Podobn\u00e9 to bylo i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u00fdpov\u011bd\u00ed &#8211; kv\u016fli stresu loni zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed opustilo o polovinu v\u00edce Ameri\u010dan\u016f ne\u017e p\u0159edloni.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&#8222;Lid\u00e9 si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee kdy\u017e zm\u011bn\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, tak se pocitu vyho\u0159en\u00ed zbav\u00ed,&#8220; \u0159ekla konzultantka Kim Davisov\u00e1 ze spole\u010dnosti NFP Corp, kter\u00e1 rad\u00ed firm\u00e1m jak zamezit probl\u00e9mu pocitu vyho\u0159en\u00ed u zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Kv\u016fli zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 popt\u00e1vce po whisky museli zam\u011bstnanci pal\u00edrny Clermont, Ky., Beam Suntory Inc. pracovat p\u0159es\u010das. N\u011bkdy m\u011bli t\u00fdden v kuse a\u017e dvan\u00e1ctihodinov\u00e9 sm\u011bny, \u0159ekla vedouc\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00edho odboru Janelle Muddov\u00e1. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci sp\u00ed ve sv\u00fdch autech, jin\u00ed se rozhodnou p\u0159est\u00e1vku mezi sm\u011bnami tr\u00e1vit doma, uvedla Muddov\u00e1.
