KoDuS) ve st\u0159edu 12. dubna 2017 p\u0159evzali symbolick\u00e9 kl\u00ed\u010de ke sv\u00fdm nov\u00fdm domov\u016fm. V dom\u011b je dvacet t\u0159i byt\u016f, do kter\u00fdch se senior\u0161t\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00edci za\u010dnou st\u011bhovat po podpisu smlouvy od 1. kv\u011btna.<\/strong> <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Slavnostn\u00edho otev\u0159en\u00ed KoDuSu se krom\u011b veden\u00ed m\u011bsta P\u0159\u00edbrami v \u010dele se starostou Jind\u0159ichem Va\u0159ekou z\u00fa\u010dastnil i vicepremi\u00e9r vl\u00e1dy \u010cR Andrej Babi\u0161, \u0159editel odboru politiky bydlen\u00ed Ministerstva pro m\u00edstn\u00ed rozvoj \u010cR Ji\u0159\u00ed Kl\u00edma, radn\u00ed pro oblast soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed Krajsk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje Jaroslava N\u011bmcov\u00e1 a dal\u0161\u00ed vz\u00e1cn\u00ed host\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Symbolick\u00e9 kl\u00ed\u010de si n\u00e1jemn\u00edci p\u0159evzali z rukou d\u011bt\u00ed z nedalek\u00e9 Mate\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0161koly Jana Drdy. Komunitn\u00ed d\u016fm senior\u016f byl v tento slavnostn\u00ed den otev\u0159en nejen pro nov\u00e9 obyvatele domu, ale i pro \u0161irokou ve\u0159ejnost, kter\u00e1 si mohla od 12 do 14 hodin nov\u00e9 prostory prohl\u00e9dnout.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Jsem velice r\u00e1da, \u017ee se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo tento nov\u00fd a netradi\u010dn\u00ed typ bydlen\u00ed zrealizovat. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby na\u0161i senio\u0159i, pokud to alespo\u0148 trochu lze, tr\u00e1vili sv\u016fj \u017eivot aktivn\u011b, spole\u010densky a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm, aby nez\u016fst\u00e1vali osamoceni. A to jim tento typ bydlen\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uje,&#8220; uvedla m\u00edstostarostka m\u011bsta P\u0159\u00edbrami Alena \u017den\u00ed\u0161kov\u00e1 s d\u016frazem na to, \u017ee vz\u00e1jemn\u00e1 sousedsk\u00e1 v\u00fdpomoc, mil\u00e9 slovo, posezen\u00ed s p\u0159\u00e1teli, popov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed u spole\u010dn\u00e9 k\u00e1vy je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b velice d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. &#8222;P\u0159eji nov\u00fdm n\u00e1jemn\u00edk\u016fm jen \u00fasm\u011bvy ve tv\u00e1\u0159\u00edch a klidn\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed,&#8220; doplnila.<\/p>\n<p>Co je a co nen\u00ed KoDuS?<\/p>\n<p>Komunitn\u00ed d\u016fm senior\u016f nen\u00ed Domovem senior\u016f v tom smyslu, jak je obecn\u011b zn\u00e1mo. KoDuS je jak\u00fdmsi mezi\u010dl\u00e1nkem mezi samostatn\u00fdm bydlen\u00edm a domovem s pe\u010dovatelskou slu\u017ebou. Podpora tohoto typu bydlen\u00ed dotovan\u00e9ho Ministerstvem pro m\u00edstn\u00ed rozvoj \u010cR toti\u017e nen\u00ed c\u00edlena pouze na b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 seniory, tedy osoby star\u0161\u00ed 65 let, ale je ur\u010dena pro seniory u\u017e od 60 let, u kter\u00fdch je pravd\u011bpodobnost jejich aktivity je\u0161t\u011b vysok\u00e1. &#8222;Lid\u00e9 v tomto v\u011bku jsou st\u00e1le sob\u011bsta\u010dn\u00ed, a proto zachov\u00e1n\u00ed a prodlou\u017een\u00ed jejich samostatnosti a zejm\u00e9na nez\u00e1vislosti je velice d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9,&#8220; zd\u016fraznila Alena \u017den\u00ed\u0161kov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1jem o tento typ bydlen\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>P\u016fvodn\u011b o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd z\u00e1jem nep\u0159ev\u00fd\u0161il mo\u017enou nab\u00eddku byt\u016f, proto bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 uspokojit sou\u010dasnou popt\u00e1vku t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ech \u017eadatel\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed splnili stanoven\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed odbor M\u011bstsk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu P\u0159\u00edbram p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dosti i nad\u00e1le, do po\u0159adn\u00edku.