Cvi\u010den\u00ed se z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed zase zlep\u0161uje pam\u011b\u0165. Ale na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b p\u0159ed v\u0161emi podobami cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 d\u011blaj\u00ed dob\u0159e mozku osob\u00e1m po pades\u00e1tce, stoj\u00ed tchaj-\u0165i, p\u00ed\u0161e italsk\u00fd den\u00edk La Repubblica.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Koordinace pohyb\u016f, jejich p\u0159esnost a relativn\u00ed jednoduchost p\u0159ibli\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed se bojov\u00fdm um\u011bn\u00edm \u010din\u00ed z t\u00e9to discipl\u00edny elix\u00edr dlouhov\u011bkosti pro neurony. Ka\u017ed\u00fd sport v ka\u017ed\u00e9m v\u011bku d\u011bl\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bku dob\u0159e. V\u011bdci z Canberrsk\u00e9 univerzity se pokusili vyhodnotit r\u016fzn\u00e9 discipl\u00edny a jejich p\u0159\u00ednos pro osoby star\u0161\u00ed pades\u00e1ti let. V tomto kritick\u00e9m v\u011bku cvi\u010den\u00ed pom\u00e1h\u00e1 sni\u017eovat riziko demence a dal\u0161\u00edch neurodegenerativn\u00edch chorob. Ale tak\u00e9, ani\u017e bychom p\u0159\u00edmo uva\u017eovali o Alzheimerovi, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 t\u011b\u0161it se z pozitivn\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f sportu na n\u00e1ladu a r\u016fst nov\u00fdch neuron\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci ve sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci analyzovali studie t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se \u00fa\u010dink\u016f cvi\u010den\u00ed a sportu. Sportovn\u00ed discipl\u00edny rozd\u011blili na dv\u011b velk\u00e9 rodiny: aerobick\u00e9 a silov\u00e9. K prvn\u00ed skupin\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed b\u011bh a rychl\u00e1 ch\u016fze, plav\u00e1n\u00ed, j\u00edzda na kole a v\u0161echny aktivity, kter\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt vykon\u00e1v\u00e1ny dlouhodob\u011b. K silov\u00fdm sport\u016fm p\u0159i\u0159adili ty, kter\u00e9 posiluj\u00ed svaly p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm s pou\u017eit\u00edm z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Aerobick\u00e9 aktivity jsou u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na pro kognitivn\u00ed funkce mozku,&#8220; uvedli v\u011bdci. Zlep\u0161uj\u00ed schopnost uva\u017eovat, ch\u00e1pat, u\u010dit se, vid\u011bt spojitosti a vyu\u017e\u00edvat vlastn\u00ed kreativitu. Stejn\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek maj\u00ed j\u00f3ga a tchaj-\u0165i, kter\u00e9 je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 n\u011bkam za\u0159adit. Tchaj-\u0165i je nekonven\u010dn\u00ed sport, kter\u00fd je zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b vhodn\u00fd pro osoby, kter\u00e9 u\u017e nejsou tak fyzicky zdatn\u00e9, zd\u016fraznili v\u011bdci.<\/p>\n<p>Abychom \u00fa\u010dinky cvi\u010den\u00ed poc\u00edtili tak\u00e9 v mozku, je t\u0159eba p\u0159ekro\u010dit pr\u00e1h 45 a\u017e 60 minut alespo\u0148 m\u00edrn\u00e9 aktivity. Pokud jde o to, jak \u010dasto cvi\u010dit, zn\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f: co nej\u010dast\u011bji. I jeden jedin\u00fd den v t\u00fddnu v\u011bnovan\u00fd cvi\u010den\u00ed je v\u0161ak lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e tr\u00e1ven\u00ed voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu na pohovce.. Cvi\u010den\u00ed p\u016fsob\u00ed na mozek tak, \u017ee podporuje d\u011blen\u00ed neuron\u016f p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v hipokampu, oblasti spojen\u00e9 s pam\u011bt\u00ed a u\u010den\u00edm, a zvy\u0161uje schopnost vytv\u00e1\u0159et st\u00e1le nov\u00e9 spoje. P\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke vzniku nov\u00fdch c\u00e9v a tak zlep\u0161uje p\u0159\u00edsun v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek do mozkov\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00ed, a omezuje z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 procesy.<\/p>\n<p>Spojitost\u00ed mezi pozitivn\u00edmi \u00fa\u010dinky sportu na svaly a mozek se zab\u00fdvala i americk\u00e1 studie. V\u011bdci, kter\u00e9 financoval N\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u00fastav zdrav\u00ed, zjistili, \u017ee jeden enzym, katepsin B, kter\u00fd produkuj\u00ed svaly po n\u00e1maze, dok\u00e1\u017ee podporovat tvorbu nov\u00fdch neuron\u016f. Loni v lednu skupina finsk\u00fdch v\u011bdc\u016f publikovala na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch Journal of Physiology studii, p\u0159i n\u00ed\u017e m\u011b\u0159ila \u00fa\u010dinek r\u016fzn\u00fdch sport\u016f na neurony v hipokampu. Tento jev byl zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u00fd u aerobick\u00fdch sport\u016f, teprve pak u silov\u00fdch cvi\u010den\u00ed. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek na mozek v\u0161ak nem\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed s vysokou intenzitou, kter\u00e9 trv\u00e1 jen kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>B\u011bh\u00e1n\u00ed v parku pom\u00e1h\u00e1 ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed mozkov\u00fdch funkc\u00ed.
