Jak\u00e9 to jsou a t\u00fdkaj\u00ed se zdravotn\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed? <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>ODPOV\u011a\u010e: <\/p>\n<p>Zm\u011bna se t\u00fdk\u00e1 jen dohod o proveden\u00ed pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed uzav\u0159en\u00e9 osoby za\u0159azen\u00e9 do evidence \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce jako uchaze\u010di o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. Dosud platilo, \u017ee si nezam\u011bstnan\u00fd veden\u00fd v evidenci \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce mohl p\u0159ivyd\u011bl\u00e1vat v r\u00e1mci tzv. nekoliduj\u00edc\u00edch zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, a to na pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br, dohodu o proveden\u00ed pr\u00e1ce (DPP) anebo na dohodu o pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti (DP\u010c). V\u00fdd\u011blek p\u0159itom nesm\u011bl p\u0159es\u00e1hnout polovinu minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy, tedy v roce 2017 \u010d\u00e1stku 5 500 K\u010d (od 1. 1. 2018 to bude 6 100 K\u010d).  <\/p>\n<p>Od 29. \u010dervence 2017 si ji\u017e (podle novely z\u00e1kona \u010d. 435\/2004 Sb., o zam\u011bstnanosti) p\u0159i evidenci na \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce nelze p\u0159ivyd\u011bl\u00e1vat formou dohody o proveden\u00ed pr\u00e1ce, a to bez ohledu na v\u00fd\u0161i v\u00fdd\u011blku. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 DPP tedy br\u00e1n\u00ed evidenci na \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u00edm spojen\u00fdch v\u00fdhod. Ohledn\u011b zdravotn\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee za takov\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka by neplatil pojistn\u00e9 st\u00e1t \u2013 musel by se zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovn\u011b p\u0159ihl\u00e1sit jako osoba bez zdaniteln\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f a s\u00e1m si hradit pojistn\u00e9 v z\u00e1konem stanoven\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i. <\/p>\n<p>Kdo chce z\u016fstat v evidenci \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce a p\u0159esto si p\u0159ivyd\u011bl\u00e1vat, mus\u00ed p\u0159ej\u00edt na dohodu o pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti nebo do pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru (s v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdm omezen\u00edm v\u00fdd\u011blku). Nen\u00ed u\u017e mo\u017en\u00e9 pracovat na DPP, resp. je nutno ji ukon\u010dit, a to do konce \u0159\u00edjna 2017. Nezam\u011bstnan\u00fdm, kte\u0159\u00ed dohodu o proveden\u00ed pr\u00e1ce uzav\u0159eli p\u0159ed 29. \u010dervencem 2017, dal toti\u017e z\u00e1kon mo\u017enost tzv. t\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159echodn\u00e9 lh\u016fty, b\u011bhem kter\u00e9 si mus\u00ed tuto z\u00e1le\u017eitost vy\u0159e\u0161it.  <\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i p\u0159echodu na dohodu o pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti nezapome\u0148te, \u017ee u DP\u010c se mus\u00ed odv\u00e1d\u011bt pojistn\u00e9 na zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, pokud m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed mzda p\u0159es\u00e1hne 2 500 K\u010d, a tak\u00e9 na to, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edjmy z dohod o pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti dosa\u017een\u00e9 za kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edc u jednoho zam\u011bstnavatele se s\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed.  <\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1-li uchaze\u010d o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed evidovan\u00fd na \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce p\u0159\u00edjem ze zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed (v\u010detn\u011b DP\u010c s p\u0159\u00edjmem nad 2 500 K\u010d), odv\u00e1d\u00ed za n\u011bj zam\u011bstnavatel pojistn\u00e9 na zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed z jeho skute\u010dn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f (tzn. m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e pojistn\u00e9 vypo\u010dten\u00e9 z minim\u00e1ln\u00edho vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00edho z\u00e1kladu) a sou\u010dasn\u011b za n\u011bj hrad\u00ed m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed i st\u00e1t. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>OT\u00c1ZKA: Od \u0159\u00edjna pr\u00fd doch\u00e1z\u00ed k n\u011bjak\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m ohledn\u011b pr\u00e1ce na dohodu.
