P\u0159itom rozpoznat stres v\u010das a nau\u010dit se s n\u00edm spr\u00e1vn\u011b zach\u00e1zet m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it pracovn\u00ed v\u00fdkony a zlep\u0161it osobn\u00ed vztahy.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n\u201eStres je obrann\u00e1 reakce organismu na intenzivn\u00ed psychick\u00fd nebo fyzick\u00fd podn\u011bt. Mus\u00edme ale rozli\u0161ovat mezi stresem negativn\u00edm, kter\u00fd si spojujeme s negativn\u00edmi emocemi, a stresem pozitivn\u00edm, jak\u00fd za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad sportovec p\u0159i sv\u00e9m v\u00fdkonu nebo mu\u017e na sch\u016fzce s d\u00edvkou,\u201c vysv\u011btlil psychoterapeut Alexandre Mikhailovski ze Spa Resortu Sanssouci v Karlov\u00fdch Varech.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00ed\u010diny stresu jsou r\u016fzn\u00e9. Li\u0161\u00ed se i projevy stresu, kter\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt psychick\u00e9 i fyzick\u00e9, od nespavosti a bolesti hlavy \u010di b\u0159icha a\u017e po poruchy n\u00e1lad a nadm\u011brn\u00e9 hubnut\u00ed, nebo naopak p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed na v\u00e1ze.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b jsou na lidi kladeny obrovsk\u00e9 n\u00e1roky, mus\u00ed v pr\u00e1ci pod\u00e1vat \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 v\u00fdkony a z\u00e1rove\u0148 t\u0159eba pro\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed probl\u00e9my v rodin\u011b nebo \u0159e\u0161\u00ed existen\u010dn\u00ed ot\u00e1zky. Velmi snadno n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee chronick\u00fd stres dov\u00e9st a\u017e k syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed. Jednou z povinnost\u00ed mana\u017eer\u016f je tak zajistit zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vede ke spokojenosti zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a je jednou z prevenc\u00ed psychick\u00e9ho vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed,\u201c \u0159ekla Jind\u0159i\u0161ka Klimmov\u00e1, mana\u017eerka zdravotnick\u00e9ho \u00faseku hotelu Imperial v Karlov\u00fdch Varech. Kontrola pracovn\u00edch e-mail\u016f p\u0159ed span\u00edm a ihned po probuzen\u00ed ale znamen\u00e1, \u017ee lid\u00e9 z pr\u00e1ce vlastn\u011b nikdy neodejdou. Je proto dobr\u00e9 stanovit pevn\u00e9 hranice, pe\u010dliv\u011b odd\u011blovat pracovn\u00ed \u017eivot od soukrom\u00e9ho a pravideln\u011b odpo\u010d\u00edvat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eZp\u016fsob relaxace je u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho individu\u00e1ln\u00ed. N\u011bkdo se odreaguje u adrenalinov\u00e9ho sportu a n\u011bkdo p\u0159i proch\u00e1zk\u00e1ch v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b. Je nutn\u00e9 to vyzkou\u0161et a naj\u00edt vlastn\u00ed cestu. Stejn\u011b jako po velk\u00e9m sportovn\u00edm v\u00fdkonu je ale i p\u0159i vystavov\u00e1n\u00ed se z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00fdm situac\u00edm nutn\u00e9 um\u011bt si odpo\u010dinout a nechat t\u011blu \u010das na regeneraci. Podle odborn\u00edk\u016f tak\u00e9 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 um\u011bt dob\u0159e odhadnout s\u00e1m sebe a nem\u00edt na sebe nesplniteln\u00e9 n\u00e1roky.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eStresu se ned\u00e1 p\u0159edch\u00e1zet, to je, jako byste cht\u011bli porou\u010det de\u0161ti nebo v\u011btru. Nikdo nev\u00ed, s \u010d\u00edm se bude muset v \u017eivot\u011b vyrovnat. Ale rozhodn\u011b jde zm\u00edrnit n\u00e1sledky negativn\u00edho stresu. Je nap\u0159\u00edklad dobr\u00e9 m\u00edt p\u0159i z\u00e1sadn\u00edch rozhodnut\u00edch alternativn\u00ed pl\u00e1n, stanovit si racion\u00e1ln\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed c\u00edle, uv\u011bdomovat si sv\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed mo\u017enosti a m\u00edt v sob\u011b i ur\u010dit\u00fd druh pokory,\u201c objasnil Alexandre Mikhailovski.
