Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je poradit se s v\u00fdb\u011brem kr\u00e9mu se sv\u00fdm l\u00e9k\u00e1rn\u00edkem, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m zaru\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee bude kvalitn\u00ed, vhodn\u00fd pro v\u00e1\u0161 typ pleti a porad\u00ed, kdy a jak jej na k\u016f\u017ei aplikovat. Sn\u00ed\u017e\u00edte tak riziko vzniku sp\u00e1lenin a va\u0161e op\u00e1len\u00ed bude nejen zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale vydr\u017e\u00ed v\u00e1m prokazateln\u011b d\u00e9le. Pobyt na slunci omezte zejm\u00e9na mezi 11. a 15. hodinou, kdy je slune\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tip \u010d. 6: Ned\u016fv\u011b\u0159ujte reklam\u00e1m na p\u0159\u00edpravky, kter\u00e9 slibuj\u00ed zes\u00edlen\u00ed op\u00e1len\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>Nic, co si nama\u017eete na poko\u017eku, nem\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit produkci melaninu, kter\u00e1 je vlastn\u011b obrannou reakc\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee na slun\u011bn\u00ed.
