J\u00e1 zase m\u00e1m pot\u0159ebu mluvit o sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci v nemocnici &#8211; jsem zdravotn\u00ed sestra,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Sandrine. Pak se k t\u00e9matu pr\u00e1ce u\u017e nevracej\u00ed, ale mluv\u00ed o p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed dovolen\u00e9, o d\u011btech.<\/p>\n<p>Konflikty rovn\u011b\u017e vych\u00e1zej\u00ed z nevyv\u00e1\u017eenosti. Jestli\u017ee jeden z rodi\u010d\u016f nepracuje nebo pracuje jen na \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fd \u00favazek, je nutn\u00e9 respektovat pr\u00e1ci obou rodi\u010d\u016f, tedy i toho, kter\u00fd se star\u00e1 o d\u011bti.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ci o v\u00edkendech je t\u0159eba zak\u00e1zat. V dob\u011b chytr\u00fdch telefon\u016f a laptop\u016f to nen\u00ed snadn\u00e9. Znamen\u00e1 to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ned\u00edvat se na po\u0161tu t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. Zd\u00e1 se sice, \u017ee to nezabere p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u010dasu, ale hroz\u00ed, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk zab\u0159edne do pr\u00e1ce a rodinn\u00fd \u017eivot z\u016fstane stranou.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte, jej\u00ed\u017e man\u017eel je workoholik, se vzdala p\u0159edstavy, \u017ee bude \u017e\u00edt s n\u011bk\u00fdm, komu sta\u010d\u00ed 35 hodin pr\u00e1ce t\u00fddn\u011b. S man\u017eelem si v\u0161ak vy\u010dlenili jeden ve\u010der v t\u00fddnu, kter\u00fd pat\u0159\u00ed jen jim.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 pt\u00e1t se na d\u016fvody pracovn\u00edho p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, kter\u00e9 trv\u00e1 dlouho. &#8222;N\u011bkdy ten, kdo pracuje st\u00e1le p\u0159es\u010das a tr\u00e1v\u00ed v\u00edkendy u po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, to d\u011bl\u00e1 proto, aby p\u0159ed n\u011b\u010d\u00edm utekl.
