Pro firmy nebo organizace zam\u011bstn\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9 spoluob\u010dany bude transparentn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed. V sou\u010dasnosti plat\u00ed syst\u00e9m chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst, kter\u00fd se uk\u00e1zal jako nep\u0159ehledn\u00fd, neefektivn\u00ed a administrativn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd. Nahrad\u00ed ho takzvan\u00e9 uzn\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatele na chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9m trhu pr\u00e1ce. Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 budou jasn\u011b v\u011bd\u011bt, kde je hranice mezi voln\u00fdm a chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdm trhem pr\u00e1ce. Zm\u011bny nastanou i pro uchaze\u010de o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed v evidenci \u00da\u0159ad\u016f pr\u00e1ce.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n\u201eChceme, aby do syst\u00e9mu podpory chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9ho trhu pr\u00e1ce vstoupili jen takov\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed budou \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b prov\u011b\u0159eni a kte\u0159\u00ed nebudou zneu\u017e\u00edvat st\u00e1tem poskytovanou podporu,\u201c uvedla ministryn\u011b Michaela Marksov\u00e1. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1vrh z\u00e1kona po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 tak\u00e9 se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm kompenzac\u00ed pro firmy, kter\u00e9 zam\u011bstn\u00e1vaj\u00ed zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9 spoluob\u010dany. Zam\u011bstnavatel\u016fm, se kter\u00fdmi \u00da\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce \u010cR uzav\u0159e dohodu o uzn\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatele na chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9m trhu pr\u00e1ce, bude i nad\u00e1le vypl\u00e1cen p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na podporu zam\u011bstn\u00e1van\u00ed osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm, ale nov\u011b ji\u017e jako p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na podporu zam\u011bstn\u00e1van\u00ed osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm na chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9m trhu pr\u00e1ce. Zam\u011bstnavatel\u016fm bude moci \u00da\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce i nad\u00e1le poskytovat p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dnou \u00fahradu provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f, kter\u00fd ale ji\u017e nebude v\u00e1z\u00e1n na chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto, ale na n\u00e1klady vynalo\u017een\u00e9 v souvislosti se zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm osoby se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm. Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fvodem zm\u011bny z\u00e1kona je nedostatek relevantn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f o firm\u00e1ch zam\u011bstn\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch v\u00edce ne\u017e 50 procent osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Proto bude zam\u011bstnavatel uznan\u00fd na chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9m trhu pr\u00e1ce nov\u011b p\u0159edkl\u00e1dat \u00daP \u010cR pravidelnou ro\u010dn\u00ed zpr\u00e1vu o sv\u00e9 \u010dinnosti. Prostor pro takzvan\u00e9 p\u0159efakturovan\u00e9 zbo\u017e\u00ed omez\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed dosavadn\u00edho 36n\u00e1sobku pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy v n\u00e1rodn\u00edm hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed poskytovan\u00e9ho pln\u011bn\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatel\u016fm na 28n\u00e1sobek. <\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pravidla budou naopak platit pro nemocn\u00e9 nezam\u011bstnan\u00e9 v evidenci \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce \u010cR. Z\u00e1kon dosud ne\u0159e\u0161il situaci, kdy uchaze\u010d o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed nem\u016f\u017ee plnit svoje povinnosti (nap\u0159\u00edklad doch\u00e1zet na pobo\u010dku \u00daP, aktivn\u011b si hledat pr\u00e1ci apod.) z d\u016fvodu nemoci nebo \u00farazu. Nov\u011b bude muset p\u0159in\u00e9st potvrzen\u00ed o o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed nebo vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed ze zdravotnick\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, a to na z\u00e1vazn\u00e9m vzorov\u00e9m potvrzen\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed se t\u00fdk\u00e1 zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed kvality rekvalifika\u010dn\u00edch program\u016f s akreditac\u00ed M\u0160MT. V praxi se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee je nutn\u00e9 zajistit rychlej\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bnu aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch informac\u00ed o zm\u011bn\u00e1ch v \u017e\u00e1dosti o ud\u011blen\u00ed akreditac\u00ed.
