Nov\u00e9 poznatky o tomto vitaminu ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee jeho nedostatek m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 d\u016fsledky.  <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Vitamin D vznik\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinkem slune\u010dn\u00edch paprsk\u016f na k\u016f\u017ei, je z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n ze stravy nebo jako vitaminov\u00fd dopln\u011bk. Ji\u017e dlouho je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee nedostatek tohoto vitaminu se projev\u00ed v d\u011btstv\u00ed malformac\u00ed kost\u00ed (rachitida). Nov\u011b byla prok\u00e1z\u00e1na cel\u00e1 \u0159ada jeho rol\u00ed v organismu, nap\u0159\u00edklad jeho z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam pro na\u0161i imunitu.  \u201eVitamin D umo\u017e\u0148uje spr\u00e1vn\u011b fungovat, mno\u017eit se a rychle reagovat na infekci t\u011bm b\u00edl\u00fdm krvink\u00e1m a dal\u0161\u00edm slo\u017ek\u00e1m imunity, kter\u00e9 tuto obranu zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed.
