Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 d\u00e9lka \u017eivota je tu del\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e prakticky kdekoli jinde na sv\u011bt\u011b. Pro\u010d je tedy japonsk\u00e1 strava tak zdrav\u00e1, a co vlastn\u011b Japonci jed\u00ed, pt\u00e1 se server BBC.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tradi\u010dn\u00ed japonsk\u00e1 strava je p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b \u010derstv\u00e1 a nekonzervovan\u00e1. Obsahuje jen velmi m\u00e1lo rafinovan\u00fdch potravin nebo cukr\u016f. Ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 studie, kterou publikoval odborn\u00fd \u010dasopis British Medical Journal, zjistila, \u017ee ti, kdo se dr\u017e\u00ed co nejbl\u00ed\u017ee japonsk\u00fdch stravovac\u00edch z\u00e1sad &#8211; tedy stravy s vysok\u00fdm obsahem obilnin a zeleniny, s p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch produkt\u016f a s\u00f3ji, a minim\u00e1ln\u00edho mno\u017estv\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f a ovoce &#8211; maj\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 riziko p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9ho \u00famrt\u00ed, srde\u010dn\u00edch chorob a infarktu.<\/p>\n<p>V japonsk\u00e9 strav\u011b jsou tradi\u010dn\u011b dostate\u010dn\u011b zastoupeny ryby a s\u00f3ja, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee hr\u00e1t podstatnou roli p\u0159i sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch chorob.