<\/p>\n<p>Jak KoDuS vypad\u00e1 dispozi\u010dn\u011b?<\/p>\n<p>V prvn\u00edm a druh\u00e9m nadzemn\u00edm podla\u017e\u00ed jsou um\u00edst\u011bny bytov\u00e9 jednotky tvo\u0159en\u00e9 pokojem s kuchy\u0148sk\u00fdm koutem, p\u0159eds\u00edn\u00ed, hygienick\u00fdm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm a komorou. Vnit\u0159n\u00ed dispozice objektu je koncipov\u00e1na s ohledem na sn\u00ed\u017eenou schopnost mobility jeho obyvatel. V budov\u011b je proto tak\u00e9 osobn\u00ed v\u00fdtah a rovn\u011b\u017e prostory pro um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed invalidn\u00edch voz\u00edk\u016f s \u00fapravou pro dob\u00edjen\u00ed jejich elektrick\u00fdch bateri\u00ed. V prvn\u00edm nadzemn\u00edm podla\u017e\u00ed se nach\u00e1z\u00ed spole\u010densk\u00e1 m\u00edstnost s p\u0159\u00edru\u010dn\u00edm skladem umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed senior\u016fm spole\u010dn\u00e1 posezen\u00ed a to jak se spolubydl\u00edc\u00edmi, tak s jejich rodinami. V bezprost\u0159edn\u00ed bl\u00edzkosti domu je pobytov\u00e1 zahrada s m\u011bstsk\u00fdm mobili\u00e1\u0159em a h\u0159i\u0161t\u011bm na p\u00e9tanque. Poloha budovy je v\u00fdhodn\u00e1 z hlediska doch\u00e1zkov\u00fdch vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed do obchod\u016f, nemocnice \u010di zast\u00e1vky MHD.<\/p>\n<p>Kdo m\u016f\u017ee bydlet v KoDuSu<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1jemcem bytu v KoDuSu se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t ob\u010dan ve v\u011bku 60 let a v\u00edce, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 v P\u0159\u00edbrami hl\u00e1\u0161eno trval\u00e9 bydli\u0161t\u011b v souhrnu d\u00e9le ne\u017e 20 let. Jeho m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem za posledn\u00edch 12 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f p\u0159ed uzav\u0159en\u00edm n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouvy nesm\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00fd\u0161it jednon\u00e1sobek pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed mzdy v n\u00e1rodn\u00edm hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed (podle metodiky Ministerstva pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed \u010cR). V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dvou\u010dlenn\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt v sou\u010dtu obou p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 1,2 n\u00e1sobek pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed mzdy. \u017dadatel nesm\u00ed m\u00edt dluhy v\u016f\u010di m\u011bstu. A podm\u00ednkou je tak\u00e9, aby v posledn\u00edch t\u0159ech letech nebydlel v bytu ve vlastnictv\u00ed m\u011bsta nebo jin\u00e9ho vlastn\u00edka, ze kter\u00e9ho by dostal v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f z d\u016fvodu neplacen\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho nebo hrub\u00e9ho poru\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouvy. Kone\u010dn\u011b posledn\u00edm krit\u00e9riem je, aby nov\u00fd n\u00e1jemce ani dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed v podporovan\u00e9m byt\u011b bydlet, nem\u011bli ke dni podpisu smlouvy ve vlastnictv\u00ed ani pod\u00edlov\u00e9m spoluvlastnictv\u00ed bytov\u00fd d\u016fm, rodinn\u00fd d\u016fm nebo byt nebo dru\u017estevn\u00ed pod\u00edl. N\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouva se uzav\u00edr\u00e1 na dva roky.
