druh\u00e9m nadzemn\u00edm podla\u017e\u00ed jsou um\u00edst\u011bny bytov\u00e9 jednotky tvo\u0159en\u00e9 pokojem s kuchy\u0148sk\u00fdm koutem, p\u0159eds\u00edn\u00ed, hygienick\u00fdm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm a komorou. Vnit\u0159n\u00ed dispozice objektu je koncipov\u00e1na s ohledem na sn\u00ed\u017eenou schopnost mobility jeho obyvatel. V budov\u011b je proto tak\u00e9 osobn\u00ed v\u00fdtah a rovn\u011b\u017e prostory pro um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed invalidn\u00edch voz\u00edk\u016f s \u00fapravou pro dob\u00edjen\u00ed jejich elektrick\u00fdch bateri\u00ed. V prvn\u00edm nadzemn\u00edm podla\u017e\u00ed se tak\u00e9 nach\u00e1z\u00ed klubovna (s p\u0159\u00edru\u010dn\u00edm skladem), umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed spole\u010densk\u00fdch setk\u00e1n\u00ed obyvatel domu a r\u016fzn\u00fdch kulturn\u00edch \u010di v\u00fdukov\u00fdch program\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>V bezprost\u0159edn\u00ed bl\u00edzkosti domu bude vybudov\u00e1na pobytov\u00e1 zahrada s m\u011bstsk\u00fdm mobili\u00e1\u0159em a h\u0159i\u0161t\u011bm na p\u00e9tanque. Poloha budovy je v\u00fdhodn\u00e1 z hlediska doch\u00e1zkov\u00fdch vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed do obchod\u016f, nemocnice \u010di zast\u00e1vky MHD.<\/p>\n<p>Kdo m\u016f\u017ee bydlet v KoDuSu<br \/>\nN\u00e1jemcem bytu v KoDuSu se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t ob\u010dan ve v\u011bku 60 let a v\u00edce, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 v P\u0159\u00edbrami hl\u00e1\u0161eno trval\u00e9 bydli\u0161t\u011b v souhrnu d\u00e9le ne\u017e 20 let. Jeho m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem za posledn\u00edch 12 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f p\u0159ed uzav\u0159en\u00edm n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouvy nesm\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00fd\u0161it jednon\u00e1sobek pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed mzdy v n\u00e1rodn\u00edm hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed (podle metodiky Ministerstva pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed \u010cR). V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dvou\u010dlenn\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt v sou\u010dtu obou p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 1,2 n\u00e1sobek pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed mzdy.<\/p>\n<p>\u017dadatel nesm\u00ed m\u00edt dluhy v\u016f\u010di m\u011bstu. A podm\u00ednkou je tak\u00e9, aby v posledn\u00edch t\u0159ech letech nebydlel v bytu ve vlastnictv\u00ed m\u011bsta nebo jin\u00e9ho vlastn\u00edka, ze kter\u00e9ho by dostal v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f z d\u016fvodu neplacen\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho nebo hrub\u00e9ho poru\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouvy. Kone\u010dn\u011b posledn\u00edm krit\u00e9riem je, aby nov\u00fd n\u00e1jemce ani dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed v podporovan\u00e9m byt\u011b bydlet, nem\u011bli ke dni podpisu smlouvy ve vlastnictv\u00ed ani pod\u00edlov\u00e9m spoluvlastnictv\u00ed bytov\u00fd d\u016fm, rodinn\u00fd d\u016fm nebo byt nebo dru\u017estevn\u00ed pod\u00edl.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouva se uzav\u00edr\u00e1 na dva roky.
