Na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch International Journal of Epidemiology je dokonce uvedeno, \u017ee optim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek ovoce a zeleniny na zdrav\u00ed m\u00e1 deset porc\u00ed, tedy 80 dekagram\u016f denn\u011b. &#8222;A jestli toho dok\u00e1\u017eete sn\u00edst je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe!&#8220; uv\u00e1d\u00ed se na internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch francouzsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1rodn\u00edho nutri\u010dn\u00edho programu. To u\u017e \u010dlov\u011bka dok\u00e1\u017ee odradit.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed t\u00fdm veden\u00fd norsk\u00fdmi v\u00fdzkumn\u00edky srovn\u00e1val 95 studi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 byly publikov\u00e1ny ve v\u011bdeck\u00fdch \u010dasopisech. C\u00edlem bylo osv\u011btlit vztah mezi konzumac\u00ed ovoce a zeleniny a nebezpe\u010d\u00edm vzniku kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch chorob, rakoviny a \u00famrtnosti, jako\u017e i zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky ovoce a zeleniny.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jde o d\u00e1vky s ochrann\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dinky, jsou v\u00fdsledky pon\u011bkud beznad\u011bjn\u00e9 pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed sotva sn\u011bd\u00ed on\u011bch p\u011bt doporu\u010dovan\u00fdch porc\u00ed. &#8222;U rakoviny bylo nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko onemocn\u011bn\u00ed pozorov\u00e1no u 60 dekagram\u016f ovoce a zeleniny denn\u011b, zat\u00edmco u kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch chorob a \u00famrtnosti to bylo 80 dekagram\u016f denn\u011b,&#8220; uvedli auto\u0159i srovn\u00e1vac\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Jestli\u017ee se spokoj\u00edte s p\u011bti porcemi denn\u011b, ani to nen\u00ed zbyte\u010dn\u00e9,&#8220; up\u0159esnili auto\u0159i, kter\u00e9 cituje francouzsk\u00fd den\u00edk Le Figaro. Ov\u0161em osoby konzumuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00edce t\u011bchto produkt\u016f maj\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148 lep\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed hygienu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Tyto po\u010dty nemaj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd smysl. P\u011bt porc\u00ed ovoce a zeleniny denn\u011b je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u011bkn\u00fd slogan. Deset kus\u016f ovoce a zeleniny denn\u011b je velmi t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 sn\u00edst a nemus\u00ed to b\u00fdt ten nejlep\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1pad z hlediska tr\u00e1ven\u00ed. Pozor tak\u00e9 na ovocn\u00e9 d\u017eusy, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed mnoho cukr\u016f a trochu uti\u0161uj\u00ed hlad. Syrov\u00e9 produkty se tak\u00e9 n\u011bkdy t\u011b\u017ece tr\u00e1v\u00ed. L\u00e9ka\u0159 se pravideln\u011b setk\u00e1v\u00e1 s pacienty, jejich\u017e \u017ealudek trp\u00ed p\u0159em\u00edrou syrov\u00e9 stravy.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Z historick\u00e9ho hlediska lid\u00e9 d\u0159\u00edve jedli v\u00edce va\u0159en\u00e9 stravy, nebo\u0165 ovoce a zelenina, kter\u00e9 m\u011bli k dispozici, byly dosti tvrd\u00e9. Tendence j\u00edst syrov\u00e9 potraviny se zrodila v minul\u00e9m stolet\u00ed, v souvislosti se z\u00e1jmem o vitaminy. Ty v\u0161ak teplo nemus\u00ed nutn\u011b ni\u010dit. Dva kusy ovoce denn\u011b sta\u010d\u00ed k tomu, aby se pokryla pot\u0159eba vitam\u00ednu C,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Chevallier.<\/p>\n<p>Stanovit optim\u00e1ln\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed ovoce a zeleniny, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba denn\u011b sn\u00edst, lze jen t\u011b\u017eko, proto\u017ee jejich kvalita je velmi rozd\u00edln\u00e1. &#8222;Nap\u0159\u00edklad hroznov\u00e9 v\u00edno a bor\u016fvky maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed antioxida\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek ne\u017e jablka,&#8220; uv\u00e1d\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159.<\/p>\n<p>Nor\u0161t\u00ed auto\u0159i tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edmi nep\u0159\u00e1teli kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch chorob jsou hru\u0161ky a jablka, d\u00e1le k\u0159\u00ed\u017eat\u00e1 zelenina, jako je zel\u00ed, brokolice, \u0159e\u0159icha \u010di kv\u011bt\u00e1k, listov\u00e1 zelenina (hl\u00e1vkov\u00fd sal\u00e1t, \u0161pen\u00e1t), raj\u010data a ovoce a zelenina bohat\u00e9 na betakaroten a vitamin C. Proti rakovin\u011b m\u00e1me j\u00edst nejl\u00e9pe k\u0159\u00ed\u017eatou, zelenou a \u017elutou zeleninu. Proti \u00famrt\u00ed na v\u0161echny choroby je t\u0159eba p\u0159idat k p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00e9mu seznamu je\u0161t\u011b bobuloviny, va\u0159enou zeleninu a brambory.
