Existuj\u00ed ale nepochybn\u011b i zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed potraviny, kter\u00e9 p\u0159i nadm\u011brn\u00e9 konzumaci mohou na\u0161emu t\u011blu zp\u016fsobit zdravotn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee. Jsou to potraviny, u kter\u00fdch bychom to ne\u010dekali, nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy zeleniny a ryby, v\u0161echny produkty, kter\u00e9 jsou vyzdvihov\u00e1ny pro sv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky a kter\u00e9 by na na\u0161em stole nikdy nem\u011bly chyb\u011bt. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech ale i tyto potraviny mohou ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed \u0161kodit.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&#8222;\u0160pen\u00e1t, ale tak\u00e9 \u0159epa \u010di rebarbora obsahuj\u00ed \u0161\u0165avelany, kter\u00e9 ve spojen\u00ed s v\u00e1pn\u00edkem mohou v\u00e9st k vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed ledvinov\u00fdch kam\u00ednk\u016f,&#8220; upozor\u0148uje dieteti\u010dka z nemocnice Humanitas v Mil\u00e1n\u011b doktorka Manuela Pastoreov\u00e1. &#8222;V z\u00e1padn\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b je valn\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina ledvinov\u00fdch kam\u00ednk\u016f nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch rozm\u011br\u016f tvo\u0159ena pr\u00e1v\u011b \u0161\u0165avelanem v\u00e1penat\u00fdm,&#8220; citoval ji italsk\u00fd den\u00edk <strong>Corriere della Sera.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b t\u011bchto potravin obsahuj\u00ed \u0161\u0165avelany tak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed potraviny: kiwi a \u010derven\u00e9 ovoce. Proto je v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b tendence k onemocn\u011bn\u00ed kam\u00ednky l\u00e9pe nep\u0159eh\u00e1n\u011bt to s t\u011bmito druhy zeleniny a ovoce a d\u00e1vat p\u0159ednost jin\u00fdm.Dejte v\u0161ak pozor, abyste nepou\u017e\u00edvali toto varov\u00e1n\u00ed jako v\u00fdmluvu: pestr\u00e1 a vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 strava nen\u00ed zdrav\u00e1, jestli\u017ee nezahrnuje konzumaci sezonn\u00ed zeleniny jako je t\u0159eba \u0161pen\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>Ryby a mo\u0159sk\u00e9 plody zase mohou obsahovat methylrtu\u0165, organickou slou\u010deninu p\u0159irozen\u011b p\u0159\u00edtomnou v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Druhy, kter\u00e9 ji obsahuj\u00ed ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed, jsou velc\u00ed pred\u00e1to\u0159i:<br \/>\nme\u010doun, \u017eralok, \u0161tika, ale i tu\u0148\u00e1k. Italsk\u00e9 ministerstvo zdravotnictv\u00ed upozor\u0148uje d\u011bti a t\u011bhotn\u00e9 \u017eeny, aby nejedly v\u00edce ne\u017e 100 gram\u016f t\u011bchto ryb t\u00fddn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b pitn\u00e9 vody jsou kontaminaci arzenem vystaveny obilniny a zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b r\u00fd\u017ee. Evropsk\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad pro bezpe\u010dnost potravin (EFSA) p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1, \u017ee trval\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsun anorganick\u00e9ho arzenu je spojov\u00e1n s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zdravotn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my, jako jsou kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed nemoci a n\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy rakoviny. Organizace OSN pro v\u00fd\u017eivu a zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed (FAO) se touto ot\u00e1zkou rovn\u011b\u017e zab\u00fdvala, zejm\u00e9na pokud jde o asijsk\u00e9 zem\u011b, a Evropsk\u00e1 komise stanovila maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed arzenu v produktech z r\u00fd\u017ee. Ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 studie zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e1 na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch \u010dasopisu Jama Pediatrics uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee v mo\u010di d\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 konzumuj\u00ed produkty na b\u00e1zi r\u00fd\u017ee, je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed koncentrace arzenu ne\u017e u t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 takov\u00e9 produkty nejed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Ani se su\u0161en\u00fdm ovocem nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 to p\u0159eh\u00e1n\u011bt. D\u016fvodem je zejm\u00e9na ohled na \u0161t\u00edhlou linii: mandle a vla\u0161sk\u00e9 a dal\u0161\u00ed o\u0159echy jsou vysoce kalorick\u00e9. Nap\u0159\u00edklad mandle maj\u00ed ve 100 gramech 603 kalori\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kdo je citliv\u00fd na hromad\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu v b\u0159i\u0161e, by si m\u011bl d\u00e1vat pozor, co si d\u00e1v\u00e1 na tal\u00ed\u0159, i kdy\u017e j\u00ed zdrav\u011b. Jsou to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm lu\u0161t\u011bniny a v\u0161e, co obsahuje vl\u00e1kninu. I takov\u00e1 superpotravina jako je avok\u00e1do, jestli\u017ee ho sn\u00edme p\u0159\u00edli\u0161, m\u016f\u017ee v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech vyvolat st\u0159evn\u00ed plynatost nebo pr\u016fjem.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160kodit m\u016f\u017ee i p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho vody. Pot\u0159eba vody nezbytn\u00e9 k udr\u017een\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 hydratace organismu se li\u0161\u00ed podle pohlav\u00ed: dva litry pro \u017eeny a dva a p\u016fl litru pro mu\u017ee. P\u0159esn\u011bji se spr\u00e1vn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edd\u011bl vody m\u016f\u017ee vypo\u010d\u00edtat z kilogram\u016f v\u00e1hy zn\u00e1soben\u00fdch 30 (mililitry). P\u0159\u00edd\u011bl tekutiny m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zaji\u0161t\u011bn vodou, ale tak\u00e9 \u010dajem a neslazen\u00fdmi n\u00e1poji.<\/p>\n<p>Pit\u00ed nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed vody m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zdrav\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00e9 a rozhodn\u011b nep\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00e1hy. Jemn\u00e1 rovnov\u00e1ha miner\u00e1l\u016f v organismu se tak naru\u0161\u00ed a sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se koncentrace miner\u00e1ln\u00edch sol\u00ed.
