Experti zjistili, \u017ee na jejich povrchu jsou specifick\u00e9 receptory pro aminokyseliny, kter\u00e9 jsou jak\u00fdmisi stavebn\u00edmi prvky na b\u00e1zi protein\u016f. Jde o tyt\u00e9\u017e receptory, jak\u00e9 jsou na jazyku, na chu\u0165ov\u00fdch poh\u00e1rc\u00edch, kde umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed c\u00edtit chu\u0165 umami typickou pro glutam\u00e1t, kter\u00e1 je pr\u00e1v\u011b charakteristickou chut\u00ed spojovanou s aminokyselinami. Dale a jeho t\u00fdm zkoumali tanycyty a objevili, \u017ee jakmile tyto bu\u0148ky poc\u00edt\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnost aminokyselin, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b argininu a lysinu, aktivuj\u00ed se a p\u0159ed\u00e1vaj\u00ed mozku pocit sytosti.<\/p>\n<p>Auto\u0159i v\u00fdzkumu publikovan\u00e9ho na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch \u010dasopisu Molecular Metabolism soud\u00ed, \u017ee v budoucnu by mohly b\u00fdt dietn\u00ed re\u017eimy sestavov\u00e1ny na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u011bchto poznatk\u016f. Znamenalo by to d\u00e1vat p\u0159ednost potravin\u00e1m bohat\u00fdm na arginin a lysin, jako jsou vep\u0159ov\u00e9 plecko, hov\u011bz\u00ed, makrely, ku\u0159ata, \u0161vestky, meru\u0148ky, \u010do\u010dka a mandle. Jednou m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nalezen zp\u016fsob, uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed v\u011bdci, jak zven\u010d\u00ed aktivovat receptory sytosti p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 na tanycytech, a zamezit tak pocitu hladu p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm p\u016fsoben\u00edm na tyto bu\u0148ky.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Studie je velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 z hlediska v\u00fdzkumu mechanism\u016f, kter\u00e9 reguluj\u00ed pocit sytosti,&#8220; konstatuje Andrea Ghiselli z italsk\u00e9 Rady pro v\u00fdzkum v zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed a anal\u00fdzu agr\u00e1rn\u00ed ekonomie v \u0158\u00edm\u011b. &#8222;Zat\u00edm v\u0161ak neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd praktick\u00fd v\u00fdsledek, kter\u00fd by bylo mo\u017eno bezprost\u0159edn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edt. Zd\u016fraz\u0148uji, \u017ee potraviny bohat\u00e9 na arginin, lysin a alanin (dal\u0161\u00ed aminokyselina citovan\u00e1 ve studii) jsou z\u00e1rove\u0148 potravinami, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed proteiny. Aminokyseliny jsou toti\u017e z\u00e1kladn\u00ed l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 utv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed proteiny. Arginin, lysin a alanin jsou t\u0159i aminokyseliny dob\u0159e zastoupen\u00e9 ve strav\u011b z\u00e1padn\u00edch zem\u00ed: ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s zkonzumuje denn\u011b zhruba 90 gram\u016f protein\u016f,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Andrea Ghiselli.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Tyto a dal\u0161\u00ed aminokyseliny, kter\u00e9 z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1me s j\u00eddlem, vstupuj\u00ed do krve, kde pln\u00ed sv\u00e9 funkce. To v\u0161ak neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159ijmeme v\u00edce argininu a lysinu, zv\u00fd\u0161\u00edme okam\u017eit\u011b pocit sytosti. Podle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru je tato studie velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b pro lep\u0161\u00ed pozn\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto mechanismu,&#8220; uv\u00e1d\u00ed Andrea Ghiselli.<\/p>\n<p>Jak\u00e1 j\u00eddla tedy poskytuj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pocit sytosti? &#8222;Jsou to ta, kter\u00e1 maj\u00ed vysok\u00fd obsah protein\u016f, a to jak \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch, tak rostlinn\u00fdch. Na pocit sytosti p\u016fsob\u00ed dva prvky: \u010das mezi j\u00eddly, kter\u00fd z\u00e1vis\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na tom, kolik jsme zkonzumovali tuku, a mechanismus, kter\u00fd zp\u016fsobuje, \u017ee konzumaci ukon\u010d\u00edme. V tomto sm\u011bru hraj\u00ed velkou roli proteiny.
