Podle l\u00e9ka\u0159ky Kate\u0159iny Sheardov\u00e9 j\u00f3ga pom\u00e1h\u00e1 lidem zbavit se stresu a \u00fazkosti, co\u017e jsou rizikov\u00e9 faktory demence.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Podle Sheardov\u00e9 m\u00e1 v \u010cR asi 330.000 senior\u016f nad 65 let, co\u017e je asi p\u011btina, m\u00edrnou kognitivn\u00ed poruchu, \u010dili poruchu pam\u011bti nebo pozn\u00e1vac\u00edch funkc\u00ed. Takov\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk m\u00e1 s pam\u011bt\u00ed, soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm a orientac\u00ed o n\u011bco v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee, ne\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 jeho v\u011bku, ale nespl\u0148uje krit\u00e9ria pro diagn\u00f3zu demence. &#8222;Dal\u0161\u00edch minim\u00e1ln\u011b 150.000 lid\u00ed trp\u00ed demenc\u00ed a velikost obou skupin neust\u00e1le roste,&#8220; uvedla Sheardov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Proto v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci hledaj\u00ed mo\u017enosti, jak odd\u00e1lit n\u00e1stup onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a zm\u00edrnit jejich pr\u016fb\u011bh. Jednou z metod je meditace. &#8222;Vybrali jsme 30 dobrovoln\u00edk\u016f z pacient\u016f \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edc\u00edch se na\u0161\u00ed studie o st\u00e1rnut\u00ed mozku. Absolvuj\u00ed osmit\u00fddenn\u00ed program, kter\u00fd vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 techniky v mnoh\u00e9m shodn\u00e9 s klasickou j\u00f3gou. Tr\u00e9nink vede zku\u0161en\u00fd instruktor,&#8220; uvedla Sheardov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 vede brn\u011bnskou \u010d\u00e1st studie o st\u00e1rnut\u00ed mozku.<\/p>\n<p>Podle n\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci tak\u00e9 t\u0159ikr\u00e1t absolvuj\u00ed podrobn\u00e9 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na kognitivn\u00ed funkce, stres, \u00fazkost a depresivitu a stav imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. &#8222;Poprv\u00e9 p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm medita\u010dn\u00edho programu, druh\u00e9 t\u00fdden po jeho skon\u010den\u00ed a posledn\u00ed p\u016fl roku po skon\u010den\u00ed,&#8220; doplnila. \u010cekaj\u00ed je pam\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9 testy, testy pozornosti, na \u00fazkost a depresivitu a vypln\u00ed dotazn\u00edk s ot\u00e1zkami odhaluj\u00edc\u00edmi kvalitu jejich \u017eivota.
