Kontrolo\u0159i st\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9 Krajsk\u00e9 hygienick\u00e9 stanice zjistili nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 zna\u010den\u00ed alergen\u016f p\u0159i kontrol\u00e1ch v prvn\u00edch dvou m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch roku ve 14 procentech p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f. Ve \u010dty\u0159ech p\u0159\u00edpadech hygienici odhalili v prostor\u00e1ch stravovac\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed hlodavce. Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to ze zpr\u00e1vy o \u010dinnosti, kterou dnes Krajsk\u00e1 hygienick\u00e1 stanice zve\u0159ejnila.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Provozovatel\u00e9 mnohdy nezkoumaj\u00ed pe\u010dliv\u011b slo\u017een\u00ed surovin pro p\u0159\u00edpravu pokrm\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b obsahu alergen\u016f, a pot\u00e9 neuvedou u pokrmu v\u0161echny alergeny v n\u011bm obsa\u017een\u00e9,&#8220; \u0159ekla mluv\u010d\u00ed st\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9 Krajsk\u00e9 hygienick\u00e9 stanice Dana \u0160alamunov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Mezi nej\u010dast\u011bji zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 z\u00e1vady pat\u0159\u00ed nedostatky v pln\u011bn\u00ed obecn\u00fdch po\u017eadavk\u016f na potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 prostory, ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed polotovar\u016f a v provozn\u00ed hygien\u011b. Kontrolo\u0159i krajsk\u00e9 hygienick\u00e9 stanice uskute\u010dnili v lednu a \u00fanoru leto\u0161n\u00edho roku 304 kontrol stravovac\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Inspekto\u0159i ulo\u017eili 70 pokut, celkem za 328.000 korun. Nejv\u00edc kontrol inspekto\u0159i provedli v klasick\u00fdch kamenn\u00fdch restaurac\u00edch, druhou nej\u010dast\u011bji kontrolovanou skupinou byly z\u00e1vodn\u00ed j\u00eddelny. Nejm\u00e9n\u011b se kontrolo\u0159i zam\u011b\u0159ovali na st\u00e1nky.<\/p>\n<p>V jeden\u00e1cti p\u0159\u00edpadech na\u0159\u00eddili hygienici sanitaci provozovny, ve \u010dty\u0159ech na\u0159\u00eddili deratizaci, proto\u017ee na\u0161li hlodavce, \u0161estkr\u00e1t dokonce pozastavili dot\u010den\u00e9mu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010dinnost<\/p>\n<p>Jednou z provozoven, kter\u00e9 hygienici pozastavili \u010dinnost, byla pizzeria Na V\u00fdslun\u00ed v Brand\u00fdse nad Labem. Kontrola odhalila siln\u011b zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 povrchy pracovn\u00edch ploch, pracovn\u00edho n\u00e1\u010din\u00ed a podlah. D\u00e1le zjistila rizikov\u00fd technick\u00fd stav za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a nedostatky ve skladov\u00e1n\u00ed potravin. Hygienici tak\u00e9 zjistili, \u017ee prostory vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 pro provoz pizzerie nebyly k tomuto \u00fa\u010delu \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b zkolaudov\u00e1ny. Provozovatel podle kontrolor\u016f pochyben\u00ed uznal a je\u0161t\u011b v den kontroly provozovnu uzav\u0159el. Nyn\u00ed je restaurace znovu v provozu, a to na nov\u00e9 adrese.<\/p>\n<p>Za cel\u00fd lo\u0148sk\u00fd rok provedli st\u0159edo\u010de\u0161t\u00ed hygienici 2193 kontrol ve stravovac\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch.
